Citi® Double Cash Card Citi® Double Cash Card Apply Now

Overview

Citi is a multinational bank founded in 1812 in New York. The company has issued more than 50 million credit cards, including a number of co-branded cards for airlines and businesses. Citi stands out for offering 24/7 customer support and fraud protection, as well as having a wide selection of credit cards with no annual fees.

Suitable for?

Citi’s credit cards are suitable for anyone in search of a credit card with no annual fee. However, to get the right card for you, it’s important to understand what each of Citi’s cards offer.

The Citi Double Cash card offers 2% cashback on every purchase. There are no caps on how much you can earn and no categories to worry about. It’s a good option for people who spend across a lot of different categories or who have variable spending habits.

The Citi Custom Cash card is more suitable for individuals who consistently spend at least $500 per month in one specific category. That’s because this card will give you 5% cashback on up to $500 in purchases in your highest-spend category each month. You’ll also receive 1% cashback on all other purchases. You can qualify for the Custom Cash card with a 670 credit score, so it’s also good for individuals with fair rather than good credit.

The Diamond Preferred and Simplicity cards are very similar. Both offer no interest on new purchases for your first 12 months as a cardholder and no interest on balance transfers for your first 21 months. The Diamond Preferred is better if you want the lowest possible interest rate after this introductory offer. The Simplicity card is great if you’re worried about missing a payment since it comes with no late fees and no penalty interest.

Interest Rates and Fees

The Double Cash and Custom Cash cards come with interest of 14.74%-24.74% APR. The Diamond Preferred offers the lowest possible interest rates, at 13.74%-23.74% APR. The Simplicity card comes with interest of 14.74%-24.74% APR.

None of the Citi cards in our review charge annual fees. However, all cards come with a 3% foreign transaction fee and fees for balance transfers.

If you miss a payment, you’ll pay a late fee up to $40 with the Double Cash, Custom Cash, and Diamond Preferred cards. The Diamond Preferred card also charges penalty interest of 29.99%. The Simplicity card doesn’t have late fees or penalty interest.

Rewards & Cashback

The Double Cash and Custom Cash cards offer cashback reward programs. With the Double Cash card, you’ll earn 2% cashback on every purchase—1% when you make the purchase and another 1% when you pay off your statement balance. There’s no cap on how much cashback you can earn. As an introductory offer, you get no interest on balance transfers for your first 18 months as a cardholder.

The Custom Cash card offers 5% cashback on up to $500 in purchases in your highest-spend category each month. Categories include restaurants, gas, groceries, travel, transit, streaming, drugstores, home improvement, fitness, and live entertainment. You’ll also get 1% cashback on all other purchases, including all purchases beyond the $500 limit for your top category.

In addition, the Custom Cash card comes with 2 introductory offers. When you spend $750 within 3 months of opening an account, you’ll receive $250 in cashback. You’ll also pay no interest on purchases or balance transfers for 15 months.

The Diamond Preferred and Simplicity cards don’t offer rewards programs. However, both cards come with a 0% APR introductory offer. You’ll pay no interest on new purchases for 12 months and no interest on balance transfers for 21 months.

The Application Process

You can apply for a Citi credit card online, over the phone, or at any Citi bank branch. You must provide personal information, including your social security number, as well as information about your income. Citi will conduct a hard credit check, which may impact your credit score, even if you already have another Citi credit card. You’ll receive an application decision instantly.

Help & Support

Citi offers customer support by phone and live chat 24/7. You can also visit a Citi bank branch, of which there are more than 2,600 around the globe. The bank doesn’t have an online knowledgebase, so you’ll need to get in touch to troubleshoot issues with your card.

Online chat hours: 24/7

Phone call hours: 24/7

Security

Citi offers a range of security features to protect your credit card account. First, all cards have an EMV chip for added security. Your online account is secured with 2-factor authentication and biometric authentication. It’s easy to set up security alerts to monitor all transactions made using your card and you can lock your card at any time using the Citi mobile app. Citi also offers free identity theft recovery, and you’re never liable for fraudulent transactions made using your card.

I had to have replacement cards sent

I had to have replacement cards sent. Citi said they were mailed over 2.5 weeks ago and promised 4-6 days. I called today to report cards have not arrived. They had no tracking number, only said they were mailed, and no means of expediting these cards. So, the whole slow process starts again. This is bad service.

