PayPal offers a digital wallet and money management tools that allow you to make payments and send money worldwide. 

The PayPal Cashback Mastercard allows PayPal customers to earn generous cash back rates. Cardholders can earn unlimited 3% cash back when they shop with PayPal at millions of brands, including Target, Walmart, Apple, Wayfair and Nike. 

Suitable for?

PayPal doesn’t set a limit on the amount of cash back you can earn, which means this product could be an excellent choice if you regularly spend significant sums on your credit card. 

As the card has a relatively high interest rate, it is best for those who always pay off their credit card balance in full each month. This way, you can avoid paying interest on your borrowing, while enjoying the benefits of your rewards.

Once approved, you’re typically issued a virtual card, which you can use instantly to make PayPal purchases before your physical card arrives.

Yo acepte un pago por PayPal, me encargue de confirmar que la identidad de la persona y la cuenta sean reales y coincidan, me encargue de pedir confirmación del pago desde el mismo correo que figuraba en el pago de PayPal. Me encargue de todo lo que estaba a mi alcance. El cliente ha pagado por medio de tarjeta de crédito que ellos aceptaron, luego de unos días el cliente desconoce el pago y de manera autoritaria PayPal decide retirarlo de mi saldo. Presenté todas las pruebas necesarias pero nunca colaboraron conmigo. No me devolvieron el dinero excusandose de que eso debía resolverlo el banco de la tarjeta que emitió el pago.

They are downright fraudsters! "We've concluded our assessment of this situation and have ruled in favor of the buyer," they say, with no justification given. The buyer attempted to secure a refund through extortion, despite me providing a thorough explanation and evidence. This is the response I received from PayPal. I'm deleting my account immediately and will exclusively be using Stripe. Now I see why it’s not a popular payment method in my country.

PayPal... isn't your pal
The biggest issue I have with PayPal relates to recurring payments and authorisations. As soon as you pay with PayPal that vendor automatically has a lasting payment authorisation without your permission, even when its just a one off payment. This is utterly ludicrous and borderline criminal, at the very least incompetent and dodgy af. It basically means that the vendor could if they so wished change their mind about some aspect of the purchase and decide to charge you extra, or even put you on a recurring payment without your knowledge. PayPal in their infinte stupidity also lumps these vendor approvals in with true recurring payment authorities (eg for a subscription service). There is literally no way to discern which of the active authorities is a subscription and which isn't. It's an absolute joke. PayPal also hides the link to their Resolution Centre, obviously on purpose. You literally have to go to the help section to find the link. What nonsense! They are telling us that really they don't care about your issues, just go away and be happy with whatever tomfoolery is going on. Same goes for the so called "Support" service... its pathetic. Don't bother leaving a question on the chat, they never repsond. And make sure you've got a good hour or so if you want to call them. How does such a massive multi-billion dollar company handling such an important matter as money get away with this medocrity? The stories of blocking accounts, holding funds, providing no proper explanation for actions taken, acting in such a callous and unfair manner, are unreal. I hate to say it but I think we would get better service from AI.

Sto aspettando da quasi una settimana un bonifico fatto dalla banca verso il conto PayPal. Quando ti generano l'IBAN dicono che arriva in 30 minuti o massimo 2 giorni. Non é concepibile 1 settimana per un bonifico! Arrivavano più in fretta negli '800 con i cavalli. Soprattutto dato che si tratta di un SEPA, da banca europea a banca europea. E un consiglio, se spostate la vostra assistenza in Tunisia, magari assicuratevi che sappiano parlare italiano. Questo non é razzismo o arroganza perché sono straniero anche io, ma sembra di parlare con dei robot che non hanno completato gli aggiornamenti della lingua

Esperienza negativa e insoddisfazione
Esperienza negativa, ho aperto una contestazione con Paypal per avere ricevuto un prodotto diverso da quello della foto del sito, peraltro il prodotto speditomi dal venditore costa la metà rispetto al prodotto da me richiesto. Come risposta da Paypal ho avuto: "se un articolo è sostanzialmente simile a quanto riportato nella descrizione del venditore, non lo riteniamo "notevolmente non conforme alla descrizione". Quindi per Paypal se il prodotto spedito è simile al prodotto venduto nella foto dal venditore va tutto bene.

