    I needed to get a new card in which I had been trying several times with several weeks due to my car being lost and they did send a new card out with the wrong address and I needed to cancel that one and they finally have the new address and they finally are sending me my car but the way that it was handled from the beginning I think that was wrong and they I did give them my address way back then and that was in August and I still have not received the card and they still want me to make a payment but I will make a payment once I receive my card and I think that it was wrong the way that I was handled the first time they never attempt to reach out to me at all and every time when I try to make a payment online I end up having to call anyway their computer system to do your bill online is not user friendly they need to do something about that they also need to do something about the updating addresses they need to use a better way of verifying addresses or they help the customer if you want to continue I do not recommend this card to anyone I'm only going to use it a couple times after I purchase some things and pay them off and then I'm going to cancel my contract with you guys and I will never tell anyone to use it again that is my experience I am not happy with reflex at all

    Because a number on my checking account was input incorrectly my July payment didn’t go thru - When I received notification and called CS both of the CS reps I spoke with were very polite and courteous and helped me to get this resolved. The first CS rep helped to input a payment (for July and August) and while trying to help me further we got disconnected - when calling back I talked to another CS rep and she continued with what he was doing. They were both very professional and had everything taken care of for me in a timely manner. My first experience with Customer Service was a good one!

    Besides the fact that the interest rates are high, I was happy with the card. I finally paid it off and was going to keep it for emergencies but 3 months after I paid it off I got a letter in the mail stating that I owed $150! Not only did they charge my card and not send any statements but then they charged late and past due fees!!! On a zero balance card!!! I paid it off and closed it right away. You need to really watch them. There are so many hidden fees!

    Unfortunately I had to vent my frustrations to: Delores/Delois the customer service representative who remained cool, calm, and patient dealing with my grievance relative to Continental Finance/Reflex card technical issues. Accessing account information that could have, and should been provided to me on line without even having to get a representative involved. There is definitely a problem(s) with the automated system and have for several months this is unacceptable and need to be rectified NOW! Thank God for outstanding reps Delores/Delois specifically having to deal with a disgruntled customer such as myself this day.