Do NOT open a business account with them

We opened a business account with them and it's been an absolute disaster from the very start. I suggest nobody go through the headache! We did it for the bonus, and once we get some of it, we will close the account immediately. Customer support is terrible and there's so many limits to doing things it's not optimal for business.

If you are a return policy scammer...

If you are a return policy scammer, then this is the bank for you. If you have an ecommerce store, and see a purchase from this bank, you should be cautious. The scammers know that this bank will allow them to keep the products, and they will return the scammers money. I have set up a rule to block any purchases from this bank. If you need to know how to do this, contact your payment processor and ask them how to do it.

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I REQUESTED FOR A REPLACEMENT CARD AND IT HAS ALREADY BEEN 10 BUSINESS DAYS AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY NEW CARD. EVERY TIME I CALL CITIBANK I GET THE RUNAROUND AND NOT A REAL ANSWER TO MY PROBLEM. YOU ARE HOLDING UP MY ABILITY TO ACCESS MY OWN DAMN MONEY AT THIS POINT, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT EVERYTHING IS DONE OVER THE INTERNET AND IF I WERE TO GO INTO A BANKING INSTITUTION AND REQUEST FOR A TEMPORARY CARD, THAT CARD DOES NOT HAVE A SECURITY CODE ON THERE THUS NOT BEING ABLE TO BE UTILIZED OVER THE INTERNET TO MAKE PAYMENTS FOR WHATEVER I NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT FOR. I HAVE FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS THAT HAD MY OLD DEBIT CARD CONNECTED TO IT AND BECAUSE THIS BANK HAS YET TO SEND ME MY NEW CARD I CANNOT MAKE THE PAYMENTS THAT I NEED TO MAKE AND EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL I AM GIVEN A BS EXCUSE AS TO WHY I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY CARD. THIS IS THE WORST BANKING INSTITUTION I HAVE EVER BANKED WITH AND I WILL BE PULLING MY FUNDS FROM BOTH MY CHECKING AND MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND WILL BE MOVING ON TO ANOTHER BANKING INSTITUTION YOU GET ZERO STARS FROM ME AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANOTHER SOUL!!!

    Bad bank

Very bad bank when it comes to solving problems. For 2 weeks I tried to solve the problem with the credit card and in the end I closed it because they did not solve the problem. I closed all the other accounts with them. I don't want to have anything to do with that bank anymore

    Costco credit card

I have the Costco Citi card. 4 years and no issues and then I try and purchase a Costco travel trip with my Costco Citi card. Citi flags it as fraud, alerts me, I call them immediately and resolve the issue. Or so I thought. They didn’t remove the fraud alert, my card kept getting declined, and because the froze my account it rejected my autopay causing a payment to get late. Customer service is horrible, 12 phone calls, 6 hours on hold, and 5 different people before it got worked out. In the process my credit took a 39 point hit. All because I wanted to buy a Costco trip with my Costco credit card…

The phone system is a trap

I called in for a credit line increase. They automatically gave me an increase without confirming whether I would accept the amount. The amount was too small. I called customer service and they said I had to wait 6 months before making another 'request'. But I didn't make the first request???!!!?

    CITI Credit Card

I have had a Citi credit card for 4 years. make 80k and my rent is $850, they haven't raised my credit ever not approved my request. I am walking with this crappy lil 1000 dollar card for years now and buying candy here and there so it doesn't impact my score by being canceled. This company is like a pest.

Citi group is bad and dishonest business

Citi group is asking me to pay the annual fee for renewal of Geek Squad Tech Support. However, I never had any contract with Best Buy about renewal of Tech Support, I never request this renewal tech support, I never used this Tech support. Since December of 2019 I am in Europe, even physically I cannot use this tech support that I never requested. I have no contract with BestBuy for Geek Squad Tech Support renewal. While the signature on a sales receipt proves to the bank that the payment was authorized by the cardholder, it does not prove that the cardholder was aware of and agreed to all of Best Buy terms (please see attached receipt). Sales receipt states [We will send you a reminder email before your annual renewal date and advanced notice of any price change]. However, I NEVER GET ANY REMINDER EMAIL. There are a lot of bad things going on because of violations of my rights by City. Citi group is charging me with late fees every month and completely destroyed my credit history record, and I never had any debt in all my life. Citi is acting deliberately like they don’t understand the issue, they acting like don’t understand English. I am asking about one thing, but they responding about another things. Citi group is bad and dishonest business.