Avoid like the plague
They withheld a payment to myself, without any reason, then tried to set up a direct debit without my consent or knowledge, luckily I check my bank account regularly, and was notified that they had done this I cancelled it instantly, and informed the bank that this company had done this. If it was a person they'd be charged with fraud. But a faceless company like this thinks it can do whatever. Wouldn't surprise me if a cartel was running this. Avoid, abort, and do not trust.

I can see by the many 1 star reviews I am not alone in my dissatisfaction with PayPal. I would not even give them a 1 star. I discovered today that paypal has been sending money from my account to Facebook since September 2021 on regular intervals. These payments are not authorised by myself? I know nothing about them except they are donations supposedly preset up by me to Facebook? I cannot get in touch with facebook of course, that will be an other day tomorrow wasted trying to contact them. Paypal have declined my request for a refund and shut the case, which I add was only open for 10 mins before being closed? I suspect I have a long road ahead before I get any response to my complaint. Avoid this company at all cost, their customer service is non existent.

PayPal no longer Protects Online Transactions for Buyers
Over the past 2 years, PayPal has declined from the initially effective buyer protective financial service that I trusted into a Customer Service deficient rubber-stamp for overseas scam companies. Last month, I requested a $50 refund for garments that didn't fit properly and were shabbily made; however, the seller wouldn't exchange or allow refunds. Two days ago, PayPal found for the seller, falsely claiming that I hadn't responded to requests for further information. Additionally, PayPal sends customers to a broken link to Appeal adverse decisions. Yesterday, I attempted to cancel a payment made through PayPal within hours of the transaction because the company had not followed through on an online purchase.They processed payment in full without sending confirmation of the transaction, or the next steps to the training program I bought. Although PayPal claims to protect the online purchaser from fraud, yet again, PayPal required me to deal with the vendor.

I was trying to buy a translator from a website, and before payment I decided to make a change in my shopping cart. However, the website had charged me via Paypal without my confirmation. I logged into Paypal, it says I set up an auto payment option with this merchant, which was impossible as I didn't even know the existence of this website before that single purchase attempt. I filed dispute with Paypal, which responded that nothing wrong with the transaction and refused to help me to get my money back. I will no use paypal any more!

È stata presa questa decisione perché ci risulta che l'articolo o il servizio relativo a questa transazione ti è stato consegnato o erogato" questo perchè ovviamente tutelano il loro cliente e non l acquierente, complimenti per la parzialità della decisione e mai più Paypal

Paypal is getting worse, intrusive.
Paypal here was good for me to accept Cards in my practice. However, now after 5 years of use and since Zettle paypal has become more complicated and demanding wanted me to verify my practice More personal information ie drivers license, business license etc is now required. I have not created one issue for them and Paypal has made $. Paypal doesn't need this information that makes it easier for identity theft if they get hacked. Getting hacked can happen to any organization. If you can find a less intrusive card processor, you would be wise to consider.

Payment, credits, funny balances
First, they charged me $54.76 in interest when my balance was 0, actual had a credit of $41 that they said they'd mail to me. Had abalance of $2540.61, got them on the phone and paid it, clearing account while on the phone. The girl credited my acct $41 for a fee after paying the balance. Today I find out and $200 autopay went through, although I had canceled autopayments, and the payment date was the 18th and its the 24th. So, now there's a $2782.61 CREDIT for a $2540.61 balance and they go and charge me interest on 0 balance and say I now have $186.24 credit. Emailed customer service and wondering where the money went.

PayPal is the absolute worst company to ever do any type of business with. They close your account and don't tell you why. They tell you in 180 days you will get your money back that is inside well that is bull because they kept over $2000.00 of my money that was in my account and I still have never been told why they closed my account or why they still haven't returned my money. Paypal declined transactions 3…
Paypal declined transactions 3 different times with money in the account. When on the phone with customer service was told a robot is control of the security systems and I just had to wait until they decided to release my funds or transfer to another account so I would have to pay fees for there system screwing up. My debit card was randomly canceled and a new one issued but nobody knows why. Paypal employees have no clue how to resolve there own system issues. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

PayPal is the absolute worst service
PayPal is the absolute worst service. They arbitrarily decide to change your transactions and place holds on payments that can last up to weeks for no reason and their customer service is non-existent. They will do nothing to resolve an issue even whey your bank proves the issue is on their end. I made several payments through PP with no issue only to have them randomly decide something did not look right and hold my money for two weeks before they would even consider releasing it. It is not their damn money so they are basically stealing the use of my money for no damn reason. They are crooks.

