    Total False false advertising about…

    Total False false advertising about their $300 welcome bonus. I didn’t get my card until mid November when I funded it and used by debit card over 5 times before December 25. When I still hadn’t received the bonus by April I called. The first person told me she would check into it and call me back. 5 days later no response so I called again. This gentleman told me I needed to make those debit charges before I even got my card! Unbelievable! What a joke! This insincere form letter they attach to complaints shows you how they simply don’t care. I already called that worthless number. Several complaints regarding their false advertising. They think they are smart by scamming prospective customers! You can’t use a debit card you don’t have. If they were on the level this is an easy fix but they prefer to have their “gotcha moment!” Pathetic unprofessional and should be embarrassing as more people post their complaints.

    Kabbage Checking is absolutely terrible

    Kabbage Checking is absolutely terrible. Small business owners should stay away from this service. Most of the basic features they offer are just plain broken. Bill pay for example is filled with errors, and I have not yet been able to pay a single bill with the service. Customer service is horrible on top of their terrible product. I had a mobile deposit that showed up in my transactions as a deposit, but not in my statement. After several hours spent trying to reach customer service and receiving non-sense answers, I still didn't have a resolution. I'm very surprised that Amex would let this business tarnish their image with such a poor product.

    DO NOT TRUST THEM

    They intentionally delayed the account opening verification process so they would not have to offer the advertised bonus. I'm an Amex customer, log in at sign-up, submitted all documents the same day, yet it took 2 voicemails and 1 email to get someone to finally call me to 'verify my identity' which was 25 days after I 'opened' my account. Then my account opening was 'approved' 30+ days later. Even though I signed up 10 days before their offer ended, they didn't care about Customer Servicing or even returning inquiries in a professional way. Then when I email them about my reward, someone looks at the ticket, but didn't even respond, this was only made clear after I called in and asked them about what's going on with the email I sent 5+ days prior. However, "because your account was approved after our promo ended, you do not qualify." Excuse me? It takes you 30 days to approve and account? You mine as well end the offer 30 days prior and then maybe people would think about using your service... It's a joke they are backed by Amex. And they should not be damaging the image of American Express with their terrible service. Not only did Kabbage lose my business, but Amex also lost some new business from me for now. This service has some serious issues going on. STAY AWAY!

    Stay Away, They Behave like Scammers

    I want to give them negative 5 stars. Read the numerous complaints of them on ConsumerAffairs. Read the reviews here on Trustpilot. It's very true they sell your information all over the world. I am receiving tons of spam calls even from Australia and had to burn my number. They baited you to open an account but then will freeze it for months. After many many calls and emails, Kabbage is not releasing my funds. Even after I called in and asked to close my account, they put my request on hold for 5 months. If you are on the same boat, send an email to American Express Corporate Office and ask them to Intervene. You can find their contact information in Google. Kabbage is not an ethical bank. They baited people to sign up for an account and then keep soliciting you to get loans. They allow you to transfer funds in then hold your funds hostage. I hope American Express take Consumer Affairs feedback into heart and get a grip on this bank.

    The. Most. Frustrating. Experience. Applied on Dec 21, where I followed all their steps in the application process. Now it's Jan 19th and I haven't heard anything. Have send multiple emails to their customer support team, no response. Called into their 800 number and I'm sitting here at minute 23 with no response. I am so surprised that Amex puts their name to this terrible product.

    STAY AWAY FROM KABBAGE

    I should have read the reviews here… this company is such a joke. I tried opening an account a few weeks ago. They made me submit a bunch of unnecessary documents to open it. I submitted them. After over a week, I got a message that I needed to submit them again. No notes or anything as to why what I submitted wasn’t enough. So I submitted them again. Same thing - a week and a half later, they requested I submit everything for a third time! Again, no notes or anything explaining why. I tried to call them and email them many times, but they never once picked up. After submitting for a third time, I finally got ahold of someone on the phone. When I asked him what’s taking so long, he explained that they were confused about my address on my personal utility bill, because it didn’t match to my address on file… even though I had 2 addresses on file - a business and personal address. They didn’t bother to look at my personal address, and that caused a several week delay… he then explained that my account was permanently disabled because I hit the max number of support uploads. I’m honestly in shock at how bad this company is. I feel like I dodged a bullet by not setting up an account with them. Do yourself a favor and open an account literally anywhere else. These people have no idea what they are doing

    Outgoing Wire Transfer Nightmare

    Made a 50k+ wire transfer from the Kabbage account that has disappeared. Impossible to get anyone on the phone, but when you do, representative is clueless and can only ‘escalate the issue.’ They say to call back in 7-10 days….what? You misplaced 50k and want me to call back in a week? It seems they are on their way out.