Cancelled my Transfer, Refuse to wire my money

They cancelled my transfer to an external linked account, when I called they said it was an error on their part but they are unable to correct the situation. They limit transfers out to $10K per day, $15K per month. There must not be a limit on transfers in because they accepted 50K on 7/23/19 and 48K on 4/20/21 from the same external account. Why are they restricting my access to my money? They refused to close my account and wire the funds to my linked external account because I no longer have a debit card from a closed checking account. They want me to wait 15 days for them to send me a check, the other choice they gave me was to drive 4 hours to a branch. All this while transferring my call 3 times (and having to get re-verified after each transfer) and the last person I spoke with hung up on me. I made a transfer on 2/16 (10K), when I tried to make an additional transfer (5K) the next day it was denied. I have tried to make the second transfer several times and it keeps getting cancelled by their system. Phone calls to them keep getting different answers. The first person told me I had to wait until the first transfer completely cleared (it takes 7 days for them to get the money to my external account!). When I complained that isn't what the website says they said it is in the terms of service. When I asked for a copy of the terms of service they said they could not provide them, they are ONLY provided at the time you open your account. So I recapped - the website provides inaccurate information and you refer me to the terms of service for accurate information, but you are unable to provide the terms of service or point to specifically where in the terms of service the correct information is located. I called back later and a different person told me that was incorrect, I should be able to make a transfer daily until I reach the limit. They need to submit a support ticket and have the problem corrected.

    Stay Away from Citi!

Do not deal with these morons! Unbelievable incompetence! I called 2/3/2022 to re-open a dispute on my credit card. Spoke to a supervisor in the US. Was told "No problem. It will be re-opened in 24 hours, and you will get an email to that effect". 24 hours later, after no notification, I called back in and spoke to another Supervisor in the U.S. He said "No problem but it takes 3-5 days. Not 24 hours" Four days later I called in again and spoke to yet another supervisor in the U.S. This time I was told you can't re-open a dispute and he apologized for receiving incorrect information from the previous two supervisors! I have never seen a bigger collection of dolts under one roof! So now I have a $1200 charge for products that never shipped, and they said there is nothing I can do about it!

I really wish I could rate citi lower…

I really wish I could rate citi lower than a one star. They’re absolutely terrible. Customer service basically doesn’t exists considering you have to go through 4 automated prompts to even get to talk to a live person. Mind you once you get to this point you’ll get someone who hardly speaks English. With this being said I am a very patient person and still lost it by the end of my two hour conversation and four times being disconnected when I asked for a manager and/or supervisor. Long story short, I ended up paying my balance in which they charged me multiple times for interest after I did a balance transfer to citi because it was 18 months “interest free” card. I still have to call back to “follow up, but the account is closed”. I don’t have two hours to spend on the phone with anyone! Nor does anybody. I recommend never using citi for anything. You’ll regret it.

5 out of 5 stars for condescending and lies.

Only 92% of the reviews rate Citibank as bad. Not sure how it's not higher than that. I talked to 4 Citibank representatives and found the overall experience 100% bad. I have never experienced such a mix of condescending and lies from any other bank so Citibank does get a 5 out of 5 stars for these categories. First customer service rep wants an account security word so I provide it only to have it rejected. So a pin needs to be mailed out since the 2 phones I have available are unable to be used for the pin to be texted according to Citibank. 8 days later I receive the pin and call Citibank back. The automated system wants the account security word so I use the one that I used previously and it's accepted now. Apparently the first Citibank representative just turned a non-problem into a problem that consumed 8 days. Fast forward to the fourth Citibank representative and I get an earful of how great Citibank is when all I want to do is cancel the account that I recently opened and never used. I try again to move forward with getting the account cancelled to be told for the next 30 seconds that it's not a sales pitch and if I quite interupting than the account can be cancelled. I won't continue with the details but will say the overall experience was like I described above except the condescending and lies were 5 times more from Citibank representatives.

