Disregard the strategically worded leftest reviews
Don’t pay too much attention to the poor reviews, written by liberal hacks. I had originally left Verizon due to ridiculous pricing and went to pure talk. Pure talk went through AT&T, which is not the best service in my area. A friend recommended patriot mobile so I gave them a try as they use Verizon at a substantial discount. They FedEx’d me the Sim cards and the porting and activation, took about four minutes for each phone. Painless. Great service all around.

I've had Patriot Mobile (via Charlie…
I've had Patriot Mobile (via Charlie Kirk suggestion) While I AM a patriot ad support their goals, their lack of Support and support follow through is without exception Null and void. I have had Patriot Mobile since Jan 5th of 2023. I have made numerous calls and promises of calls back which have never been made. Still do not have a receiving ability for voiced mails. I was finally promised a call back yesterday to hear from a Supervisor ( typically, she said; within 24 hours.) It never came go figure... I'm going to go to T-Mobile. and pay more, but don't mind as long as the support is there. Very, very disappointing. Bonnie Scott

I am very pleased with the customer service that we have received from Patriot Mobile. I would like to extend my thanks to Zack, Brooke, and Jessica, who all went out of their way to ensure that our service was working properly. We are grateful to have a cell phone provider that has Christian conservative beliefs, and will recommend Patriot Mobile to others.

I would not recommend this service/company
I would not recommend this company/service. Had a rough time porting our numbers to begin with. Was charged fees that were not explained up front. The service in my area, Rockwall Texas is terrible. It keeps pushing me to different carriers and I have no service at my house most of the time. Traveled to Cabo San Lucas and trying to connect down there never happened. Customer service is simply overwhelmed. Wish I could say better things, was really hoping to support this firm!

We wanted to like them
We wanted to like them. They failed to fully port our account from T-Mobile and we were charged $900 for 1 month/3 days of service by both companies simultaneously. We had to up our internet after 5 days of service too. We ended up staying with T-Mobile because our account never closed. Patriot mobile refused to give us a refund or even return multiple attempts to reach them. I would say that’s NOT what Jesus would do!

Problems show a company's commitment to customer service.
I have a small business with about dozen mobile devices. When we recently switched to Patriot mobile, I was glad to learn that as a business which heavily relies on our phones, we would be assigned a personal representative that we could always reach out to with questions or problems. Sometimes when you make a change, everything does not go perfectly and after we made the switch to Patriot Mobile, we had a couple of glitches. Notably how the voice mail screen was viewing on our phones was incorrect and the processing of a credit offer to us for switching from our current carrier was not properly credited. I was able to reach out to my representative with the problems. When he could not solve them, he escalated the issues to Jessica who works to resolve more technical issues. Jessica immediately reached out to me and thereafter she periodically contacted me to let me know what the next step she was going to take to get the issues resolved was going to be, as these were issues that took some time to work through. I was completely impressed with the level of personal service Patriot Mobile and Jessica provided to make sure that my problems were completely resolved. Yesterday on 12/29/22 I received an email that let me know that everything was now resolved and today on 12/30/22 I received a follow up call from Jessica to make sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. I can say that my whole experience in working through my two issues is a tremendous example of what great customer service looks like. It is when things don’t work perfectly that you find out what level of customer service a company has, and Patriot Mobile passed the test with flying colors. And finally, I cannot say how important it is to me to do business with a company that is supporting the values that has made American the freest and most prosperous country for all its citizens in human history. Patriot Mobile keep up all the great work!

I got a phone for my 97 year old…
I got a phone for my 97 year old Mother. The phone did not work out of the box as promised. I could not login to our account, I call the 972-728-7648 number and it never rings through. I returned the phone on Fedex they provided and they still are billing monthly charges. They emailed me to call them to cancel. I am disputing the charges. Worst customer service I ever had. I am surprised Glenn Beck would advertise for them

Had issues paying my bill with customer support tried 4 different cards and they kept having errors on their end. called my bank nothing wrong even showed up they tried to debit the account. Guy got frustrated with me and hung up. I will be moving carriers very soon. terrible service

Their customer service representatives have always been professional, courteous and precise with the information needed in resolving any issues. Everything they have said and done has been flawless. The support team is nice and competent. I told them i would only pay 50$ a month for service or I'd go elsewhere... My bill is still $50 and been that way for three yrs. Good co. I recommend them to everyone.