    I'm writing a second review since my experience with Kabbage continues to suck. I have written multiple emails to Kabbage support ,still no reply. I have tried to remove my external bank accounts from the Kabbage account and there is no way to do so from within the dashboard. I was told I can not cash checks written to my DBA name they must be written to my legal name! I can not print checks written in my business name! lol whaaaat!? I am using my other bank account to withdraw cash back out of Kabbage because it's easier that way and I'm getting a bit nervous having a large sum of cash sitting in my kooky Kabbage account. Oh and here's the kicker. I opened up an Amex business account. They offer a 1.1% APY business checking too. They will not let me connect Kabbage to the account to move money to and from. I'm getting my money out of Kabbage and switching to Amex. I won't be surprised if Kabbage is soon phased out.

    I opened a Kabbage checking account for my small business. I am a sole proprietor with a DBA. I ran into some trouble depositing a check via the mobile app and reached out to customer service to help. The first response was a standard reply to make sure there was a dark background, adequate lighting, etc. (I have only ever used mobile check deposit since it has been available so am very familiar with the process). The second reply I was advised to try cashing my check elsewhere (seriously?). My final attempt was via phone call. I was informed by the CSR agent that per Kabbage use terms I am only able to deposit checks written out to me personally. No further explanation was provided as to how it makes sense that a business can't deposit checks written to the business into the Kabbage business checking account. I asked what the process was to close the account and was informed that closing the account would require a phone call and that I would not be able to open another account with Kabbage in the future. Ipso facto... not a real business bank.

    IS THIS SCAM OR WHAT? Kabbage by AMEX won't last long if the customer service is this shi(xx)y. Nobody does business like them these days. Issue after issue after issue even from account opening and it doesn't matter how many times you email them or call them. NO ANSWER. Lately, I had another critical issue (check deposit not posted after weeks) and finally got ahold of someone to talk. Check declined for no reason and they don't even tell you. Just wanted to leave some feedback to this guy and while he was listening, he just hung up on me. WOW! I was gonna make the $100,000 deposit to get the high interests, but will close this account soon. Be aware: the offer looks really great but if there's issue (i.e., your money just disappears one day), there is NO WAY to get it resolved. I'm so glad that I figured our their shi(xx)y service with at an early stage before I made huge deposit. Don't use it. They won't last.

    Holy Heck Kabbage's Customer Service Is Awful!

    Kabbage has THE worst customer service I have ever experienced from a bank!! They NEVER answer my emails or the phone! I have sent at least a dozen emails with different questions and each one has been entirely ignored. I did manage to open a checking account with them. I have several business bank accounts at other banks. It's always been quite simple to open them. This was a pain. The higher interest rate is why I signed up but I'm nervous about adding much money to this account because it seems so shady. When I started adding different external banks to transfer cash to and from I started getting messages saying I needed to provide more documents-- a bank statement and voided check. This was after I linked the banks with the external bank's password and verified the small deposits. Several of these external accounts I have never bothered getting checks for because there is no need to write checks. I emailed numerous times asking if there was any other way around this. Who knows? They never answered. So the banks sit "ineligible for transfer." The one bank I did have a check book for I uploaded a voided check and bank statement. Never got a reply. This external account still can't be used to move money. I emailed to ask the progress and whether they received the documents they requested. No reply. These external banks are big banks. Capital One for example wouldn't let me add Kabbage to my account. It's like they know something I don't.

    Garbage not Kabbage

    I tried to open a business account based on the recommendations I read online from professional reviewers such as nerdwallet. I did apply online, I received a message that the application process is between 3 and 7 business days. I don’t understand why it takes so long. Anyway, I never heard from them, it was only after a few days when I logged on their website to find out that my application was rejected without any information. This was a checking account not a loan or a credit application where a rejection is a possible outcome. It’s their right to decline opening the account for my company, but only a creepy business would not inform the applicant about the outcome and the reason. It looks like a scam business, they’re there only to collect personal information. As of the online reviewers, I am pretty sure they are being paid for the false recommendation.

