Overview

Ranked #37 on the Fortune 500, Wells Fargo is a staple among American banks. It stands out for its 24/7 customer support, wide ATM coverage, and ever-expanding line of credit cards. The financial giant launched two new cards, the Active Cash and Reflect cards, in July and October of 2021, respectively. Each card offers a long, 21-month 0% intro APR period, while the Active Cash also comes with an unlimited 2% cashback reward rate.

Suitable for?

The Active Cash card is suitable for anyone who wants a simple rewards structure. It has no annual fee and unlimited 2% cashback on all purchases, making it one of the highest-earning flat-rate cashback cards on the market.

The Reflect card is great for those who want to take advantage of its unusually long 0% introductory APR period (21 months versus the more usual 12-18), either by making large purchases or initiating balance transfers. However, to enjoy the full 21 months, cardholders must make on-time minimum payments every month.

Additionally, both cards can be managed, locked, unlocked, and reported as lost or stolen via the bank’s handy mobile app (available for iOS and Android). Existing Wells Fargo account holders can link their credit card with their checking or savings accounts, unlocking access to convenient features like autopay and payment reminders.

Interest Rates and Fees

Wells Fargo’s Active Cash Card comes with a 15-month 0% intro APR period, after which cardholders are charged a regular rate of 14.99%, 19.99%, or 24.99% variable APR.

Meanwhile, the bank’s Reflect Card offers 0% intro APR for up to 21 months, including for balance transfers from another credit card. The Reflect’s regular rate is set between 12.99% to 24.99% variable APR, depending on an applicant’s creditworthiness.

Rewards & Cashback

In addition to the 0% introductory APR period and unlimited 2% flat rate cashback on all spending, the Active Cash card comes with a one-time $200 cash bonus for cardholders who spend at least $1,000 within the first 3 months.

The Reflect card’s welcome offer does not contain a cash bonus, but it offers the same long 0% intro APR period for purchases and balance transfers made within the first 120 days. This can be useful for those looking to consolidate and pay off their credit card debt as quickly as possible. Beyond that, however, the Reflect card carries no other rewards or perks.

The Application Process

Applying for a Wells Fargo credit card is straightforward and can be done online. If you’re an existing Wells Fargo customer, you can log into your account to autofill most required information. New customers will need to provide their legal name, Social Security number, date of birth, and country of citizenship. For security purposes, applicants must also include their mother’s maiden name.

Next, clients must enter their address, email address, and phone number. You’ll also need to provide financial information such as your current housing situation, monthly mortgage amount, and employment status. Afterward, you’ll be asked if you need to add authorized users. If so, you’re prompted to enter the necessary information. Finally, you’ll be directed to read and accept a series of disclosures.

While most approval and denial decisions can be made within minutes, applications selected for manual review may take 7-10 business days to process.

Help & Support

You can get assistance most easily by contacting Wells Fargo customer service via telephone 24/7. For inquiries about a credit card application, customers can call (800) 967-9521. Questions related to credit card account management can be directed to (800) 642-4720, while general questions should be routed to (800) 869-3557.

Clients can also meet 1:1 with a banker at any of the bank’s physical locations by scheduling an appointment online.

Security

Wells Fargo’s website is secured using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol, ensuring that all client information supplied to the site is kept confidential. The bank’s mobile app also features security features such as 2-factor authentication and biometric sign-in. Wells Fargo’s credit cards are likewise secured by the bank’s fraud guarantee, which covers any unauthorized transactions reported within 60 days of the activity occurring.

FAQ

How are applicants considered for a credit line increase?

Clients interested in an increase should call (800) 642-4720.

Can cards be added to mobile wallets?

Yes. Wells Fargo cards work with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Do I need to use my PIN with my credit card?

No, unless you’re using your credit card at an ATM.

Conclusion

Wells Fargo’s Active Cash and Reflect cards are Wells Fargo’s two newest offerings. With unlimited 2% cashback and a 21-month 0% intro APR period, respectively, both cards are tempting choices for any consumer looking to add a new card to their wallet.

Unprompted Reevaluation - Business integrity at its finest
April 2021, I was scammed by who I thought was my utility company. I was asked to submit a $498 payment, via ZELLE, to ensure my late payment was not submitted to collections. Within a minute of pressing send I realized I was being duped. I immediately hung up and called Wells Fargo to request the payment be canceled or refunded. At the time, WF was unable to assist me with more than just taking down the information I had available of the scammers. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful but a refund was not possible. Fast forward 2 years. Today I received a letter stating they reevaluated my Zelle complaint and determined a refund was warranted. Not only was the full amount refunded, but they included interest! I was blown away that WF prompted this review and refund on their own accord. This is called business integrity. This is, in part, why I continue to bank with WF.

I had fraudulent charges on my credit…
I had fraudulent charges on my credit card and the bank actually called me to let me know that they suspected the fraud. I told them that I did not know the vendor and had not made such a charge. They told me that they would reverse the charge and about nine months later I noticed that the charge was still not reversed. I called to let them know and they told me that they could not speak to me about it by phone but would send me a letter. I received a letter some time later and the letter stated that they were not going to reverse the fraudulent charges because I had been making payments on the card. I told them I had to make payments because the other charges were valid charges. I was the victim of identity theft and had a lot of debt to pay because I wasn't watching out for things as I should have been. I have been paying on the account for years and now can no longer pay online and my account was turned over to recovery even though I was paying it off. I could no longer pay online, they said I had to call so my payment was a day late the first time this happened and then I was told that I could do it online the next month and the same thing happened. I now call and am transferred around one dozen times before they can help me. I was just transferred five times this morning to make my monthly payment and now their system hung up on me so I am starting all over again. I left the account open years ago in an effort to resolve the issue but no one could ever help me. In the meantime, a utility company took a billing period to change my banks, after I called them, and my account went negative. I had no idea and the account was closed before I found out. Dealing with them has been a literal nightmare. Only person has been kind to me during the entire process.

Fake Coupon sent to my Mail box
They sent an offer to open checking account and get 325 dollars bonus. However, the code they sent never worked and now they say that visit your nearest branch to open the account. In this digital age, they can not send one coupon right? Poor service and pathetic marketing strategies.

