What I like about the credit card you can it's not hard to get to build your credit back up and what I don't like about it if you try to purchase gas you have to go inside the store and purchase it and then go back out to the pump and the state of New Jersey we have gas attendance but with this card you have to go inside first

Awful Service
I had another account through Continental Finance when I acquired the Reflex card. When I linked the two cards it put automatic payments because my other card it setup for that so, I didn't think much about it. Well it only set it to take $30 but the minimum due was $35, so I got charged a $30 late fee. I will be paying both of these cards off as fast as I can and closing these accounts.

Contacted them about an unauthorized charge from Taco Bell. Taco Bell charged me for an order that didn't go through on their end. I didn't proceed with the order when I tried to check out I received an internal error message. Checked my credit card and I was charged even though the order never got processed. Contacted contacted taco bell and reflex on the 4th. It's now the 12th Reflex told me that I would have to wait until the pending status cleared before they could reverse the charge. 9 days later I contact them today. The customer service rep tells me it will be another 7-10 days and they will issue a temporary credit after the 7-10 days while the charge is being investigated. Somehow I'm a liar even though I have all evidence. They don't want to reverse the charge, they want to give me temporary credit. So now my credit is just going to take a dive. I was also told have a good day after.

I shouldn't have to explain anything! Very poor experience! I spoke with a Andrew that was telling me my minimum payment was $100 plus dollars as I held my statement in my hand which stated $35. I have been trying to make a payment since June 1 cause my payment was do on June 2! Your automative system was down or at least that's what the message said. Don't have time when I am the 44th caller in line!!!! Not sure why someone collecting payment is requesting a higher payment than stated on my statement

These people have been charging me…
These people have been charging me 34.99 a month for IQProtect Service that I did not ok them to do. Had to cancel my card once to get this service off my card but now it is back. I called IQProtect to get them removed but they tell me Continental Finance has to do it, but they put me off back to IQProtect. I have reported them both the the Better Business Bureau. This program is A SCAM AND I DON'T NEED IT. The person who reached out to me was not helpful at all. My next step is to call the Oregon Dept. of Justice. No one wants to take responsibility for these charges which are coming from your company.