    TERRIBLE. BEYOND TERRIBLE. Do not use them as a business checking account. They changed routing numbers, then changed again, so all of my checks bounced to vendors. They have not refunded the bounced checks. It's beyond and the customer service representatives are useless. They should be put out of business.

    Non existent customer service

    I chose to open my business checking account with Kabbage mainly because they’re backed by Amex. I’ve had an Amex credit card for the last 6 years. I figured if their customer service was anything like Amex, I’d be in good hands. First week of setting up my account, I tried to transfer funds from my personal bank to my business account. I made the transfer on Monday, by Tuesday, my personal bank had posted the transfer. By Wednesday, the funds was still showing as pending with Kabbage. I tried calling customer service. I’d click through the prompts only to reach and dead end and be hung up on. I tried about five things because I thought I’d selected the wrong options. I didn’t see a post to my account until Friday. As a small business owner, I need faster service to be able to move funds around. Even if my funds took forever, being able to reach customer service would have been better than nothing. I believe Kabbage has potential, but they aren’t there yet. I will be transferring my funds and closing my account. Maybe in the future I might return.

    No customer service & no trust in Kabbage

    Chose Kabbage since I have an Amex small business credit card. As others have said, their customer service is non-existent -- as in, you can't reach them. Phoning customer service cuts you off at exactly 10 minutes of holding each time and no reply to emails to customer service. I did manage to get through to them the week I opened the account and the reps - plural - kept bouncing me around 'departments' saying my question needed to be handled by Green Dot, then Kabbage, etc. I was phoning solely to confirm a transfer had gone through, that really should be clear to the first person a client speaks with. If this weren't associated with Amex I wouldn't think it's a scam, they're that bad. I am now waiting on another transfer and will then change banks.

    Not ready for prime time

    Kabbage seemed like a great idea for my new business. Online banking that's easy, with solid reporting, etc. So I gave it a shot. The first month was fine. The second was fine. Then I made a deposit and it never showed up. For the first week I thought it was probably just "pending" since my account was fairly new. It showed up in my mobile Kabbage app as having been made, but not active. But it didn't show up on the web. After 2 weeks, I figured I'd just contact support. That's when things got weirder. I've now called their support line five times in the past week. Each time I navigate through the very friendly-sounding decision tree and then am put on hold waiting for someone to take my call. At exactly 10 minutes (every time), my call was abruptly disconnected. With no explanation or message... just boom - disconnected. Since it's exactly 10 minutes, I feel pretty certain it's built into their system. If they can't get to your call in 10 min, they dump you. That's pretty horrific. So I tried email support. They were much more supportive. They told me they were sorry I was having trouble transferring funds to my external bank account (Not at all what I emailed about) and offered some suggestions (not related to my problem). But, to their credit, they emailed back 90 minutes later to acknowledge their error and offer solutions to my actual problem. They told me that my check "was declined in manual review process." That had happened more than a week earlier and they never let me know it was declined. Further, the only reasons they could offer were that it wasn't signed correctly or there was some other irregularity. This is a fairly regular check from a regular client, that I handled exactly like all my other checks. I had to email back to ask them if there was an appeal process, if they were still reviewing it, or if I'd be ok to deposit it to a different back. I literally had no idea what the status was. SO far, I'm waiting for a response from them, but it's clear, they aren't ready for businesses that need them to be responsive and without error. I'm putting my money back in a traditional bank. As a small business, I have enough risk without having my bank add more.

I emailed them with my questions, they sent me back totally unrelated form letter. Terrible customer service, non-existent. I wonder if it has always been this way. I initiated a transfer on Thursday Sept 2nd and while it says “takes 1-3 business days” I ALWAYS had my transfer the next business day. It is now the 2nd business day and the transfer hasn’t come through and my bank bounced two checks I wrote.

    Hard inquiry, personal loan would have been better

    Well, to be honest, not delighted so far. First, I accidentally connected a personal account when adding business accounts. No way to remove without calling or emailing. They left me on hold 30 minutes and never answered so I gave up and emailed. They never returned that email. I went through the process and was approved but since it required a personal guarantee and resulted in a hard inquiry into my credit, it wasn’t worth it. They gave me $10k. My personal credit score is around 800. If I had thought this through I would not have done it for the ding on my report for two years, and I can walk into my bank and get a signature loan for five times this amount at better terms. Even Amex, the new owners, have given me multiple $25k loans over the years without issue and had them repaid early each time. So, if you’re looking at personal guarantee from Kabbage, know upfront that they do a hard personal credit pull. If your score is good like mine, you can probably get more money from your bank, because it’s no different than a personal bank loan, not much for a business line of credit under this scenario.