Not a reliable bank service!
Not a reliable bank service!! They dont really care about the consumers et al. Customer service is very rude and disrespectful. I dont think they are suitable for banking sector. They do not have rational reason to cancel the appointments scheduled 30 days earlier. Soon are later you will be doomed with Wells Fargo services.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever…
Absolute worst customer service ever...Things that should be relatively easy are made difficult. I have been trying to get a transfer done for about 2 months now.. Calls result in long hold times, and once you get someone, they don't know what they are doing, pass you over (after a long additional hold) to someone else who again fails to provide the info needed to accomplish something. Robot-like responses and no clear guidance. One person says one thing. The other says something else. You think you are done...and you get a message saying you are not. They put you in an endless and frustrating loop. Just unbelievably awful!

After 20+ years, I've had it.
I wish I could give them a zero. They are TERRIBLE. They hire a bunch zoombies, then they don't train them. But before you get to a zombie they make you sit through what feels like 10 minutes of robochatter. Then, when you get the zombie it has no clue. Call back, same thing. 3 zombies, 3 different responses, no satisfaction. They put you on hold forever, the same zombie comes back and says "I spoke with . . . ." - and it's always something crazy and it's always different. I've had. My project this year is to take my business elsewhere.

Nothing but crooks.
Just an excuse to rip people off. Search "Wells Fargo" fines" to see a list of offences they've committed against their customers. I've had no choice but to deal with them when my father could no longer manage his accounts. Even with a Power of Attorney and a legal letter, WF refuses to acknowledge me "due to security measures". However, in the meantime, they allowed a hacker to get into his account and transfer out $15K! After, we were instructed to wait while they investigated the fraud. A couple weeks later, they said because we didn't "act" in time, they were closing the case and no longer took any accountability for the hack. Just stay as far away from this company as possible. They really should be shut down because the multi-billion dollar fines they've been given clearly are not working.

Not first afwul experience with them but it will be my last.

Truly dreadful service:robotic script…
Truly dreadful service:robotic script readers not earthly humans attempt to interact with telephone inquiries. I called to pay my auto loan: WF lost the paperwork and I resubmitted, WF could not find the documents and denied I had an account, following up the next week WF did not understand I called to investigate the status of my loan so I can timely pay and I was sent to a WF supervisor to reexplain all, next I understand that a package to welcome me will arrive after my payment due date so I asked to automate my payment but WF Denied as my due date is less than 10 days away, asked to pay by cc was denied and finally I asked to make a one time payment which was accepted. Simple but took an hour on the phone to accomplish with a 5 times Re reading of the same information. Asinine. I will prepay my loan to avoid dealing with WF. Avoid these clowns.

Much better customer service
I am changing my review because I called on 23rd and an agent named Justin was very Helpful, professional, knowledgeable and considerate. He answered my Questions clearly and solved the issue. Also I visited a branch and they were so helpful, welcoming, professional and respected my time. (Terrible customer service! Agents have zero knowledge about mortgage and zero care about customers! It's been couple of months I'm dealing with them. Only once I talked to a person who really cared and gave me the right information about my account! The other 10 times, they couldn't even calculate how much I deposited! I called today again and The first and second person tried to deceive me me to Refinance with a higher rate than what I have right now! The third person kept me on hold every 10 minutes for 50 minutes to answer only on question and she kept rephrasing my question. The forth person even didn't bother to answer. She pretend that she doesn't hear me and hang up on me! I was on the phone with them from 8:59 to 10:02 and the only thing they did was ruining my day with zero result! I'm not expert in financing but I could definitely do a fantastic job compare to bunch of lazy, irresponsible people who work there and they don't care about customer's concerns and satisfaction! It's really a shame! Wells Fargo! Something is seriously wrong with your hiring system!)

If I could give it less than the one…
If I could give it less than the one star, it would be zero. I've been a customer at this mess of a bank for 7 years. They have manipulated deposit dates and purchase dates, leading to incessant late fees and multiple transactions, and has happened multiple times costing us a total of 1009$. Customer service is nonexistent, and they have zero motivation to come to any conclusions because they are benefitting financially. We are closing our account and cancelling all direct deposits. WF preys on their customers without shame and are loud and proud about it. They've proven they're untrustworthy and inconsistent and this was my very last day spending hours on the phone educating my bankers. Save yourself the trouble, go anywhere else. 😉

Don’t ever do business with Wells…
Don’t ever do business with Wells Fargo. They will harm you in more ways than i can think of. I can tell you that I did a loan with them and they are committing fraud and illegal behavior. Below is part of the chain of what happened to me and they also did this to my neighbors! They incorrectly put tax information in my file, double counted an asset and failed to come up with the right ratios. They told us to wire $35K gift funds directly to escrow as you can see below and then they denied our loan for receiving too much gift monkey! We spoke to a board member at Charles Schwab who said because we locked in a long term rate of 3% Wells Fargo will lose money by putting this loan on their books as they would have to borrow from the feds overnight rate As you can see we hired an attorney as Wells Fargo already admitted fault and agreed to pay us $6K out of the $30K of financial losses we incurred because of them but we just want someone to hold them accountable. Ironic that in the wake of their big settlement they are still performing illegal lending tactics today. I missed my fiancés grandmas funeral, they almost cost me my proposal to my fiancé and we were homeless because of their mistakes. What they are doing to people isn’t right and they don’t give any care about it. If you want anymore information from me I would be happy to share more about my story but our loan officer said we were the worst treated loan file he’s seen in his career. Additionally our loan officer filed a complaint against his own company on our behalf and was fired. Wells Fargo just wants this to go away but if that doesn’t tell you they knew they messed up I don’t know what does. Thanks in advance for any light you can share with the world about this awful, awful company. Thanks