Mom's first smart phone is a success!
Got mom connected with her first Motorola smart phone to PM Oct 2021and PM always answers her questions and even quickly resolved other issues including with her Gmail account on the phone....this is not something they support at all! But at 85 years, you'd think she found new patient helpful friends. I suggested she call me to help with email, but PM already helped her out. Virtually held her hand, really. She likes that support always sounds "cheerful". Sometimes she has to wait a few minutes in the queue, but she says it's always worth it.

I recommended to my wife that she should switch from Verizon to Patriot mobile. We have experienced only problems. Incompetent customer service who did not bother to confirm that Patriot had service in our area. The company uses towers from multiple carriers. They sent us a T mobile sim. T mobile does not have service in our area. We have invested 2 days trying to port back to Verizon. Still not resolved. I would never recommend this service based on our experience.

BAD, then GOOD: ask for troubleshooting!
BAD, THEN GOOD. BAD: Ported iPhones from AT&T and swapped SIMs Nov. 21, 2022. No activation. Repeated calls, repeated fails for > 24 hrs. GOOD: JASMIN was thoughtful enough to run the troubleshooting protocol on Nov. 22 ~ 6:10 p.m. The damn ICCIDs on file were wrong. Corrected. Activated in 5 min. The earlier reps didn't troubleshoot. Duh! So always ask about the troubleshooting protocol.

Praise to Jessica M! To be honest I was skeptical to change providers. So I let my husband be the guinea pig. He had a flip phone! Swore he would not upgrade to Smartphone. That flip phone was the worst ever! Jessica was patient and tried everyway possible to get that phone to work. I hated it. So we convinced him to upgrade to iPhone. After the learning curve was over I monitored the reception and carrier support. I am pleased to have joined the Patriot Mobile family. Jessica has continued to be an incredible asset in helping us with our phones/iPad. The best part!!! Our phone bill has been cut in half! Thank you Molly in sales! Thank you Jessica in support!

At 69 had several different cell providers OVER the years. PATRIOT MOBILE IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVEN EVER HAD! THEY PUT ME THROUGH 30 DAYS OF MISERY, PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR HOURS. HAVE SPENT ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS ON 5 PHONES. 3 EXTRAS(UNUSED) THEY WONT TAKE BACK.WILL GET ANOTHER PROVIDER TODAY. I HAVE CALLed THEIR ADVERTIZERS Better business bureau. Service is terrible
Service is terrible. Dropped calls with almost every call. Customer service wait times are long and the service will not stay connected long enough to talk to an agent. While the phone is sitting still and not being touched the service cycles from three bars to No Service constantly. Paid over $100 dollars for service and connection, waisted money. Dont ,ake the same mistake.

We can not say enough about The staff at Patriot Mobile. We had a difficult transfer due to the fact that Verizon kept throwing up road blocks. Well this is a Conservative Christian phone company. So I sincerely question some of the bad reviews. Is it just hateful leftist doing it? I switched and get a REAL PERSON very quick for any issue I have. They sent me a sim for verizon which gave me service as good as I had with a $50 savings. I found my wifi assist did not work with the verizon sim so they sent me an AT&T sim. It is by far the best phone service I have ever experienced. Just sayin.

looong wait time no resolutions
Patriot mobile is great "IF" you have no problems. You have to wait on the phone for over an hour. Every time I have called which as been about 6 times, they have never helped me with any problem. I just had to live with it. Too bad they stand for such a good purpose , but I don't think the frustration of waiting and no resolution is helpful for anyone's nerves. The CS was checking into something put me on hold and then hung up. never called me back.

Miserable fail
Anyone thinking of using Patriot Mobil DO NOT USE. Worse customer service : , 2+ hour hold times, no call backs if you request that rather than wait on hold, mis information from different representatives, not available (even tech support) on Sunday. . I had to buy a burner phone at $119.44 since we had no phone service for five days. On the 6th day after ordering a land phone and paying to hook up I talked to Keith a manager, he said he understood & did finally get my phone working but since hubby not home he has to wait. after I asked that I have a month free and he they pay for burner phone he said he’d give me one month credit but sorry can’t pay for a burner phone. We were with them for two years! Going to T -Mobil .

Fantastic experience switching to…
Fantastic experience switching to Patriot Mobile. They provided excellent instructions and guided each step of the way. My prior carrier had a porting block on on our second number although their automated text was saying they released the number during activation. I called and spoke to Blake who was phenomenal, and after walking through some steps he determined that the porting department for my old carrier needed to be contacted. He was so patient and kind as he worked with my old carrier to fix the issue. Rich was also a pleasure to work with when making the switch, and very patient in answering my questions. So happy we made the switch- Patriot is a much better service and a much better price!