Citi Unsolicited Mail / Citibank Junk Mail

Citibank sends unsolicited mail advertising that possibly exceeds even the worst companies that send email spam. The unbelieveble amount (five per week was the highest count so far) of envelopes are mailed nearly every week. The aggressive and intrusive practice not only fills your mailbox with unslicited mail; it is an unnecessary burden on the environment, the USPS, etc. If you're a CITI customer, you should also start thinking who will pay for printing, preparing and mailing all those envelopes. This practice is ongoing for years and if you were wondering, it doesn't compare to other big banks. Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, American Express will send approximately 20x (twenty times) less mail advertisement per year.

    Worst Bank I’ve Ever Used

The headache with citibank was the worst banking experience i’ve ever had. First, I go to use my card and it wont work. So i try to log into my mobile app, that doesn’t work either. I give Citi a call and when wait on hold for an hour. When someone picks up I explain the situation, they transfer me to another department where I also waited an hour to get someone. They said my account was flagged for fraud and asked for my phone number. I gave them it and they said “sorry, we can’t confirm your identity with that number”. Its literally the number LISTED ON MY ACCOUNT, how can you not confirm its my number? Im literally CALLING YOU ON THAT NUMBER. And the best part…their solution was for me to wait 7-10 business days for a letter in the mail with a reference code before unlocking anything. Thats right, 7-10 full business days of not being able to use my card, not being able to access online banking, and not being able to withdraw money from ATMs. I had no access to my money over the holidays. And the non American reps on the phone hung up on me multiple times when calling. The second i got my letter I withdrew everything and closed my account. Ive never had a worse experience. Avoid at all costs.

    CITIBANK CAN'T BE TRUSTED

Citibank promised me a $100 bonus payment if I deposited $10,000 in a Citibank savings account and left it there for a period of 90 days. When I called them after the 90 days had expired to inquire why Citibank had not credited me the $100 bonus their literature, soliciting my business, promised me, I was placed on hold for over an hour, waiting to speak with a representative. The representative, when they finally answered the phone, advised me that Citibank wouldn't deposit my $100 earned bonus until February 27, 2022, forcing me to leave my $10,000 for an additional 60 days in my Citibank savings account. Citibank misrepresents the facts to obtain new customers. Their customer service is terrible, they don't answer their phone and they blithely defraud their customers by making promises they have no intention of keeping. AVOID CITIBANK AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ENJOY HAVING A HEADACHE!!

Just forget about collecting the account opening promotion. Was supposed to receive account opening bonus in April, it is now November and still waiting. I've spent over ten hours on the phone and in branches with bankers with no luck so far. I suspect that like Wells Fargo, Citi is trying to impress Wallstreet with new account numbers without revealing how many of those accounts are subsequently closed. If I was ever treated like this by Chase I'd dump them in a second.

    I Have Their Credit Card...

... two, actually. Because 2% cash back, unlimited, on all purchases, with no categories to keep track of and no real hoops to jump through, is as good a deal as you will find anywhere. The only thing I would ding them on is that they haven't always taken my side in disputes with merchants. I VERY rarely have a dispute with a merchant, but when I do, it's legit, and I expect my credit card company to at lest be neutral and side with who's right.

Enfim desisto, vou cancelar a minha conta nesse banco... É uma verdadeira piada!!!!

16 years with Citi and their customer service has gone from not so bad to poor to laughable. I wired $30,000 three weeks ago to another platform and the other institution said they had no record of receiving it even though I have all the documentation that it was sent and on my account there it is in bold black letters, date, amount and receiving bank. I asked Citi to investigate. All they did was send an email to the other bank then after two weeks since the other bank didn't reply they closed the case, marking it as resolved in my account. I called and it took 1 1/2 hours, three reps, a wire transfer rep, a supervisor then the escalation manager and still nothing but bad attitudes and incompetence and no resolution. Finally, the other bank said they found it and will reverse it back to my account. Avoid Citi at all costs! ....

I wish I can rate them less than 1 Star. They are the money sucking bank and not transparent at all. Scammer took my money from the citibank account. Citibank After using my money on Money market. Now they are escalate to me that I have to contact with the scammer. Isn't funny. They are thinking people will forget after couple week. I'm not. I'm in the process to hand off the case to Court and FBI. Citibank just to let you know. Can't eat my money and wash your hands.

Excellent company for good credit responsible adults.