Wells Fargo doesn’t care!
Wells Fargo doesn’t care! My wife and I are entrepreneurs. We have wanted to go on a cruise for many years but due to the pandemic and challenges with the economy we have had to postpone this dream until recently. We saved our money for 7 years and finally, December ’22, we got our wish. On 12/23/22 I deposited a check for $8500 in my personal WELLS FARGO acct. – this was written from a BANK OF AMERICA ACCOUNT, from a business that I OWN. The check was signed by me. There was plenty of money in that account to cover that check. I am a WELLS FARGO customer since 2004! This money was for the purpose of covering the cost of our cruise. I have signed dozens of checks from my B/A account to WELLS FARGO acct over many years, never an issue. We left on our dream cruise on 12/29/22. After almost thirty hours of flying to our destination I was notified via email, from WELLS FARGO, that my check was returned and the funds were withdrawn from my WELLS FARGO acct. and returned to my B/A acct! The reason was “irregular signature”. I am now on my dream cruise and notified that the money that took us 7 years to save was now NOT AVAILABLE. Please keep in mind that I was in Europe. I had little or no internet access and was working with a 7-9 hour time difference. Add to that, we were in the middle of the New Years holiday making it very hard to reach people. We were so stressed. How are we going to get access to our money? Time zones and holidays made this so frustrating trying to reach people and due to the limited internet access trying to move money around was impossible. We were distraught. I called Wells Fargo and reached the first person who could not have cared any less. No compassion, no sympathy. I was told the following: • my signature was “irregular”, therefore the money was returned. • I explained that I was the authorized signer and was ready to offer any security measures required of me. I was told “we understand and apologize but there is nothing they can do”. • I begged them to verify the check to ensure there were funds in the account. I was told, that was not the issue. • I asked them to look at ANY of my previously written checks and they will see that my signature was the same…for years! She couldn’t care any less. • I asked for a supervisor and after multiple requests, she begrudgingly agreed. After waiting at least five minutes, expecting my connection to drop at any moment, a supervisor responded. I explained again that I was in dire straights and need them to put the money back in my account. Again, I was received a bunch of disingenuous apologies but there was nothing they could do. They promised me that I would hear from a supervisor within hours…..today is 1/9, TEN days later….NO CONTACT FROM WELLS FARGO. The facts: • The check was written from an established BANK OF AMERICA account with more than enough funds to cover the amount. • My signature was no different that dozens of checks written by me. This was easily verified by a simple review of my previous check images, readily available from my account. • I contacted Wells Fargo on 12/29/22. Offered them every conceivable form of security to verify authenticity of the check they were denying. They denied me and promised a supervisor would call withing 48 hours – ten days later, no contact. • I was charged a $12 fee for the retuned check!!!! It is clear to me that Wells Fargo could not care any less about their clients. My cruise was saved only by contacting a friend, who was in my home town, who covered the amount until my return. The damage was done. I lost three days of my dream cruise because WELLS FARGO doesn’t care. The stress was awful. I implore anyone searching for a new bank….Do the research. You will see that my situation is common for this uncaring financial institution. They are terrible people who disguise their selfish motives under the guise of “My security”!!?? My situation was easily rectifiable by a simple security check or reviewing my previous signatures. Shame on you Wells Fargo. You could not care any less….or maybe you could. Keith Kramer

Upset customer
First of all. I have been a loyal customer with Wells Fargo for four + years. I recently moved to UT from CO in which I had a joint account with my soon to be ex husband. I came in to Wells Fargo 84044 on 12/31/2022 to open up my own account so I could have my work checks direct deposit without my ex knowing I opened up my own account. Wan if the banker whom helped me. She was very friendly and helped me set up my account. That same day I put $ into my new account and I waited a week for my debit card to arrive by mail. I received my Debit card 01/07/2023. I tried using me new debit card on 01/08/2023 and my card was declined (with UBER) a few times knowing I had enough money in my account. I then went to Costco used my new debit card which went through with no problem. I signed on to my Wells Fargo account and noticed I didn't have any of the transactions PENDING on my new account! I then looked at my joint account (which I kept for ex husband to transfer alimony. When I opened up my new account I was promised that he would not know I opened up my own account. I didn't want him knowing due to being violent! Wells Fargo had taken money out of joint account which showed the transactions that I made with my new debit card so now he knows that I have my own account! I called 1(844) 879-3029 morning of 01/09/2023 spoke with a kind lady named Rem. She was able to view and understood my concern regarding my ex now upset knowing I opened up my own account! She has mentioned that Wan had mistaken & made my account as a joint account without my ex-husband being present due to him living in a different state! Juan tried calling me while at work I couldn't answer my phone so I called her on my lunch break at approximately 1:15 pm. I didn't have the information that I needed to explain her mistake. We had scheduled for me to come in at 4:00 p.m. to talk about this issue. She called me back and told me she had an appointment at 4:00 p.m. with somebody and that I would be able to talk to her at 3:00 p.m. it is currently 4:15 and she's supposedly been with customers since and has not gotten back to me! I am extremely upset and the bankers don't seem to care now that I have my account already open which I'm about ready to shut down! Please be careful going to this branch and double check your information is correct. (Wan did call me back before closing and and was very friendly) hopefully the issue with my account is resolved. Even though ex still knows about my new account! She did say, complaint management was going to call me back in five minutes and gave me a long verification code to give them when they call me. It is currently 6:30 pm & I still haven't had anyone call me!

Bad service and held my money
I opened an account they gave me temporary checks while my checks were being printed. I wrote a check to my mortgage company and it was returned for fraud. I went to my local Wells Fargo and they said yes it was returned. They didn’t know why and that I needed to talk to a banker. So they told me to wait in the lobby for a banker. I waited 30 minutes and then the banker got up and left and I asked tge teller where did he go and she said he went to lunch, fully knowing that I was sitting there waiting for him. All while my check was returned, my mortgage payment for my house bounced, and I got a service charge from my mortgage company. no one contacted me to let me know that they were not going to clear my check that they gave me and that I had plenty of money in the bank. The customer service is awful and they need someone to come in there and take care of their customers. I really wanted it to work out with Wells Fargo as I left my Bank Of 20 years . I am closing my account with Wells Fargo and going back to my previous bank. Just like they say you don’t know what you have until it’s gone and wells Fargo is one bank I will not miss oh, and I also sold my Wells Fargo stock this morning as I want to be treated like a human not just a number.

Wells Fargo is the best bank!
I always bank at the Wells Fargo in Apex NC at the Beaver Creek location. Sherri is the most personable teller I know. She is so friendly to everyone that comes in the bank. My daughter always try to convince me to do online banking. I enjoy coming into the bank and seeing everyone! Sherri always takes the time to find out how I’m doing. She remembers everything! It’s such a pleasure to bank with Wells Fargo…..especially when there are so many friendly people working at the bank!

I have never hated anything in my life as much as I have hated WellsFargo. This bank is Anti-Americans and Anti-Smart people. I have been a victim of their broken checking system and as a result, I have been sleeping in my car, dropping out of school and suffering in every way you can possibly imagine. If you really care about ethical banking system, don’t do business with this bank. They will abandon you as soon as you seek help in any situation. Do not do business with them if you are a justice person and against corruption. I’m still in pain and suffering due to their actions and abandonment to me.