    No Help with Forgiveness Application

    Applied and received a PPP loan in Aug of 2020. Applied for forgiveness in Dec 2020. Now I'm still waiting. Kabbage or K-Servicing can't even manage to get me a timeline when they expect a portal to OPEN. The lender on the loan Cross River has a portal for direct loans but not for Kabbage. I'm so SORRY I didn't go throw a local bank.

    I apply for checking account. Promised to review in 5-7 days. Called several time and was promised that it will be taken care with some reply. Never heard from them. 2 months passed. This bank look good on the website but it's all but empty promises. Never try to work with this bank. If there was a zero star I would give it to kabbage bank.

    Like hundreds of other people have stated.. they were quick to provide PPP funding, however they will not accept paperwork to apply for forgiveness. They kept telling me that the forms from SBA were not out yet and they were working with a 3rd party and that I should wait for an e-mail. My time frame to apply with the SBA has ended... I guess I will have to hire a lawyer and pursue legal action.Their are many other people suffering from this same situation

    Absolutely terrible company that will give you money fast and come after you faster to repay it. I was going through the pandemic and couldn't sell anything and they could care less. They gave me (4) $35 late fees even thought I was not late on any payments. Trying to get a hold them is even worse. Their interest rate is through the roof, and now that I am doing my corporate taxes for 2020, their website doesn't show how much interest I paid to them in 2020. Do not use this company for funding, you have been warned.

    TERRIBLE. BEYOND TERRIBLE. Do not use them as a business checking account. They changed routing numbers, then changed again, so all of my checks bounced to vendors. They have not refunded the bounced checks. It's beyond and the customer service representatives are useless. They should be put out of business.

UPDATE: Got the first loan forgiven. Their customer service hung up on me but three days later it was forgiven. Still horrible experience. Still have to deal with the second loan.

    Kabbage PPP discriminates against small, minority and woman-owned business

    Kabbage, SmartBiz Loans and their affiliate, Leader Bank of Arlington, Massachusetts discriminated against our minority, woman-owned company. Since 2013, we have always paid higher than average wages plus health benefits to about 20 valued employees. We started our PPP application in Jan 2021 with Kabbage who had processed our 1st PPP efficiently and timely. For some unknown reason, Kabbage withdrew our 2nd PPP application and transferred it to SmartBiz. SmartBiz then fumbled through our application from March 2021 until the May 31, 2021 deadline. On June 2, SmartBiz emailed and said our application had been assigned an SBA PLP number meaning the loan was approved, SBA had funds set aside for our loan and we would be funded in about 20 days. After 20 days we then received an email from Leader Bank on behalf of SmartBiz saying the loan was denied because of an "incomplete application". No one was willing to tell us why the application was withdrawn, why it was incomplete or what we could do to make corrections. At that point the PPP program was closed so we had no recourse and ended up laying off most employees. The PPP would have really helped to keep our lease up to date and pay our employees while business has slowed due to the pandemic. Kabbage could have simply let us go to a reputable lender instead of switching our application to SmartBiz.

    Possible law suit - wound not recommend

    quick to provide PP funding, however they will not accept paperwork to apply for forgiveness.     Was told deposit was going in by 5:00pm. Called to confirm and sent 2 emails. Was assured that funds would be sent as promised. Funds did not arrive till the following day causing our payroll checks to bounce. We understand if it can not be done. But be honest and let us know so we can expect it.

    Not The Same Kabbage, don't waste your time.

    Last year before COVID they were a different company, different owners apparently. I was approved for $40g credit line. Didn't use it because of uncertainly of COVID. This year I contacted them because of new ventures, online sites and shows I am promoting, letting my TexLink Trucking rest while I pursue these new businesses. I was skeptical because of the fact that asking for a line of credit can damage your credit score with a hard inquiry. When it was all said and done, I was only given such a small line of credit ( carry more in my wallet ),that it actually hurt me much more than benefit me. I never talked to anyone, no one explained to me exactly what the reason was. I was not given a chance to add other income sources, money in savings, etc. I am just beyond belief that I even did business with them. There are so many other great financial sources out here. As a business person, time and trouble is a liability. I may sound bitter, I hate being so, I post hundreds of posts every year, Top Contributor on Google. I love to promote that is my business but if I can save one of you the trouble, than it is worth it. Thanks.