If you pay your bills on time and are responsible with your credit this is one of the best credit card companies to work with! After having an account for 1 year with no missed payments I called to request to have my interest lowered. After a quick review of my credit their friendly staff lowered my interest nearly 5% and thanked me for being valued customer! There was also other credit options offered. I was very impressed and would recommend Citi Bank to anyone looking to lower their interest rate while increasing their credit & credit score. I'm writing this review because other credit card companies have refused to lower my interest even after years of NO missed payments!! Thank you for setting an excellent example of how customers in good standing should be treated!!

    Citi expose customer details.

Citi keep sending me personal details of a US customer. Unable to contact US as I am not a customer and they do not publish contact details. Contacted Citi UK who tell me they don't have to deal with GDPR complaints. No longer wish to receive a strangers details. It is telling that UK dpo email address blocks all incoming mail from most popular email providers.

No access to customer service or…

No access to customer service or website. The Company seems to be dramatically slashing customer service hours despite the increased need of its customers in this challenging time. I've been dropped from 1hr+ holds with the 1-800 number twice now to respond to a fraud charge. The website is also currently down. This is a joke.

No access to service. No access through website, chat, app, email or phone.

Just received my first Citi card. I am a coder and have many credit cards. I registered it and created a login. I am unable to access my account online. Website is asking for a code word which I never submitted and no other options for logging in. The app has an error code which won't clear. I called the number on the back, there is no automated selection for this and when I pressed zero, I was taken to a message that said they do not have time. And then hung up on. And there is no email access to service reps. I have zero options to access my account. This card cannot be used now. Citibank: your tech and coding teams are completely inept. Please hire competent people. Allow email questions. Thank you.

    Customer service hits rock bottom!

After 9 months of ongoing dispute with a merchant, Citi has decided to reverse all charges back to my account even though I have sent legitimate documentation to support my claim that the transactions were unauthorized. The customer service team is full of incompetent employees who wouldn't give a rat's buttock about its customers. Stay away from Citi! This company is not customer–oriented. Instead, they promote uncertainty, confusion, anxiety – exactly the sort of negative feelings that destroy long-term value for a company. If you don't want to be screwed over and over again, please stay away from Citi at all costs!!!

TRUE RATING- 0 The absolute worst…

TRUE RATING- 0 The absolute worst online experience of any company I have patronized. Every month, the system doesn't recognize the PW I HAD TO RESET the month before. Their system is continuously down/compromised - I am transferred to India (thinking of taking up Hindi) and no one there has any ability to move complaints up the chain- futile. Tried to have a ThankYou Points certificate sent to me yesterday- the CSR said they can't do it - can I call back in 2 weeks? Spoke briefly with IT dept today (they hung up)- the snarky CSR was defensive from the beginning- denied knowing about these issues, thoroughly discounted my experience and then hung up. I cannot wait until I can rip up the 2 cards I have- sick and tired of being abused by Citi.

This is my first ever negative review…

This is my first ever negative review in my life! But holy s... I have never had more problems with anything before, like I have with this bank/creditcard.. I am from Denmark, where banks actually understand that you are a costumer, and the reason why they make all their money.. This bank is just all around s..., the fees are insane, the interest is even worse, and they are not interested in helping you.. They are all nice on the phone, tells you that it was a mistake, and say they will credit your account back from what happened.. that never happened, call them back later to ask why ''Ohh sorry, it will be on your next statement'', also never happen.. BOOM, a little later, they hit you with a nice $99 annual fee.. What am I paying 99 dollars for here? you don't do anything els then just take, take and take.. Please listen to me, do not sign up for a creditcard here! There must be better cards/banks out there for you to sign up for.. I will promise you, if you sign up with this card or company, you will regret it.. This is not a review for just 1 time experience, this is for multiple, and they have all, been complete trash!.

Citi NYC Business Bank is Worst Bank Ever.