They going to cancel my card and give me a new one. I am really upset about it because I don't see how they can do that and I never had a fraud or anything on this card. I have my mortgage through them under my maiden name also but I have to loose my card that has both my maiden and married name on it. I am really thinking about just moving everything to another bank because I am not understanding this at all. I am really upset and to make it so bad I went to the branch with My Driver's license and everything. I am very very upset!!

Misleading and time wasting ! I went to the bank’s branch to apply for reflect credit card, no one in that branch could make the process of the application go forward at certain step, even after calling the bank’s help desk !!!!!! I spent 40 minutes and at the end there was even no explanation about why they couldn’t do it the worst is that no one could give any feed back ( no one knew !!!!! ) even the help desk employees !!!!!! Don't trust Wells Fargi to make a wire transfer!
In November I initiated a large wire transfer electronically, using the Wells Fargo banking app. I received email confirmation the next day that the wire was being processed, and I assumed processing would go smoothly. However, when I checked a few business days later, I found the wire was not sent. I had not been notified of this by the bank in any sort of timely fashion. I only found out in real-time by checking myself. (I say real-time, because more than a week after I identified the issue, I received a belated email, telling me the transfer was canceled.) At the time I became aware, I spoke with 3 very polite bank representatives, who had no explanation for why the wire did not go through. I escalated my issue for follow-up, and was contacted-but basically I was told I should check myself to be sure the electronic system was working and that my concerns were "heard". What I wanted was an acknowledgement that the systems had failed, and some indication that the flaw was fixed. What I got was a very polite "There, there. We hear that you were unhappy." I've been a customer for nearly 30 years. It may be time to move to a more customer-centric bank.

THE DEBIT CARD AND CHECKIN ACCOUNT WERE ONLY ONE MONTH OLD. I MADE COMPLAINS,REQUESTED INVESTIGATIONS AND ALSO FILLED COMPLAINS WITH THE USELESS BBB OR CFPB PLUS CALLED THE BANK REGULATORS AND EVENTUALLY I ENDED UP IN A LOOP HOLE. THEY REFUSED TO PAY. I EXPLAINED THAT THIS IS FRAUD BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL NOT PAY BECAUSE I MADE THE PURCHASE.THEY WERE BLAMING ME OVER AND OVER. NO MATTER HOW MUCH I FOUGHT I LOST 600$ IN 2 WEEKS WITH THE DEBIT CARD FRAUD.NOT EVEN THE POLICE HELPED I TOLD WELLS FARGO FY AND CHANGED BANK.

Customer Service
I have worked hard for many years and pay my bills on time. Recently I have been hit with a painful divorce and Wells Fargo was there to lend whatever financial service I need. Also several years ago my debit card was stolen. Wells Fargo Security was able to detect that immediately and notified me. I am proud to be a Wells Fargo Customer!

Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers, I am a seller and shipped an item to my customer, customer was a scammer and filed a report with his bank, wellfargo, his bank asked for proof of delivery, I sent the tracking code along with pictures of the package delivered inside the mail room of the customer’s residence, the bank adjudicated for the customer saying “proof of delivery doesn’t mean proof of receipt”. I was charged an extra $30 for adjudication fees. Pure filth.

VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!
I just opened this account with WF and have been lied to back and forth. When I called to discuss a payment that was pulled by another business that was an error, WF advised they WOULD NOT return my car payment because the other business called and said it was their mistake and they were putting the money back on my account along with the fees. Well, I get this email the next day saying my car payment was returned. I had the reps name who I spoke to but found out from the claims department, they have no way of knowing who I spoke to. THEY DO NOT RECORD THEIR CALLS!!! Hmmm, this is what they say when I call them!! Also, their services are not good. To get overdraft protection, you have to have a checking, savings AND you MUST have a credit card through them!! I don't need nor do I want a credit card. My opinion, they want those overdraft fees they charge! Go figure. I notice when I go into the bank, they cater to foreigners and I've heard them get very irate with these customers because they can't understand them and possibly getting over these people!! SMH! Please be careful with WF, they are a very dishonest company!!

Wells Fargo is the worst bank…
Wells Fargo is the worst bank consistently. Fees galore, but the biggest problem is the holds. They hold every check over a certain amount, trust me its very small amounts. We are a business and WF has successfully shut our business down for two weeks at a time exercising their "holds" policies. It shows they have the money and it cleared the other bank, so thats not the problem. They are liars, and have taken our money and portioned it out to use in increments. This to me is criminal. But they are allowed to do it. Def had enough and switching banks ASAP. Beware if you are a WF customer, especially a small business. They will target certain customers. Their customer service sucks, and when I kindly expressed my dissatisfaction, they customer service rep hung up on me. Terrible.

Scum
Wells Fargo (which is really a bank from Minnesota that bought out Wells Fargo years ago) is a scummy company. I worked for them for 2 years. Their policies constantly change. Their motto goes something like “here for you when…” The truth is they are here to rip you off whenever they can. Such a scum-sucking company with scummy employees that stab you in the back. They hide information. They treat you like garbage whether you are a long-time customer, employee, or non-customer just trying to cash a check. Once I get caught up I will distance myself from this fraudulent company forever. SUCH A SCUMMY COMPANY run by WORTHLESS HUMAN BEINGS. I would rather be robbed at gunpoint than robbed by Wells Fargo, because I have a chance to protect my money against a lunatic with a gun than with the scum-sucking MF’s that associate themselves with this scummy company. If you work for this company and can read this, go off yourself; the world will be better off without you.

There was a fraudulent transaction on my account that occurred with my "supposed" card. They claim that it was me or someone I know that used my card because the chip was read. Hmmm, well I was not in the store on that day nor was anybody else I know. It's a mystery of how it happened, but accuse me of my own fraud and that I have to pay the amount of the fraud 1,030.00. Absolutely do NOT recommend them as a bank. I was With them for 2 years and fraudulent activity ALWAYS happened to my account. Then it was go under investigation each time and never received my money back from anonymous PayPal accounts.and I do not have a PayPal account. Tried to get a replacement card because it was stolen. My account went under another investigation for two weeks as for what I was told, but it didn’t begin until five days before I closed my account. Wow how unprofessional of them not to communicate that my account was already under investigation two weeks prior, do not recommend this bank. Do not trust them. They are untrustworthy and the people that are representatives on the customer service line are rude and some of them do not care enough for you to have a good experience with the bank over the phone to get things worked out. Horrible bank what so ever !!!