No Regrets Switching to Patriot Mobile 👍
Patriot is unique in that they can put you on any of the three major carriers depending on your coverage needs. Cellular performance is no different from what I've measured when with the actual carriers. Jessica M in tech support was very responsive and knowledgeable in overcoming a couple minor difficulties we had. Customer service is not outsourced. All CSR's are friendly and converse as one would expect being located in Texas. I am a verified reviewer and have no financial ties to this company. Take this review with confidence and be skeptical of the 1 star reviews from non-verified people.

Patriot member services was easy to contact, and very patient and helpful. *Hot tip - I even had access to the same representative(s) who followed my progress to completion, with quick responses by email! Not what we had hoped for
I'll have to say, I was hoping for great things from Patriot Mobile. Unfortunately, they have not really delivered. We have had to switch SIM cards 3 times, to try and find a tower that has decent service in our area. Not their fault really, but the porting process is always a nightmare. This go-around, we are on our 3rd customer service representative and 2nd service ticket to try and get one of our phones changed to Verizon from T-mobile towers. The first customer service rep. we spoke to was awful and had zero customer service skills, the 2nd rep. was much better and tried "fixing" the errors the first rep made. The 3rd rep I spoke to, after waiting overnight for the phone in question to connect, was nice and put in another service ticket for us due to an "error" appearing on their end. Really, it should not be this hard. Wait times are long on the phone, and using their call back service is useless. The only way I can get a call back is to email them, then they do call. Hoping the porting issue will be fixed by this afternoon (they are closed on Sundays). If not, we may be leaving Patriot. UPDATE 10/17: Still no service or movement on my service tickets. Cynthia, whom I spoke to just now, was very nice. But, there is nothing she can do until someone resolves the issue. UPDATE: 10/24: Still no movement on our account. Patriot Mobile says there is a pending port somewhere with another company, but WE DID NOT TRY TO PORT OUR SERVICE ANYWHERE. This should have been a simple tower to tower transfer within Patriot Mobile. We have been loyal customers with PM for YEARS. They have recently lost my Daughter as a customer because of poor service; she may be the smart one. And, no, we do not want to change numbers because my husband has had this number for 18+ years, this is the number all his customers have for him. Dropped my review down to one star until this gets resolved. 11/6: UPDATE: Finally ported the number to the Verizon tower TWO WEEKS after the initial start. Still having service issues, now with Verizon's towers, getting LTE and whatever new "Independence plan" Patriot Mobile moved us to. SO, we decided to jump off the 3rd party provider train and go directly to AT&T. After 2-1/2 hours at AT&T and several phone calls to PM, guess who is having issues confirming the port to get us off Verizon and out of the Patriot Mobile system (it's not AT&T). SO! We are going to have to go back to AT&T on Monday after work and try to initiate our change again because Patriot Mobile's "back end" does not work weekends. Yippee. I will be so happy when this is over and we can put PM and the 3rd party provider system behind us.

Had ATT for years GOING BACK
Had ATT for years. Paid for 5G and never went over. Not once. I use my phone/internet to work. Patriot throttled my service within 10 days and I couldn’t work. Upped to more data for another $15 and it happens again today. I’m done with them. They can’t explain how all of sudden I’m using all this data. They will lie to you. HORRIBLE! Going back to ATT tomorrow. Gave them a chance.

Excellent Company - Superior Support
It is wonderful to support a company that embraces Christian and Conservative Values and see my money finally going to organizations aligned with my beliefs. An EXCELLENT company that puts it's actions and profit to work for all of us!! I also want to specifically thank Jessica Malone (level 2 help desk) for putting direct, relentless attention to resolving problems I had in transferring my account from another service provider. She was tireless in her dedication to customer service, even working through evenings and weekends to bring my service on-line. She kept me advised every step of the way and even provided work-arounds as needed when third party companies were less than responsive to my needs. Very Unsatisfied New Customer
I am giving a 1-star review because I wouldn't be able to leave a review with a 0-star review. After putting in SIMS card and then being informed that I do not have a network connection and can only make Emergency Calls and having to use my laptop to reach out to a Patriot Mobile Customer Representative I received an email reply that informed me I will hear from someone in 48 hours. I CAN'T RECEIVE PHONE CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just left Verizon to move to Patriot Mobile. As part of the process, I purchased a new phone from Patriot. All went well, but the person helping me activate my new phone could not get my contacts (198) to transfer to my new phone. We worked on it for an hour. At my request, the person then transferred me to Jessica. She guided me through a different process, and all my contacts transferred to my new phone successfully. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and fun. God bless her.