I'm a CFO. Our company uses Citi NYC for business banking. We carry a 6 figure average collected balance (in other words, we're a good customer). But the bank? TERRIBLE! Have been trying to get our "banker" to contact us for the past 3 weeks. No response. Called the 800 number and was told he's "very busy" and that if we need to speak with him we should go in to the branch. In other words "his time is more valuable than yours." Say what? After receiving that response, the owner of our firm emailed him asking for the name of the branch manager. A week later...he we are with, once again, no response. This suggests a culture issue at Citi; no right-thinking banker would treat clients in this manner unless he knows that, should his unprofessional behavior come to the attention of his superiors, he won't be punished for it. In other words, bankers at Citi operate with impunity. They're loaded down with clients and the bank, per its business model, couldn't care less if they lose a few here and there. That's my impression. Bottom line: there are better banks, and bankers, out there. Citi deserves to be avoided at all costs.

Worst experience I ever had in banking

Worst experience I ever had in banking. Once they get you, they hold you hostage. They closed by online account and compelled me to pay me debt only by phone or auto pay, all to get you to default and so they benefit from you. I will put my money under my pillow if this were the only bank on earth

Signed up for a best buy credit card

Signed up for a best buy credit card. Received the card and when online to set it up. Entered info and when I signed in to the account I get a blank screen. 3 calls to customer service not help, still can not access account online. I had to call them and have them put me on paper statements. Most likely after pay off I will cancel and will not use again

Absolutely no reason to use Citi UK

Horrible bank -- I caution all to stay away. All Citi branches and ATMs have been closed over the past years. Deposit rates are laughable -- 0.05% on more than £50k balance. The only way to get any service is to call. There are no international numbers, so if you happen to be abroad it will be expensive. Wrong SWIFT codes published online, causing a great delay in receiving my salary. When I was living abroad for a year, my card would routinely be blocked for normal transactions with merchants I had used before. It would be an ordeal to have it unblocked each time. Now my card details have been stolen and 56 fraudulent transactions were made within 1.5 days. Somehow this didn't get flagged in their high-tech system. It took a good hour to discuss this with the call center with no immediate resolution. Now I see that fraudulent transactions that were previously pending have been allowed to go through. There are plenty of better banks with better rates and superior customer service. I'm switching to one of them as I type.

I'm not sure a bank could be more…

I'm not sure a bank could be more incompetent.I opened one of their Visa Platinum cards with a 24 month 0% interest free offers, with the intention of consolidating my ANZ platinum and AMEX platinum cards later in the year when they were due for renewal, and upgrading the citi card to Prestige. A week after approval, I email them asking about my balance transfer. ignored. Follow up again, I'm told it will happen 3-5 days after card activation. Follow up again 7 days after card activation. I'm told they're looking into it and will fix it. Contact them again after another 7 days and it's still not done. At this point, I doubt they'll ever get it right and all confidence in their competence is gone and I'll have to go back to the drawing board as far as a single premium card is concerned.

They suggest a manager call you back within 48 hours. I'm not joking.

The 2% on Citi's credit card is nice, but customer service is pretty weak. Well, insulting. When you have a question that the automaton can't find an answer to in the script binder, they suggest a manager call you back within 48 hours. I'm not joking. You see, all of the customer service managers are in meeting each time you call. Fancy that. So very busy. They'll perhaps ring you if available on their own timeline, say, in about two days.

Lost $2,611 to credit card fraud. No help from Citi Double Cash card!

Bought a vacation package from a travel company promoted by KAYAK.com. Purchased in May 2018 for travel in March 2019. Plenty of time for the company to disappear with my credit card payment. Discovered in August 2018 that the company and my funds were gone. Immediately reported the fraud to Citi.com and after 3 weeks of waiting they ruled against me. Telling me I had to try to get the funds back myself. Citi fraud protection is a sham! Going back to American Express.

    Horrible Customer Service

An exemplary example of a horrible customer service experience. Every company has a bad apple... but usually you can bypass the intellectually-challenged agent to speak to a superior who can assist in solving your problem. Not so with Citicards. The financial institution credited my Electronic payment (made in same format for at least 11 consecutive months prior) to the WRONG account. When I called to speak to customer service to straighten out the issue, I wasted 30 plus minutes of my life speaking to an ineffective and incapable agent who could not resolve my problem nor allow me to speak to his supervisor because "he was my supervisor". Instead of banging my head against the wall by continuing to speak to the agent, I gave up and will have to start from scratch again with a new call. Unfortunately, I was not able to file a complaint on this "supervisor" since I was prohibited from speaking to his "supervisor", "boss", " superior" or anything else his narrow little mind could interpret to be in a position above him in his call center.