I’ll never use PayPal again!
I ordered two sweaters from an ad on Facebook. The vendor said that they were delivered. They wouldn’t provide the delivery address. The tracking only said Dallas, TX. I filed a claim and it was denied by PayPal because the vendor said it was delivered. NO ONE WILL TELL ME WHERE IN DALLAS IT WAS DELIVERED. I won’t be using PayPal anymore. I always thought that payments through them were guaranteed against fraud. I was wrong.

I am completely disgusted by Paypal's treatment of me. I had a subscription payment (£79) illegally taken thru PayPal by a scamming company (Brainety). I appealed for a refund, yet PayPal went with Brainety & authorised the payment. Yet there is no way to appeal against an unfair resolution. There is no evidence at all of authorisation for this rogue subscription, but PayPal sticks with this illegal company. I am going to stop using paypal & will in future just pay through my bank account, at least I can trust them to do what I authorise. Paypal has gone right downhill.

Nein, sogar das ganze Gerät musste auftrags Paypal an den Händler retourniert werden mit Nachweis der Schweizer Post. Nun hat der freche Händler (beautifly.de) das Geld und das Gerät!! I no longer support PayPal, Inc. Worst experience ever with a money transmitter/financial institution, and the worst and least human customer service experienced. Not interested in doing business with a company that works in such shady ways and in violation of state, federal, and international laws, where withholding legitimate funds for an unreasonable amount of time and doing blanket blocks/restrictions/limitations without any regards to the real human customer and real small businesses when deciding on this is common practice of PayPal... I invite you to do a simple Google search to learn of very common horrific stories with PayPal, and how many lives you have affected around the world with your irrational, irresponsible, inhumane and unreasonably harsh decisions. I hope one day they realize how horribly they have treated their most vulnerable customers that rely on them to live and get by, and to keep their lights on for their beloved businesses.

ZERO STARS. Customer of over 20 years. Never had a problem until recently. Had obvious proof that package was not delivered to my home - yet they have instituted a policy that requires the buyer to submit basically a signed affidavit from the shipping company admitting that they delivered the package to another address than mine. That’s the only proof they’re willing to accept to be eligible for refund - even though the delivery photo supplied by the shipping company was obviously not of my doorway. (Obviously delivered to wrong address). I’ll take my next 20 years of business somewhere else before I’ll jump through hoops like that. The seller should be the one to get a signed affidavit from the shipping company since they’re the one who chose to use that service.

LOSS OF TRUST IN PAYPAL
I have used PayPal for many years when making online purchases. I trusted this service completely until recently when two online transactions, totalling £133,80 were debited by PayPal from my bank account. I did not order/agree to buy the goods in question. Nor did I authorise the debits for such from my account. The goods were unsolicited; the payments unauthorised. I notified the seller, Label Products, and PayPal of these unsolicited goods and the unauthorised payments for such via PayPal. I informed both parties that my intention was to return the goods and seek a full refund. What followed comprised poor management of a customer's concerns by Label Products and, more disappointingly, PayPal. In essence, both parties inferred I was being less than truthful about my claim. The seller argued the two sales were legitimate. Paypal's resolution facility determined the debits were authorised. Label Products then embarked on a path to convince me not to return the goods by offering me a 20% discount on the purchases. I refused as I did not want or order the items, or authorise the payment for them. This was followed up by a further offer of a 30% discount if I kept the unsolicited goods. I refused and advised that, as they were not listening to me, I would pursue the matter through the small claims court. It was after this response to the seller, that I was contacted by PayPal. Surprisingly, they stated that, following my appeal, they now considered the transactions were unauthorised and they would refund my payments in full. Whilst happy the correct decision had been made - eventually, I was somewhat confused regarding the sudden u-turn by PayPal. Also, I had not appealed their original decision as inferred by PayPal, as I was considering my options. I still await an explanation from PayPal why a decision that the debits were authorised was changed to their present unauthorised status. When I queried PayPal about when the refund would be made, they responded by saying they had no knowledge of my refund. Later that day, however, I received a refund from PayPal for the full amount. I still await further contact from the seller relative to the return of the unsolicited goods. I have lost all trust in PayPal after these events. They have been less than transparent with me over this whole fiasco. I have since emailed PayPal's enquiries section and stated my intention to close my account with the company. No response received. I have attempted, in vain, to close my PayPal account via their app. On each of eight occasions, over several days, I was confronted with the message, 'We are sorry we are not able to process your request. Please try again in a little while.' I have contacted PayPal's enquiries section again and given notification that, with immediate effect, I was closing my account and they were no longer authorised access to any of my bank accounts. I have waited more than, '.. a little while...' for Paypal's explanation why they initially declared the debits authorised, then changed their finding to unauthorised. Also, I have had no contact from them to confirm the closure of my account.