Dear Patriot/T-Mobile , This is the worst cell service I’ve ever had in all my years of having a cell phone. Approximately 28 years. I’ve never experienced this kind of cell service in all these years. It doesn’t matter what room I’m in !!! In my home or what part of the United States I’m in. I cannot pick up a good cell without disconnecting or breaking up my phone calls. If it were up to me drop you in a heartbeat. But my husband has decided he’s going to use you because he’s saving $160 a month worth it to me. I had an emergency the car would be dropped. In this review ( You are asking for a date of experience) This has been ongoing for the last 3or 4 months. It’s horrible if I had my choice I’d go back to AT&T in a heartbeat. You are not worth it patriot.

Never delivered the phone I ordered
They shipped me a phone 3 weeks ago, told me it would be here in 3 days. It is now over 21 days and it is still in transit. Any other company would have shipped a replacement phone. Not these guys! they told me once they ship it it is not their problem.

Great conservative company, great pricing & coverage
I’ve been with Patriot Mobile for the second time for about 2 years. I joined them when they were brand new, unfortunately Sprint was their only carrier and I did not have good coverage in my area, so I left. After a year on one of the expensive major carriers, I couldn’t wait to get back. They had added another carrier so I have great coverage. Great conservative company, great pricing, great customer care. Love them!

I switched from Verizon several months ago. Then I switched my wife's phone as well. Now I've got my kids a phone from Patriot. I have had nothing but one good experience after another with the phone service and the customer service. The pricing is very reasonable, better than major carriers for sure. The fact that they are a CHRISTIAN CONSERVATIVE company ranks very high with me. The causes that they support are legit and I would happily support these causes on my own. Thank you being who you say that you are. Thank you for backing what you say that you stand for by putting action and money behind it.

Downhill after signup.
Signup was quite easy, but things went downhill from there. They seem to be using T-Mobile's network. They have limited customer service hours and it seems like they might not have full access to the necessary data. At any rate, they unsuccessfully ported my number. Ended up without service for four days before I regained my previous service at T-Mobile. Their customer service (when reachable) was courteous. They did indeed wish me a "blessed day". Unfortunately, instead of that, I struggled to not curse my decision to try Patriot Mobile. They seem to be newish so perhaps it's just a matter of not being well structured yet. Also, I always wonder how much of a contribution is made to a cause when a business says "a portion" of my purchase supports something. Nowhere could I find what portion or how much was given to which group. Unfortunately, too many "conservative" causes end up being scams. Transparency would help everyone.

Purely professional review…..
I felt it necessary to write a review of their service to give the uninformed reviews on here a little clarity. Patriot Mobile is a competitive carrier, which means that it uses the same towers, equipment and fiber optics that all of the BIG3 carriers use (aka: they resell wholesale service off the BIG3. What does this mean for you? If you Bring Your Own Phone you will have the exact same coverage as you did before. As for the throttling over a certain data limit, they all do it. It’s my personal experience that most conservatives live by the rule of “pay your own way” so probably not very concerning to them anyway. Just add data when you run out, that simple. Pro Tip: Verizon phones have a “C” in the model number. Att phones have a “G” in their model number. If you are using an off carrier, this is how you can identify who’s towers, equipment and fiber you are using. I can not speak on the customer service yet but I will update after I make the switch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
First of all, I truly believe that many of the people that are trashing PM because they want to destroy it! They speak english. Customer service is friendly & helpful. AT& T was not porting the number over so did a 3 way call with me on the phone & then it was resolved. The bill is half what we paid w AT&T. Don't listen to the naysayer haters here. Our phone service away from home is the same. We live in a mountainous area & calls drop in the same small areas they did w AT&T. It takes a little while to get it switched & they walk you through what you do to switch out Sim card & what they do on their end. They are so nice & give you $10 off per month with any referral & I think it's for a year! We've been with them for months & I'm so glad we switched. Saving about $60 a month. I get an email when they charge my credit card monthly. No surprises.

Patriot Mobile is a COMLETE SCAM
I attempted to port from another carrier and they have no idea how to complete a port. I was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up because i was at work. I called again this morning and requested a call back in the automated system. A person called me but advised he is a sales rep and would transfer me to the correct department, then hung up on me. This company is a complete scam.

