i am the first review?
crazy to think that i am the first person to review this company. well regardless, i am giving them 1 star because it cannot go lower. i signed up. gave bank info. made my first payment for the policy to go in to effect and then 3 days later i see a pending charge for the same amount from them. the extra money they were taking was for my rent. so i had to borrow from someone to cover the funds. the debits were electronically and yet when i called, they claimed they could not electronically deposit the funds back. so i cancelled and now i have to wait who know how long for a check to come in the mail. i told them i want all $615 that i paid back. this was for 2 months that iw as billed for in less than 5 days.