    Kabbage and K Servicing really screwed my company around on the 2nd PPP. We got the first one with no problem but the 2nd PPP application was withdrawn and sent to SmartBiz for some unknown reason then SmartBiz held the application for months and even told me it was approved only to tell me later after the deadline that the loan was denied because the application is incomplete. This really hurts our business and employees.

    PPP loan approval Fast! All attempts to repay unsuccessful! No replies to ANY emails, ever. Same feed back as others, person on phone knows absolutely nothing other than " wait for email ". I missed first loan forgiveness period because they did not advise I could apply and chose not to acknowledge my email requests (3) on when can I apply. June 2 told new FORMS approved/out. Wait for email. June 15 call again told wait more. No other info available at all. I am paying interest on a loan that would have been finished last December if only the had contacted me.

    Kabbage is incapable of servicing your loan. 1. You have to call repeatedly to reach ANYONE.. the line will cut out after just a few minutes of waiting and then you have to re-dial... and re-dial ... and re-dial. 2. The people who answer the phone know next to nothing. It is pretty clear that they are only trained to sell loans. 3. They lie or are incompetent..... They have been telling me since January that they can not process a loan forgiveness application because they are waiting for a current / valid form from SBA. ...Here we are in June and they still don't know the SBA released the new form ON JAN 19 2021. 4. Their on-line portal is a mine field of problems that inhibit you even communicating with them.... I get error prompts that say the email server for the Fortune 200 company I work for is invalid. ZERO confidence in Kabbage. UPDATE: 6/2/21 I tried calling K servicing again this morning...and ( shock! ) someone answered the phone the first time. Unfortunately when I mentioned my need to file a loan forgive form she gave me the same line ... " we are waiting for SBA to issue the new form,"... When I told her the form has been out since Jan 19 2021 she then " rechecked " her system. Now she is saying that Kabbage "just got the new form on June 1st and they would be emailing to everyone " soon ".

    Something shady is going on in Kabbage

    I applied for the first PPP loan via Kabbage and got it in May 2020. I applied for forgiveness in January 2021 and got a number from Kabbage on how much forgivness I am suppose to get and that they will submit it to the SBA. Nothing happened and on day their site displayed the message "The SBA recently released new forgiveness applications based on the changes in the December 27, 2020 relief bill. We are currently not accepting forgiveness applications due to changes made by the SBA. The SBA is no longer accepting the legacy 3508S, 3508EZ, and 3508 forms as of March 5th, 2021. Please be patient with us as we prepare for the new forms. If you have an open application with us, we will be reaching out when the new forgiveness application forms are ready. If you have an application submitted to the SBA before March 5th, 2021, the SBA will continue to process your application. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding." After that, nothing happened. No matter how many time I emailed their support or called. And today I read that the DOJ is investigating Kabbage for PPP wrong doing. 5/21/2021: Seems like they just denied access to loging in to PPP accounts. Things are getting heated over there.

    First round PPP with kabbage was smooth and very fast when I say fast I mean within 2 weeks I got funded But for the 2nd round they hold on to my application for over 3weeks when I finally decided to give them a call they canceled my application and told me to go apply at “SMARTBIZ” okay I went ahead and apply thru smartbiz Now Smartbiz is being a pain in the a*** Can’t get a hold of them whatsoever I sign PPP loan documentations since 4/29 it’s been 16 days still hasn’t been funded yet

    Stay Away, Doesn't seem to care if they help

    I got my first PPP loan through Kabbage.. It was quick and easy once I figured out what I needed. There is no one who is able or willing to help with the process. Sometime after my first loan went through they went and changed company's and now it is K-Servicing. When the time opened for the second, I applied with in the first few days.. I waited and waited and waited. I called several times, and each time I was told it should be any day. Finally in March I got a email saying that my loan has been cancelled and I needed to go through SmartBiz. After six weeks I had to apply through another company. When I called and asked why I was told that due to the new laws for PPP cause of Covid-19 I would be able to get more money, I was like I don't want more money I wanted to get the loan, and due to them deciding not to process my loan and sending me somewhere, I am now waiting for yet another company to process my loan.. I went and applied through SmartBiz, and not even a week later I got a email saying I was not getting a loan. Something about how I did not meet the requirement's for them. Nothing else, no requirement's were explained to me, and no one contacted me to see if there was anything I could or would provide to work with me. So now I am waiting yet again with another company cause of everyone is their mother have been applied for help cause of Covid-19. I have finally decided to apply for the forgiveness with Kabbage. And now it is saying I am unable to. *The SBA recently released new forgiveness applications based on the changes in the December 27, 2020 relief bill. We are currently not accepting forgiveness applications due to changes made by the SBA. The SBA is no longer accepting the legacy 3508S, 3508EZ, and 3508 forms as of March 5th, 2021. Please be patient with us as we prepare for the new forms. If you have an open application with us, we will be reaching out when the new forgiveness application forms are ready.     DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