Horrific customer service, calls that constantly get dropped (which their representatives falsely claim only occurs in “rural areas”) and costs that are NOT competitive with AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. Patriot Mobile is hoping that you are an uninformed consumer who has failed to do any research. Don’t fall for it. By any measure Patriot Mobile is undeserving of your business or loyalty. Went from verizon to At&t which I’m not a fan of At&t. They say they only use At&t phone towers. I think they are At&t. They quote you one price then you get an inflated rate. Then trying to call about the bill OMG your on hold forever and if you leave your number through the automated service they never call back. This is a horrible company I’m pissed I switched. I would’ve never changed my company if I known it would be like this. Come on Trump so we can get different phones with a better HONEST COMPANY

I have just switched from AT&T to Patriot..for better service.
I have just switched from AT&T to Patriot and 1st thing I noticed was the tech that helped me get off AT&T "did not" have an heavy accent that made it default to understand like the techs at AT&T..! AT&T made it very difficult to port my number so I was glad the Patriot person did a 3 way conversation to get it done. The time it took was not Patriots fault it was on the AT&T side. I switched because AT&T changed my service that was grandfathered in without letting me even know, and raised my rate. Also I found out AT&T is a (WOKE) company and I don't believe in illogical messaging. So goodby AT&T...I was with AT&T for 11yrs and paying way too much for their service. My experience so far with Patriot has been good, we shall see in the coming months if that holds true. God Bless all our Patriots and lets get out and vote for Making America Great again in 2022 and 2024...! God Bless America...!

I recently switched over from AT&T to Patriot Mobile and all is good so far. Here is some helpful info for those getting ready to make the jump and bringing your phone from A&T or other provider. 1) first thing you do is get your unlock codes for your paid-off phones from your current provider. (If you are in a contract with current provider and making payments they will not give you unlock code til phone is paid off). This MUST be done BEFORE you even start the Patriot Mobile activation. You get limited attempts to unlock your phone before you are just locked out. Write them down with the IMEI number of your phone. Your gonna need them when you install the Patriot Mobile SIM. 2) Once you get your activation kit from Patriot Mobile, follow the instructions provided. If you are porting your phone number (keeping your number) from your current provider to Patriot Mobile you will need to dial #7678 to get a special unique pin number to use when asked to enter on the Patriot Mobile website to complete the process. You need to dial #7678 and get a pin for each phone you are porting. 3) The last step of activation instructions you will insert the Patriot Mobile SIM. You will need to use your unlock code for your phone. Again, type it in correct and double check before hitting enter. You get limited attempts before the phone will permanently lock out. Hope this helps.

First-class service! So glad I switched! Many negative reviews should clearly state the problem with switching out of the big boy companies like AT&T. I had to jump through MANY hoops with those guys. They don’t want to let you go and they make it PAINFUL. The good folks at Patriot helped me tremendously just to get away from AT&T.

With "Patriot" Friends Like This....
I want the entire internet to be aware of my abysmal experience with Patriot Mobile. I used a major conservative talk-show host's name to get my $30 discount, which as it turns out, they ended up deleting that, and charged me ANOTHER +/- $10. More on that in a moment. I only gave them a chance because the "so-called" "patriotic" PureTalk knowingly screwed me over. I won't bore you with those details, except to say, I'VE HAD IT with "so-called" patriotic corps that PRETEND to be more virtuous than wind-driven snow, but they're 10Xs worse than even Boost Mobile, without even as good a discount. I was supposed to get a 3Gig Data, and Unlimited pkg for $35/mo. When I gave them my credit card # I asked them about when my bill would be due. I asked specifically because I'm on a very low fixed income and I only get paid once/mo. somewhere in the 3rd week of every month. So, that proposes a real logistical problem with these greedy corps that insist on their silly little autopay programs. Whatever happened to "WHEN I GET PAID, YOU'LL GET PAID!" systems I grew up on? Their "solution" was that I had to wait THIRTEEN...COUNT 'EM...13 days WITHOUT SERVICE to install my SIM card because that's just how their silly little tower system operates. You know, I've been in tech support/customer service for 30 yrs, so I KNOW computers. If these computers and s'ware are SOO SMART why can't they make them accommodate the customer? So, like the beaten down compliant patriot, I submitted to THEIR tyranny. I authorized a $48.xx charge to my card. The following is what actually happened according to my bank. About 2.5 hrs after I hung up with them I see a charge to my bank on my phone for $84.xx, which completely (actually to my good fortune) ran through my entire overdraft padding, so I got charged nothing. My bank relayed to me that, in fact, they DID originally charge the correct amount, then 2-3 mins later, refunded that, THEN, charged the $84.xx amount. "Conveniently" for them, by the time I found out their office was closed for the weekend. So, I wrote them a HIGHLY NASTY letter only Richard Pryor could be proud of. The other unfortunate reality is I THOUGHT they had confirmed my number had been ported. She said so on the phone. That was 7/9/22. Fast fwd to the next Thursday and I've yet to have gotten ANY response from ANYONE there. I was sick in between that time, plus I couldn't get access to a phone. When I called them Thurs afternoon, ONLY THEN did I discover that they never even had access to my phone # as they had "confirmed" earlier. Which BEGS the question: How did they have the temerity to charge my card in the first place, let alone charge it for almost DOUBLE what I had authorized, and they had NEVER EVEN PORTED MY NUMBER!!! I then called PureTalkUSA, another "Patriot" loser that ripped me off just prior to Patriot Mobile. Come to find out that ONLY because Patriot had lied to me about confirming my number being ported, I had requested PureTalk release my number on 7/9, and I wanted an immediate refund. FINE! They said. You'll have 7 days before the number will be lost permanently and put back in the pool. So, when I called PureTalk on the 14th, thankfully, I had 2 days left before I permanently lost the number. THANK YOU PATRIOT MOBILE!! So, here's the last little kicker. I finally decided to go with a free Obama phone service. I mean, with "patriot" friends like this, who needs enemas? Right? So, I was finally all settled, waiting for my new SIM card, when what do I behold on late Friday night, 7/15? ANOTHER $84.xx attempt JUST LIKE THE OTHER from PM. I've decided to report them to my state AG, who is a commie Progressive, and HATES Patriots, but as I say, with "patriot" friends like this, who needs enemas.