Selective policies
For several years we have been customers and big fans of Wells-Forgo----Until NOW! We recently sold a vehicle to purchase another. I deposited a very large bank check into the ATM. I did not sign it (as I never do). Wells-Fargo chose to hold the funds for 10 days. I have repeated called to see if this could be fixed. Nobody was interested in helping. I was only told there was nothing they could do. They even stated it was the issuing bank for the reason. NOT TRUE. I called the issuing bank. If Wells-Fargo was going to hold this for signature, why didn't the ATM reject? or, Why wasn't the check returned to me so I could sign? This would have only delayed things a day or two. I guess they prefer to accrue interest on collected funds for 10 days. I already have my new vehicle, but had to call (a very understanding) dealership and explain why I couldn't bring their money, as promised. Not the way I like to do business. When I told them it was Wells-Fargo, they said "enough said". SHAME, SHAME,SHAME on you, greedy Wells-Fargo!

Yesterday, I paid my rent $3000 at 6pm, at 9:30 pm I get an alert. WF did NOT PAY my rent, I exceeded my daily limit and I would need call at 7am today. So let me understand; WF can decide NOT to pay after hours but can't decide to increase my limit or pay after hours? This morning they changed my limit but can't give me my late fee which I have been charged.

I got scammed by someone pretending to…
I got scammed by someone pretending to be from the bank's fraud department. He had all my information and asked for that I repeat a code that he is sending. The calls came from Wells Fargo phone number. All my money ($24,500) was wired to some account on another bank. Wells Fargo was unwilling to refund my money saying that a wire is not covered under their policy. After complaining I got a call from Mary Johnson at the executive branch (who sent me a code and asked me to read it back) She said she doesn't agree with the decision of their claims department but there is nothing she can do. I believe this was an inside job. My account information is on my computer and my phone. I didn't lose any device. I have antivirus protection, and I just deposited this money into my checking account a day earlier to pay for my brothers funeral expenses. Stay away from this bank. I would have given them -100 starts if that was possible.

I Mean ITS THEIR FAULT, the send the bill to the old address in the first place. She said no, 1 month later I get the bill to the right address with fees. I called the customer service waited 56 min on line and at the end they just hang up and told me to call back later which I did. I called them right away , I went through automated system and at the end they said that the office is closed. Very unprofessional. THEY NEED TO BE SUED

Can't get my money from them
My stepmother passed away over 2.5 years ago, and left the bulk of her financial accounts to my brother and me. While things got slowed down by the pandemic and probate court issues, it still took a considerable time to get the tax paid money out of WF Financial Services, and even then, I had to amend my 2021 tax return because I didn't get the correct information from WF regarding capital gains until a few months ago. Since then, for about a year now, we have been trying to get the tax deferred money from the one remaining account released to us. It has just been a continuous cycle of excuses, lost paperwork, more excuses, and, in my opinion, incompetent delays. There is no way I would ever let them handle a account for me.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had a credit card with them for over a year, and paid it off and hadn't used it in awhile. I then got my notified that my account had been closed due to credit risk! I was never late, and paid off a $1700 plus balance all in one payment. When I called to speak to someone about reopening it, I got transferred around multiple times with half of the reps not being able to pull it up. When I finally got to last department, the guy was VERY short with me about why it was closed and when I asked if there's any way to reopen it, it was a blunt NO. And then silence. No offer to reapply or anything just repeated no, you cannot. Very poor customer service for a card that I never ran up the limit, and never made late payments.

Good experiences
I had no problem with this bank and used them for years. They did make one mistake when I moved from Oregon. For some reason my account had to be completely reset so the only minor issue was my 'customer since ____' status was changed. I recently had some mutual funds sold off and they were sold and deposited into another bank within 2 days which was impressively fast! I also had no problem getting a small inheritance from my recently deceased grandmother. Compared to another time with another bank it was a lot easier.

RUDE AND NASTY ON THE PHONE - NEVER AGAIN!
I'm in escrow and needed to do a couple of wire transfers -- one at the beginning of escrow and one at the end of escrow. I made the first wire transfer a month ago on advice of a Wells Fargo rep over the phone who advise me (which is why I called). The rep told me that when I need to make my final escrow transfer, I can do it the same way but it'll be easier the second time because the Escrow Bank account is all set up now. Well, tonight, 11/16/2022, I tried to do the final escrow deposit online and it would not go through -- the rep gave me bad information. I called Wells Fargo, and Maria couldn't help me. Maria said banking nowadays is very difficult, said it's hard to get an appointment and some banks don't even answer their phones, etc. I asked for more help. She sent me to the escalation manager whose name is Olga. Olga was EXTREMELY RUDE to me over the phone. She spoke to me in a condescending manner and blamed me for the situation of me not being able to do the transfer, blamed me for the fact that she they couldn't get me a timely appointment at my branch. IT WAS SURREAL to say the least. I told her to stop talking down her nose to me in a condescending manner. She said she'll hang up on me if I yell. I said I'd stop yelling if she stopped talking down her nose to me. UNBELIEVABLE. First I'm given bad advice then I get the worlds worst escalation manager who was only good at escalating one thing -- my blood pressure. There are not enough words to convey how awful Olga spoke to me over the phone. Eventually, she hung up on me! Even after we found a way to speak to one another rationally she simply hung up on me -- which only solidified my thoughts that she's horrible and should not be a customer service rep. What is wrong with Wells Fargo that they hire someone like her? One can only wonder. I shut down Bank of America in 1990 for bad customer service and never looked back. Sorry to say I have to yet again remove a banking institution from my life. Needless to say, I will change banks AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO EVER AGAIN!

I had issues with a local branch that I wont go into, but ended up calling corporate. Both times customer service was appalled, apologized and said they would escalate the concerns. They said someone would be contacting me, I requested a phone call so I could have a human interaction. NOT one call, voicemail, email….nothing. Both times promised someone would get back asap. Neither time a response, So corporate has shown themselves as inept as the branch on Litchfield and Indian School Rd in Goodyear, Az. Time to put Wells Fargo in my past.