    I got a loan for my small business back in November of 2019, they made it real easy. I made every payment on time, then Covid hit and I had no sales. I called them and setup a payment plan because they were demanding $1200 per month but I couldn't pay because I had no sales. So, we agreed on a smaller payment plan, but they started charging me $35 late fees every month. I called them and they said that's because I didn't pay the $1200 per month due. They would not work with me at all, they could care less about small business's . I setup another payment plan with slightly higher repayments and made every one on time, I never missed a payment. Yet they refuse to give me a refund for (4) $35 late fees. That is if you can get someone to talk to on the phone, which is very hard to do. Also, their APR is astronomical, and then they add in the "plan fees" on top of that. I am so upset with this company, scamming small business like mine, I am sure they have done it thousands of times. I will never use them again and I would give them 0 stars if I could. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

    1st PPP through Kabbage, Loan Forgiveness Applications Non-Existent

    Received 1st PPP loan through Kabbage, which was totally fine. Have been trying to apply for the loan forgiveness since late Feb through KServicing and there seems to be no intent on their part to process this part of their SBA obligation. I have s/w Kabbage and they can do NOTHING with these loans at this point b/c according to their reps they do not have access to these loans any longer since the American Express acquisition. KServicing is however sending statements with the interest on the PPP loan and when that would start. As I understand, the processing company is only making $$ when they are funding these loans, not for the forgiveness application processing. Unfathomable that on top of the impact of COVID on businesses that KServicing and Kabbage are doing this irreparable disservice to their customers and businesses. This is a federally funded program. It is very concerning that they are being allowed to mishandle and abuse a federal program in this manner.

    Kabbage or Kservicing or SmartBiz, whatever you want to call it, it's a terrible experience. The customer service is just a road block, you will never be able to talk to anyone who can actually give you any information. The customer service repeat the same scripted garbage they have been given. Regardless, if they are polite or rude, you will not get anywhere. They clearly messed up inputting my information and I haven't been able to talk to anyone about correcting it, just get told that it's been noted and someone on the review team will reach out when they are ready. Now I have to wait and see after this long delay, if they actually corrected their errors. I'm sure I'll be back on the phone talking to the same robots giving out little to no actual information.

    Question, has anyone had their first ppp loan forgiven through kabbage yet?? Anyone?? My ppp loan forgiveness has been in limbo since December. Ive called multiple times. Interest is building and still no answers. They keep saying I need more documentation. Which is complete bullshi*. Clearly they are stalling.     I have been requesting this company to withdraw my application for over 2 months. Every time I call, the oversea reps tell me that its been withdrawn and to wait 48 hours. For the last 2 months I have sent countless emails with no response. The oversea reps always advise that there is no supervisor to speak with. Also, after 2 months of requesting my app be withdrawn it still is showing active and accruing interest. I have contacted FTC and will be looking into suing this company for negligence and violating lending laws. Please believe all the reviews and stay far far away from this company. They are absolutely the worst............. Oh and they could care less.

    Poor communication and mistakes

    They used my social security number on my first PPP loan application even though I provided them my EIN showing that I have employees. Now that I'm applying for the 2nd PPP Loan, the most I can get is $30k less then what I've submitted because they used my social instead of EIN. I've called every day for the past 2 months and get different answers every time. I've emailed at least a dozen times. They keep telling me I'm in the queue. Communication is poor, there mistake will probably cost me $62k in PPP money because they will not address my concerns and make the corrections needed. I also submitted my forgiveness paperwork and now that has disappeared from my account and their system says they will contact me when the new application comes out. I have a feeling that will be my next battle and they will try to take payment from me for the loan. Stay away unless you have ample time to deal with them on a daily basis and get NOWHERE. AWFUL!
