I have been waiting for a new card since 12/1/22. I have made at least 5 calls and know one can help me in a timely manor or they pass the buck to ultimately get know where. My issue is NOT a back log issue with manufacturing cards. But here’s the kicker…it’s a 3rd party that represents the card their knowledge and what they can actually do is minimal. Their response was the 3rd party company that makes the cards is backlogged. 3 weeks later and their response was we have no idea when it will be generated it's in the supplier hands.