With the current status of the country
With the current status of the country, COVID-19 and steady climb of cancer, You would figure that an institution would consider the human factor in their customers. Banking in the pre-internet and virtual customer service i.e.: robot. There was a human interaction that was meaningful and trust. What happened????????? I have just wasted nearly 4 hours to obtain an auto loan statement to pay Wells Fargo timely and due to their inefficiency in process and lack of resolve for an easy solution of an emailed statement to pay timely, nobody can help. I have never heard in my experience as a customer, a company that had to be chased down for payment and gives a hard time to accept a customer who is willing to pay timely. All that is being asked is a timely statement, their 20-day notice or mailed documentation is all a marketing smoke screen of assurance to the general public. The narrative is “pay me, I don’t need to furbish you’re a bill” how can this be so complicated? Is has become more so its robotic and profitable not to engage humanely and now it’s insulting to anyone who tries to navigate thru the excrement of apologies for disservice. A cancer patient should not be treated with such dismissal, if any customer falls short to timely payment, a hammer is dropped and harassment starts, this should be a two-way avenue in fairness. I know that this complaint will go unanswered thru corporate as its only $24,000 car note But if it was 1.5 billion dollars a solution with materialize in seconds, it’s just the reality that is in view of Wells Fargo, the small customer does not matter anymore and it has not mattered in this age of Profit robot dependency banking!

I can't have an online account???
I signed up for and received a Wells Fargo Active Cash card after seeing that they are listed as one of the top cards for 2% cash back each month along with an additional $200.00 cash back after spending and paying off $1000.00 in 3 months. When I tried to sign up for online access to have this card paid via auto pay, I received a message that they could not process my request online. I made over 4 hours of phone calls only to be told that because I do not text, I would not be able to have an online account. WF apparently wants me to call each month to give a rep my bank account information instead ? I was told that I could not be authenticated to set up a payment account, but I could alternatively go to a local branch, but there are none in the state of Ohio. I then asked if how I could get the 2% cash back and $200.00 bonus, and I was told that I would have call each month. I am older and do not text, and this was not in their disclosure that texting is the only way to authenticate a person who wants online account access. All of my other accounts are all online with zero issues. I am left wondering if WF is planning on just keeping all of the 2% cash back amounts as well as the $200.00 new customer bonus? This is the first account that I have ever had that will not allow me to pay them online! I just now noticed the BBB "F" rating--Too Late!

Awful bank
Awful bank that does not keep your money safe. Some person who is not me was able to cash checks written out to me against my bank account?? Called customer service multiple times with no answers. I filed a claim and heard nothing since unless it is me calling them. The bank called me today asking me to pay the negative balance and when I told them I would not be paying because their is an open claim they said they can't find a claim. I spoke to someone else who verified their WAS a claim but it was closed as it had a resolution. She transferred me to someone else to get more information on the resolution who was unable to help me so she transferred me yet again to someone else who then told me my claim was not resolved and was infact still open. When I told him I was getting phone calls about paying the balance he gave me a completely different claim number and said the claim was open 4 days after it actually was. They said 10 days to investigate, but they closed my original claim and want to start the 10 days over again. Since October 25th when my bank account became negative I have called atleast 6 times and everytime am transferred to someone else about 5 times for them to tell me they don't have any answers and won't even issue a temporary credit while they investigate.

Promo check of 5% was a sham
They sent me a check with a promotional rate of 5% that said deposit by 9/30. I deposited it on 9/30, the bank I deposited it to showed it clearing that date. However Wells Fargo said it didn't clear on their end until 10/14 and that I don't get the promo rate, my rate is 10%. Why would you put the date of 9/30 if in reality it needed to be deposited two weeks prior to that? I've contacted customer support three times and denied all three times. This company is so frustrating to deal with. I look forward to ending my business relationship with them.

WORST BANK WITH WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE, ONLY GOOD AT CHARGING FEES WHERE THEY SHOULD NOT
I opened a checking account with Wells Fargo at least 5 years ago (can't remember as it's a long time ago and I haven't used this account for at least 5 years since the initial deposit of $3,375). So I wanted to close this account. The branch told me that I need to make the balance 0 to have it closed. On 10/18/2022, I transferred $3,000 from this account to my Ally account as I didn't remember how much exactly was left in my account other than it's > $3,000. Then after I got a statement from Wells Fargo, I knew there was another $375 left. A few days later, I transferred the rest, $375. Then, I got a statement tell me there's a $10 mininum balance fee charged. I believe when I opened the account, there's no maintainance fee or interest whatsoever. It must be added somehow without my knowledge. A few minutes ago I called to ask how I can pay the $10 fee and close my account, I was told I actually owe them $45,m not $10, because it only had $365 when I asked Ally Bank to initiate the $375 transfer. So they added another $35 for that. If you wonder why I didn't check my Wells Fargo online account before I transferred the first time. Here's why: my online account has stopped working for me for a long time. Every time I tried to log in, it says it's not working, please re-register or call Customer Service. When I called their CS, every time the person on the phone told me it had been solved and I only needed to wait to see I was able log on. BUT IT NEVER WORKED! When I used my new login, same error messages. I can't count how much time I have wasted talking to their CS, their branch people. Overall, it's been such a bad experience. I've banked with a few banks in the past 25 years but Wells Fargo is definitely the WORST. So I have had this checking account for nothing, other than the $45 I paid them for providing me 0 service other than wasting so much of my time.

WELLS FARGO TERRORIZES CUSTOMER OF 15…
WELLS FARGO TERRORIZES CUSTOMER OF 15 YEARS I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for almost 15 years with checking and savings accounts, mortgages, LOC and Money Markets. I have a personal checking account, an MMA, personal savings, and two business checking accounts. Total funds are over $92,000. My accounts were seized on September 20th after a Wells Fargo banker and branch manager in Fort Pierce, FL decided I was engaging in fraudulent activity. I sent a wire on 9/16 and misspelled the name, so it was returned. I went back on 9/20 to send the funds to a different recipient working with the company I was investing with. The banker told me the routing number did not work, so I called the CEO of the company and got account information for another person on the project. I know the CEO of the company and I offered to invest in the project he and a group are doing in Europe. I was informed by the bank manager and banker that the wire was my responsibility and not covered for loss, and I agreed to that verbally 4 times. I said I would sign a document agreeing to that, since I know who I was sending the money to. At this point, the banker and manager went in the back office and came out after about 15-20 minutes. They informed me the routing number actually did work for the second recipient, but that the third recipient is a dead person. The third recipient was on the phone with the CEO to provide the account information and was very much alive. They told me they suspect me of fraudulent activity such as money laundering and would not accept that the funds in my account came from a sale of property, even though I deposited the check at their branch. By the time I got home, all five of my accounts were frozen. I could not pay my staff or vendors, nor pay my mortgage and bills. My accounts that were frozen on 9/20 were supposed to close on 10/4. I was notified late on 9/30 that closure was delayed to 10/18. Late on 10/14 I received notice that the closure was delayed to 11/1. I did not get an email on 10/28, but got it late on 10/31 that the closure on all accounts is delayed again from 11/1 until 11/15. All five accounts are being held hostage, with notification specifying "We are waiting for a bank to request a return of deposit to this account". There is NO deposit to return, the last deposit on 9/13 was a check of proceeds from the sale of one of my properties. The sale of the property and parties involved can be confirmed online in five minutes. A Suspicious Activity Report has also been filed on me. I cannot open new accounts, I cannot pay some of my bills, and this is a nightmare. There just cannot be a legal reason for Wells Fargo to continue to hold all of my money and destroy my credit. I had to borrow $15,000 and drain all my other savings to keep my company going, pay my staff and pay my bills. Wells Fargo is holding hostage over $92,000 of my operating and personal capital. No-one will discuss anything with me or tell me why or what is happening ... or when it will end. I am over 60 years old, and this is crippling my business and my life. I have never participated in fraudulent activity; I am a small business owner for 38 years and invest in real estate on the side.