So Many False Reviews!
I've used to have multiple lines with T-Mobile and I shut it all down and ported my numbers over to Patriot Mobile. It has been 3 years! Since then I added a line and gotten my mother a phone also. Patriot Mobile has never disappointed me, nor have they ever lacked in delivering their promises. I don't see myself ever leaving them unless they turn on their principles and quality of service. Keep in mind, most reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star, there is a reason for that. False reviews are trying to paint a false image of this company just like it was attempted on My-Pillow. There is only one way to find out the truth and that's by giving them a chance. They earn ever penny they make, try them and you'll agree. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed. I really wanted to switch. I tried twice to switch my phone number over. I spent at least 5 hours on hold. Maybe more it was Almost impossible to reach then with less than 35 to 60 minutes on hold. Customer service was just awful. I am sorely disappointed with the entire situation.

My wife and I left Verizon after 12 years because we lost our discount when we retired. The discount was provided because we were employed health care. We heard about Patriot Mobile and all the good institutions they support. The prices were actually less for the same service with Patriot Mobile than the Verizon discounted bill. The only question was whether we would get the same service reliability. After 12 months of service we have to say emphatically Yes! And we traveled by car back and forth from Washington state to Texas using the hotspot for our laptop to make hotel reservations, check local restaurants along the way and stay up with emails. We continue to be very happy with Patriot Mobile

Terrible Customer Service, False Promises.
I just got a sim card from Patriot Mobile. I cannot use the online activation portal because it requires an account number that was not provided to me. I'm on hold forever for the 3rd time after requesting a callback where they let the phone ring once and hung up. They didn't bother to try a second time. I was promised 2 sim cards in case the number they could not provide in advance was not satisfactory for my geographical area to run a business with, and I only received one. If I'm having this much trouble on day one I guess I'm done.

Throttling
I was tired of laying $110 a month for ATT so aim on Patriot Mobile. I signed up for 10GB plan which is $50. After a week, I got a message saying I’d used 75% of my data. I had 5GB with ATT and never once got this message. My activity is same. Yes. I listen to podcast a lot when I’m out. But this is ridiculous. Called and got no help. Lady said, “Well you’ll get throttled”. The ATT guy, when I signed up said “You’ll never use 5GB”. He was right. With ATT. I’m SO upset.

For the first time in twenty years I decided to switch my wireless plan. I did it to support my country values. The young lady that helped me name I think was “Erin.” She went above and beyond to ensure I understood the lines transfer process. I wanted to keep my old number, but Verizon was blocking the release of my old number. I needed their permission for the transfer. To expedite the process, I decided for a new number. Patriot Mobile express mailed the required SIM cards and the activation was painless. Since the switch to Patriot Mobile, I have noticed better quality of signal. Videos does not freeze as it used to with Verizon. Also my IPad, which line is also now with Patriot Mobile, applications like SMS and Whatsup work seamless with my IPhone. It didn’t before. So far, no regrets.