Titolare di un conto PayPall legata all'attività, dopo poche operazioni di accredito e addebito, mi hanno bloccato permanentemente il conto, con un generico motivo: operazioni contrarie alle nostre condizioni. Don't use if you are a freelancer trying to get paid
Trying to get paid as a music composer working with gamedevs overseas is an absolute nightmare with Paypal. Because the 2nd payment I have received has taken the total amount paid to over $500 NZD, Paypal has arbitraily decided to hold most of my payment. Apparently I need to announce that my "order has been completed" which I've done but gives me no guarantee of how long I'll have to wait until I have the whole balance. Then I'll have to transfer it to my bank account which also took ages last time. Not to mention the fee percentage isn't too great at all...

Zwłaszcza przy automatycznych płatnościach należy uważać jaka waluta jest ustawiona jako podstawowa, Wczoraj straciłem 10% od transakcji, ze względu na dwukrotne przewalutowanie... As they take the payment then they send it back then you have to pay more because you were late with the payment. As I say it’s such a pain to close the account!!!

They don't even deserve one star, if there.was an option I would do minus one star! I opened a case I'm resolution centre, they takes ages to check it over, then they ask for information that can not be provided, like goods not received they want pics of and returns proof, how can you give pictures and returns proof of things not received, then they ask for some information that you don't understand so when you ask for them to explain what it is they are asking, they shut the case in favour of the merchant leaving the customer out of pocket. I won't be using PayPal too much now as they seem to be Incompetent, to me it is simple if you dont receive goods you can't return them, therefore you can't produce a returns proof, and you are not liable to pay for goods you have not received, PayPal can't seen to grasp this concept!

Resolution centre total useless purchase goods for £92 supposed to be a uk site but when it finally arrived (from Singapore ) it was only part delivered and very very sub standard , tried to contact company but just got ignored . Resolution centre agreed to refund if I send them proof of return . Did just that ( at a further cost of £12.95) and PayPal came back and refuse as it was not enough proof and needs an online tracking number . Back and forth and the really don’t either read or understand what you had written . So now out of pocket out of patience and no goods . AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

Esperienza pessima. Mi hanno addebitato 148 euro per un acquisto di servizio connesso con una compagnia aerea (servizio di bagaglio) mai erogato, con problemi quindi anche di organizzazione di volo. Mi hanno rifiutato il rimborso, facendomi perdere anche un fracco di tempo in mail e telefonate sostenendo che il servizio è stato erogato ma senza mai presentarmi le prove. Chiuso per sempre con Paypal, azienda veramente poco seria. Sconsigliata! stateci alla larga

Never trust your money with PayPal. Even if you call and tell them, that you are being scammed through their app. They, will still allow, the scammer to scam someone, out of money. They will go ahead and pay the scammer, even though they were told that they were a scam. So don't trust your money with PayPal, because it's not safe. The scammer was scamming me out of $504. And PayPal took it up on themselves to go into my account and take out $100, out of account that was closed down. And then they paid $390 of their own money knowing that it was a scam because, They had been told, for 4 weeks before they released the money, to the scammer. It's better to get yourself a credit card to pay for your purchases online. That way you don't get scammed or ripped off. Like you would if you were dealing with PayPal. And this was after, PayPal allowed them to scam me out of $1,000, and see nothing wrong with it, because they allow scammers to scam you. Because that's their policy. To allow your bank to be someone else's, way of profiting off of you. When it was all said and done I was scammed for over $2,000. So don't allow PayPal to let this happen to you.