I have been a customer of Wells Wells Fargo going out of business? Fargo… Wells Fargo going out of business?
I have been a customer of Wells Fargo since 1983, Wells Fargo has closed all but one branch in the town, I literally have to drive past three banks to get to a Wells Fargo, I’ve been trying to use the online banking app, the latest update has made it so I am unable to find my deposits into my account, I contact the company twice, no response. With outstanding customer service like that understand why they’re closing branches. The absence of branches to be used a bad app and no customer service makes for a low standard of banking

I have never seen a bank in history takes 21-22 days to validate the creditor bank account.
On September 10, 2022, I received an email from my school career fair for a job listing that is supposed to help me make $500 a week so that I can stand up on my feet while doing school. Anyway, I talked to the person indicated in the email for further action. This person emailed me 2 checks and asked me to Wire money and send the Zell amount to the person who's supposed to get the job done. I DID NOT WIRE OR SEND ANY MONEY UNTIL THE CHECKS WERE SETTLED AND CLEARED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. THEN AFTER 22 DAYS MR. Wells Fargo REVERSED THEESE 2 CHECKS. I filed a claim when I saw the checks revision and on October 25, 2022, I received a letter saying "YOUR INQUIRY IS DENIED". I have been suffering financially and emotionally since Wells Fargo REVERSED THEESE 2 CHECKS. I have never seen a bank in history takes 21-22 days to validate the creditor bank account. I am a student. I live on financial aid and student loans, and Wells Fargo doing that to me.

Incompetent + Lack of support
Unbelievably inefficient, incompetent and lack of support. A Dental clinic added a service to the charges that were not provided so I placed a dispute on that specific amount. Needless to say, Wells Fargo reported it to Visa as an “incorrect charge amount” and Visa rejected it saying this was the correct price for the service. I have explained numerous times that the service was NOT provided at all, without success. I don’t want to give this negative experience any more energy than is needed, suffice it to say that I have started closing my accounts one by one, as of today. And they do make it difficult to close an account, asking me to go to the nearest branch. It has been a long 20 years with Wells Fargo but it’s time to say goodbye.

Paid mortgage in branch lost my mortgage payment 😡
I went to Wells Fargo branch in Yuba City California. I paid mortgage and credit card at Wells Fargo branch. The payment was not apply to my account. Do you have your receipt? No. The teller repeated over and over saying well what do you want me to do? I can’t help you the manager agreed. I returned with verification of the transactions. The manager said I am going to lunch 🍱 I will call you. I never 👎 received a call so I returned the next day sat in the branch from 9am till 12:40 the manager says I was in a meeting. I will help you soon. When I got help?I filed a complaint and was told the process took 30 to 45 day before they can locate my mortgage payment I made with a debit card from another bank. I call and check each day and While Wells Fargo make me listen to disclaimers about defaulting on my loan and fees I will pay. The worker at Yuba City branch in California are passive aggressive and downright rude.

Just open account for ATM transactions…
Just open account for ATM transactions for my business. Print check. After 45 days they want to close my account. When I call them to find reason. They keep on hanging the phone. Only thing that they say it's business decisions. What a nonsense. They think that this is joke. They can do what ever they want to do. My ATM mechine is close. I will loose all my customer for next 7 days. To setup new account with another bank. This is suppose to be classified law suits. They must be doing to so many businesses.

Dishonest Banking
My experience with this department started in April 2021 when I filed a claim for fraudulent activity on my account. The claim itself was originally denied for reasons unknown. Of course I kept pushing Wells Fargo because this yes in fact it was fraudulent and it took four months which was in August 2021 for them to actually do anything about it. At which point I received a partial credit into my account and Wells Fargo‘s reason for a partial credit was due to them only being able to do a partial amount due to a certain timeframe. Since August 2021 I have been pushing Wells Fargo and asking questions to which they did not answer until today. So yes I’ll save you from doing the math. Total time from when it started until today is roughly 18 months. I have been passed around to a total of 40+ “Case specialist.” Yes I put case specialist in quotes because I’m not sure if you can even call them case specialists. The reason I say that is because on numerous occasions I was lied to and given incorrect information regarding my case. On one occasion I was told by this “case specialist" quote that the reason my claim was denied was because I did not file the paperwork within a certain timeframe. At this point I’m confused because I know I did everything that I was told to do by Wells Fargo, so I’ve been asked this “case specialist“ what that timeframe was and he told me 60 days. At this point I’m fuming because I know for a fact that I filed the correct paperwork within that timeframe and then I explain this to him. At which point his entitled attitude seem to have disappeared and he got quiet. After that he told me that he was going to escalate it and then give me a call back within 10 days. That call never happened. It took me finally getting a hold of what was his supervisor and being told that he was on vacation. Numerous times that I have called and spoken to someone I’ll need to be passed around to somebody new again over 40 times and which being provided inaccurate information. Until today which again 18 months later I spoke to a representative that told me even though I’ve been lied to and given all kinds of inaccurate information especially over this past year that my claim is still denied. I didn’t pointed out the fact that numerous employees have violated your own code of ethics on a number of different occasions and the only response from her was, "I’m sorry." My advice to anyone would be to get away from this bank because it’s Full of dishonest people who have no clue what they are doing. I pointed out specific parts of their code of ethics that state that if Wells Fargo does make a mistake they will acknowledge the mistake and take action to fix it. They never did that. It also states that they earn their customers trust with honesty and integrity. In one specific email I even put in the definitions of both. And still nothing. The only thing they are doing is sweeping this under the rug. What I am doing is letting the world know my experience and the hell that I have been through for the past 18 months in dealing with this. So again my advice to you would be if you are associated with this company at all you need to run away from it as fast as you can. I can assure you that anybody and everybody that I know that currently has any kind of business with Wells Fargo will know the hell that I’ve been through over the past 18 months and Wells Fargo will lose their business.