The Fact is at my home address I had ZERO coverage, very false advertising. and getting any customer service has been extremely difficult. I left Verizon several months ago when they went woke. Verizon always provided excellent customer service with problems, which were few and far between. I decided to support Patriot Mobile due to their politics and family values reputation. As with some other customers, I was surprised to see AT&T on the sim card Patriot sent me. Not only in social/political sense, but as I researched coverage in my area I found AT&T’s to be the least of the major carriers. My service has been out for 5 days. And this is not the first outage I have suffered. During those 5 days Patriot customer service has sent me the same “automated” response 4 times. My replies to these emails have been answered with, “A ticket has been entered on your behalf.” My replies to these emails have been followed by emails with the subject, ”Re: Have we solved your issue?” Of course the default in each of these emails it the ironic, “NOT WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR? EITHER CALL US AT 972-PATRIOT (728-7468) OPTION 2 OR REPLY DIRECTLY TO THIS EMAIL.” If I could call them, I wouldn’t have a problem, and my replies have apparently been ignored. In the end, regardless of their politics, if Patriot Mobile cannot provide basic phone service, or at least minimal customer service, they will not be successful.

The company is solid-BUT
The company is solid. They have the same service as AT&T. The price was half of AT&T prices. All that was great. Easy to sign up and get a SIM card mailed. 5 star up to this point. NOW the issues start. The AT&T and other big companies give you a transfer # needed to switch over. It's good for 3 days. It takes 3 days to get the SIM card from Patriot. If it's a weekend transfer then note that they are closed on Sunday. Now you try to transfer the service and if you need ANY help then you are on your own. No one answers the phone. I emailed for 3 hours and only got confirmation that my request was received. I don't have 3+ hours for this. They need more help or a designated person for your acct that you only deal with them. They also could create an activation hotline. This is a major turnoff. Being ignored is frustrating. Now its 3 1/2 hrs trying.

Red Coat Mobile
I ordered service not realizing my phone wasn't unlocked and wouldn't work. You can purchase service online, but you can't create an account (or turn it off) until you register the phone. I couldn't do that because my phone was locked. They wouldn't provide any support via email. Finally after waiting an hour on the phone I was told my plan had been canceled and refunded. This was not the case. They started charging me. Email customer support was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Even after the BBB got involved it took two rounds to get them to close my account.

Tried Patriot Mobile for one day. Patriot Mobile took 3 monthly payments from my checking account. They refused to stop. Had to report card as stolen in order to make it stop. Still get a message every month that payment to them was unsuccessful. Now Patriot Mobile is threatening to hit my credit because I will not allow them to keep stealing monthly payments. Again I was threatened this month (6/12/22) with a credit report if I do not pay.

Patriot Mobile: Not Ready for Prime-Time
left Verizon to support a conservative company, only to find that I am left with no support options on a Sunday or Memorial Day. Occasional inability to send messages was an annoyance until this (2022) Memorial Day weekend (one of my busiest as a small business owner in a spring/summer tourist location) during which I have been unable to send or receive text messages (beginning early Friday evening) which are a staple of my appointment booking and rental confirmation procedures. As of today (Sunday), I have lost approximately $1200 in total revenue that normally funds my small farm operation for the first part of summer. I used the contact form on the website, thinking that at the very least it was monitored occasionally to address outages; sadly this was not the case. Back to Verizon, SIM on the way and transfer information provided. Sounds as though when I am able to call customer service, I want to have my new SIM in-hand and ready to go. I tried but, Patriot Mobile is not ready for prime-time or any type of business support.

Had AT&T since April 2022, but their reception was terrible, along w/their customer service. So, last week (May 17th) I switched to Patriot Mobile for their cheaper price. Paid $75 for the service + activation + taxes, and filled out necessary online paperwork to port my number over from AT&T. ATT sent me a text asking 'if it was me making the porting request,' and I replied 'yes.' Discovered early Friday, the porting did not go through, so called Patriot Mobile, and they set up a conference call w/them, me, & AT&T customer service. The only way AT&T would port my number was if Patriot Mobile canceled my order and resubmitted the porting request. After that mess was dealt with, I was eventually able to insert my new SIM card, but it only worked for about half a day. At 12:30 a.m. Saturday, my phone told me "No SIM Card Found," and it's been that way ever since, despite notifying Patriot Mobile through email of the problem on Saturday, and asking them to send a new SIM card. Patriot Mobile "customer service" did NOTHING, until I told them, Monday afternoon (May 23rd) that I was shopping for another service provider. They told me they wanted me to buy a second cell phone, buy service for it, then CALL THEM to 'fix the issue,' with my original phone. They don't have people reading their customer service emails. They use bots for that. I just purchased service with yet another cellular service provider, and am hoping that, within another week, this nightmare will finally be over. These people only care about the $$$ you give them, not whether you have service or not. Direct to Patriot Mobile: I am NOT new to cellular phones, and my cell phone works great; it was only YOUR SERVICE that sucked (since you shut off my SIM card). There is NOTHING you can do to 'make up' for your refusal to act when I asked you to send a new SIM card; that's on you. I am happy with my new service provider, Consumer Cellular.