Paypal has overall been great with sending and receiving payments, until I needed to add another bank account to transact with. So, my complaint is mostly with the user interface on android. I could not figure out how to delete a bank account at first, so I just added another account to transact with. I specifically remember directing paypal to send the transaction to the new bank account but I guess the system defaulted to sending it to my old bank account. One day later, I checked to see if my money was there and it was not. I checked the app and it said it sent it to the old account. I am so angry about this! I finally figured out how to delete the old account but the user friendliness of this app absolutely sucks.

End of my longterm relationship with PaypalI
I have been using Paypal for several years when making a purchase. I will not use them ever again because recently I bought an item from Wowcher and paid by Paypal. The item never arrived mainly due to me not understanding how Wowcher worked which resulted in me not getting the item which I had paid for. I could not get in touch with Wowcher, no surprise there, as we live in a world where there is less and less contact with humans. I then got in touch with Paypal and they were hopeless, could do nothing to help me. So that is my relationship done with them. I cannot see the benefit of their service. Thankfully I paid by credit card and called them who sorted it out immediately. Now today Wowcher after my review on Trustpilot about my experience with them have refunded me my monies in full. What a shambles we all are responsible for buying on line and closing all our lovely high street shops. Many in small towns are family owned businesses and there is where you get the very best customer service. We should not forget this. We are creating a world where humans are being pushed out in favour of greed and faceless businesses that make it impossible to make contact with them. That is the last thing they want is to hear from a human being with a complaint.

I brought an item on eBay using pay in 3. I paid the first instalment but the item was defective. I returned the item to the seller and requested a refund of the £102 I paid. PayPal then requested another payment from me. I paid this as didn’t want a bad credit score. I raised a dispute and now PayPal are refusing to give me back the money I have paid. I have no goods as it was sent back but they are refusing to pay me because the seller hasn’t paid them. They used to be good but now are just total scam merchants. I have no goods so the seller is free to resell the item and I am out of pocket by £153. Totally disgusting behaviour from such a big company. I am now in financial distress because of PayPal and their fraudulent scheme.

I was recently hacked on my email account. The hacker got into all my accounts including ebay, Amazon, Audible etc. I contacted PayPal to advise them and said on many occasions during my phone calls, DO NOT SEND ANY NEW PAYMENT INFORMATION TO ANY ACCOUNT ASSOCIATED WITH MY OLD EMAIL AS THE HACKER HAS HOLD AND CAN SEE EVERYTHING ENTERED ON THESE ACCOUNTS. So paypal proceeds to allow every app associated with my old email address that the hacker still has of my new payment card details. Avoid PayPal at all cost. They cannot be trusted to keep your payment details secure from hackers.

I get that things need to be monitored but your staff couldn't care less about unimportant me. Avoid like the plaque. Holds payments arbitrarily, no matter how many times you contact them and provide all documents and proof they ask for, they won’t release the money. If they are refusing to give you your money, I strongly recommend contacting CSSF, if you are in Europe. Emptying your balance randomly to ZERO and taking all your money is illegal under the laws of all EU countries.

In bed with their vendors. Stop doing business with PayPal! Customers do not matter to PayPal, only their vendors. Disputes are settled without emails or any discussion with PayPal paying customers. Use Ebay, far superior to PayPal! Booking number 11878234621, so E-Dreams and PayPal cannot deny we booked and paid for a service that we NEVER received from E-Dreams. With no refund offered by PayPal. I have photos of emails, chats, and Holiday Inn comments trying to help us, where the only travel agent that did not help us was E-Dreams and now PayPal!

La protezione acquisti è la migliore cosa esistente sulla faccia della terra. Ho prenotato un B&B a Roma, tramite booking, che però con fare truffaldino ha preso i soldi senza permettermi il rimborso. Ho spiegato la cosa a paypal direttamente, che mi ha rimborsato. Mai acquisti senza.

PayPal is no longer what it used to be, no buyer protection whatsoever. I lost over £200 due to undelivered purchase and PayPal just left me with this loss by refusing to refund my money. Absolutely disappointing! Avoid using PayPal!