Repeated attempts to get an explanation…
Repeated attempts to get an explanation about a duplicate charge against my LOC account that was in excess of $19 thousand dollars. Repeatedly told I would be called back. I am still waiting for the first returned call. People answering the phone are polite but they cannot or will not answer the simplest questions. I have done business with WF for over 35 years and my experience of the past few days has left me with the impression I have been doing business with the wrong bank. That will change.

No customer service at all
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My account was overdrawn by a dollar and some change and I thought that I had made a transfer to cover it. Instead of Wells Fargo notifiying me and letting me know that my account was overdrawn and that they were going to close it, they CLOSED my account with NO PRIOR NOTICE and notified me after the fact. I think that is HORRIBLE customer service. I’ve heard a lot about them not treating their black customers fairly and this is completely unfair. Had I been overdrawn a hundred bucks I would have been notified. So I don’t understand. Wells Fargo, If you don’t want black people to bank with you, JUST SAY THAT!!! Don’t just close accounts and notify later. That’s not appropriate when you are in the business of customer service. Wells Fargo customer service told me I need to go into a branch or online to reopen an account instead of just helping me and providing me with the customer service that I deserved. After being a customer of theirs since 2009, I am no longer a customer all because they did not want to provide me with the service I deserved.

Bad business practices
I have a personal and business account with Wells Fargo. They are a joke. I deposited three business checks and as my account is set up they release Up to $400 of any deposit over $400. I deposited three checks on 10/13/22 totaling over $4k. The next day the took back the $400 and placed my deposits on hold for 10 days. When asked why they said there was suspicious activity on the side of the paying bank. I contacted the issuer of the checks who sent me proof the checks were paid on the 14th to Wells Fargo. I have been met with nothing but disrespect and no regards for the fact I have employees to pay. DO NOT use wells Fargo.

The worst Auto loan company that I’ve…
The worst Auto loan company that I’ve dealt with. As a Professional I like to communicate and call or have paperwork in hand for reasons justified by this situation. I requested a deferment for my August payment due to unforeseen consequences in my life. Was sent an approval form which I completed and followed directives. Signed dated and faxed. (Needed to be returned by 9/24/22. Kept the facsimile confirmation and paperwork. Called a week later to confirm was placed on hold. Was told too early to check called back several times through the course of the month. Now before I made my September payment I called again on 10/17/22 just to continue communication and to confirm my deferment was still, good. Spent 1.5 hours with Travis. He asked me to email the credit deferment department and attach pictures of the documentation I had (which btw was something I had originally asked to do with the deferment form on 9/15/22. I was told in August I couldn’t email the forms they had to be mailed or faxed but somehow now I could email this proof. Anyways I emailed the proof and they never followed up again. Called today because now I received a message from my credit score that it dropped 78 pts due to a missed payment. Was told today that I was 1 day late for October payment okay then why was a negative report placed on my credit report. The deferment department stated that becuz the date wasn’t clear and looked empty they just placed it into my folder. No emails or follow, ups just me calling and calling and trying to keep communication open. Travis was a great rep but there was only so much he could do. This vicious revolving door and red tape that this company takes no responsibility. I want my negative report to be removed ASAP. It’s not my fault that the deferment department cannot follow through. My dates of experiences with issues to follow up began on September 15 - October 19, 2022. I was the only one to pursue calls and proper flow of communication efforts.

Incompetent..
Incompetent... is the nice way to say it. The worst "service" I have even encountered. Got a check, under $20 for fees that shouldn't have been charged 11 years ago when I closed my mothers account due to her death. Now, 11 years later, I receive a check in her name, says bring it to the bank to cash. Won't let me cash it, my power of attorney is expired (duh... she died 11 years ago) I have her death certificate. They need to call legal, they call, legal is busy and will call them back and I wait, and I wait, and I wait. This is for a check they knew to send to me, under $20 and after about 30 minutes I left.

Wells Fargo will try and scam you out of money no matter who you are or how long y
I was banking with wells fargo since 2013 and a couple weeks ago I go wired 1,000 dollars and I saw the money hit my bank account. I did not think too much of it and I was supposed to get money from a financial aid refund around this time too. So I grabbed the 1,000 dollars and put it into savings. I get a call that night and wells fargo says that they are terminating my account because they believe that I was committing fraud. I was surprised so I went right into the wells fargo. They allowed 1,000 dollars from a mobile deposit and 2,500 dollars made from a direct deposit. It was not even signed by me. It went through in my account and both the money got added. They believed that I was the one that made the deposit. They told me that I was a fault and they did not even help me. I had to terminate my account and they we no help. It is another thing that WELLS FARGO does. They were no help. I go redirected 10 times and talked to 10 different people over the phone. They gave me empty promises and it is terrible that they continue to get away. Do not bank with WELLS FARGO. They are not there to help you bank they just want your money.

Wells Fargo is a joke…
Your bank is the most inconsiderate financial institution I've ever dealt with. You only have one banker available at my local branch which is located in a suburb of Houston and densely populated. I scheduled an appointment on my lunch hour and your banker was late returning from lunch which caused me and my wife to be late. On top of that, we requested a simple transaction history to send to lenders, and the request was an enormous hassle to complete. My wife, after several phone calls, spent an hour at the bank before finally getting what she needed. Wells Fargo is a joke and we will be take our business elsewhere as soon as we finish closing on our house.

Horrible business banking
Horrible business banking. Opened up account, used it for 30 days, set up direct pay for paying my employees, and wells fargo closed my online banking for suspicious activity, and would not open it back up when i called. Said ill have to wait til next week which is a joke, cause my employees bills and my business wont wait. how can they freeze a business account for doing straight up normal business activities and say too bad. They are a joke of a bank, and we already pay stupid amounts in fees with them. Do not use!!!

The eagan Wells Fargo is such a joke
The eagan Wells Fargo is such a joke. Waited in line while the same two customers were with the tellers for more than 20 mins and all other employees sitting at their desks just watching and not even giving any acknowledgements to the extremely long line of people.