Patriot Mobile is a RIPOFF
Patriot Mobile SUCKS! BEWARE -- this service is NOT compatible with all phones - namely Jitterbug! I asked prior to making the purchase and they confirmed it was OK. When I got the SIM card I was told Patriot doesn't work with Jitterbug AFTER I discontinued my service with Lively! Being a patriot does NOT include getting ripped off by half-assed vendors trying to make a buck on the MAGA fad. I had their stuff for less than one day and they refused to refund the money. BEWARE!

Great Company - Good Value
I spoke with James at Patriot Mobile when switching over. He was very friendly, clear, concise and professional. Our conversation was interrupted because I couldn't locate certain info in a timely fashion - although I do believe he would have waited on line for me. He returned my call as promised and we were able to complete our transaction. Thus far, I am pleased with the service - although I haven't received the SIM card to make the final connection. If my opinion changes, I will let you know. BTW, am getting more than twice the amount of Gigs and paying a lower monthly fee. This company's values are the real reason we made the switch!

Don’t listen to these people, especially those who give a 5 star review and then talk about getting scammed. This guy mentioned Trump lies. Tell me one lie that Trump told. Of course they can’t come up with one because they are simply repeating what others have said, and Trump didn’t tell any lies. I’ve asked people who have perpetuated these statements, and they can’t tell me one lie that Trump had told. Patriot mobile is excellent, and I’ve had no problems at all. All the fake communist reviews are nothing to listen too, so don’t. It seems too me that the US was doing very well when Trump was in office, but as soon as Biden got in, it has been headed for the dumper. I guess these communists like paying for $5+ gallon of gas, and more for groceries, and families are suffering. That’s just how stupid the left is. SIN makes you stupid, and the left’s policies are full of SIN. It’s going to be warm where they go when they leave this earth.

I had to go without service for a while…
I had to go without service for a while because of the SIM switch, like many others probably did, and when I changed over to AT&T, I couldn't keep my phone number, possibly because Patriot Mobile had stolen it. Now, they are sending me e-mails trying to get more money from me and threatening to send me to collections, stay clear of unknown companies that claim to be "Conservative" and "Christian." People and places like this give truly Christian companies and people a bad name.

My wife and I had logged over 2 hours with Alexis Reed. She helped us get our phones unlocked from previous provider who provided roadblock after roadblock. And then on a subsequent shift Jessica Malone persevered and carried us to the finishline helping both lines finally get activated despite our previous provider trying to thwart us, having to go through several levels of red tape and a bogus appeal process to release our phones after buying our phones outright with no contract. These two individuals are the most caring and cordial folks I have ever come across in customer service.

Superior customer service, I could hear her smile through the phone line.
I had an amazing experience with Patriot Mobile. I have been with a major carrier for decades and was frustrated every time I had to call customer service. We want our money to go to a company that supports our values. We called Patriot customer service 2 times now to set up our phones and import numbers. Both times have been amazing Rubin and Monica Vasquez were fantastic. They had delightful attitudes, super polite and stayed on the phone until we had all questions asked and all problems solved. Our phone service is great and thanks to Monica I am no longer dreading calling customer service and I will ask for her by name.

I AM DONE!!
I AM DONE!!! The first month with them I would have given them a 5 star hands down. As the months passed, it has steadily gotten worse and worse. My texts always have to be downloaded to read. My texts fail to send. Phone consistently acts weird. I'm not going to bore you with all the weird things my phone, my husband's phone, and my kids phones (who live across town) experience consistently. Just got home from traveling across the nation. Not able to call, text, use internet for over half the time. I'm so sick of this crap, I'm done!!! I don't care what the price is, when you can't use your phone, it's not worth it to me. I will be connected to Verizon or AT&T by tomorrow, I can guarantee you that! I came to patriot mobile with a paid off phone and an unlocked phone I bought from Samsung online. Like I said, it went from great, to horrible and all in between, in a matter of months. I'm done! There's a reason Verizon and AT&T are so big... they actually work!

Patriot Mobile provides excellent customer service. There was a problem getting T-Mobile to port over my old phone number to Patriot Mobile, so Patriot Mobile representative Monica Vasquez contacted them directly while I was on the line. She waited patiently while they troubleshooted the problem. She was very patient and kind and got the problem resolved. I have my former number with Patriot Mobile now. They provide great coverage and excellent customer service every time I call.