Paypal del tutto inaffidabile,senza pudore
Paypal,inaffidabile,senza senso del pudore.La giustizia americana mi aveva assegnato un risarcimento da parte di Western Union.Dopo varie peripezie,finalmente il 13/09/2023 mi arrivano USD 1.591,89 tramite Paypal,ma questi scorretti Paypal cosa fanno...? rispediscono immediatamente al mittente i miei USD 1.591,89 lo stesso giorno,contrariamente alla mia legittime richiesta scritta e ripetuta,di trasferire la cifra al mio c.c. bancario.Risultato Western Union dice che il risarcimento risulta pagato e non hanno intenzioni di rispedirlo.La combutta Western Union & Paypal produce benefici di ritorno dei fondi che probabilmente sara' suddiviso tra entrambe.Per loro una sentenza della giustizia americana risulta solo una pagliacciata,si dice che c'era stato risarcimento ma il risarcito non ha preso uno cent.Avete solo una idea del servizio Paypal...!!!

Spendenzahlung an Tierorganisation
Ich nutze PayPal für Kauf von Flugticket und Hôtel Buchungen und für Spenden.. humanitäre und für Tiere .. national und international- hat bis dato auch geklappt— am 19-09 habe ich eine 20€ spende an eine deutsch Tierhilfe gesendet- Verwendungszweck: ein Tierheim in Aleppo/ Syrien das auch traumatisierte Kinder betreut „Aleppo „ hat eine Lawine ausgelöst,- nirgends in den Statuten sind Länder oder Stadtname ausgeschlossen und sanktioniert es wurde Maßnahmen ! ergriffen die Zahlung eingefroren ( stornieren geht nicht ) > Konfliktlösung < Konto eingeschränkt - ich stehe am Pranger ich muss Erklärungen abgeben - 5x bereits .!!. immer in anderer Form .. Dateien, Mediathek.. um zu beweisen,? ja was eigentlich beweisen? das sagen die arroganten pampigen Kontrolleure nicht “ ist eben so” O- Ton mein Vergehen : ich wollte Spenden,Helfen ich werde nach anderen Geld - Transfer - Plattformen suchen denn PayPay ist unseriös- der 1 Stern ist schon zu viel

Depuis des années, j'utilise systématiquement Paypal, à chaque fois que le commerçant autorise ce type de paiement, car je suis extrêmement satisfait de cette banque, sécurisante, sérieuse, réactive et compétente. Les différents Services de Paypal font tout pour satisfaire leurs Clients...j'en suis témoin ! Depuis tant d'années que j'utilise Paypal, je ne comprend pas les avis négatifs que j'ai pu lire sur ce site : ils sont totalement injustifiés ! Lisez les avis 5 étoiles : je suis entièrement d'accord avec ceux-ci, et vous conseille vivement cette excellente banque qui offre Sécurité et Compétence et défend quand il le faut ses clients d'une manière juste : Si vous faites preuve de sérieux dans vos transactions commerciales et réglez avec Paypal, vous pouvez être tranquilles : en cas de problème, Paypal sera toujours là pour que vous en sortiez gagnant. Un grand Merci à Paypal !

Zeer slechte hulpverlening, geld weg
Zeer slechte hulpverlening en niet te bereiken. Ze zeggen dat je verzekerd betaald, maar als er vervolgens niets door de verkopen wordt opgestuurd en er een geschil is geopend, loopt het helemaal vast en kun je niemand bereiken om het op te lossen.

Lo uso da penso 20 anni pagando anche somme alte e facendo 100 acquisti di media annui. Mi hanno bloccato il conto perche ho 3 reclami su 35 acquisti e per loro ho esagerato. Tutti reclami con una logica per scarpe non arrivate o arrivate rovinate. Sono vergognosi difendono i venditori, a sto punto paypal a cosa serve se non puoi far reclami quando vieni truffato? Lo usiamo solo per dar a loro la percentuale?! Anche no.

Find A diffrent Company!
I placed an order for an item and felt I was safe as I was able to pay with PayPal, turns out I was wrong. The item was not as described and I requested a refund. I provided the following information; a copy of the receipt, a picture of the item in comparison to another item to show it was not as described, and the information for the real item that the seller copied/imitated. This was not good enough and PayPal denied my request for a refund three times because they could not find the original listing for the item as the seller pulled it down when I filed the dispute. On top of this, the last person I spoke with from PayPal customer support was extremely rude and unhelpful. Apparently on top of the information I already provided I needed the listing of the item too. This is a MASSIVE flaw in Paypal's system that this seller was aware of and took advantage of. Until PayPal fixes this I highly recommend using a different payment company.
