Nothing less than PERFECT!!
I was approved online I was excited to go in to see if everything they said would happen would happen low and behold it did what I was quoted on line was the down payment I had thanks to Matthew! I can't leave the manager Herb out when I arrived and sat down he walked right over shook my hand introduced himself and gave me a cold bottle of water! This was the best car buying experience I've EVER HAD!!! When they say the deal tou make is the deal you get they mean just that!!

I just had a really messed up…
I just had a really messed up experience with drive time I went up there gave them all my information she came back and she said $295 down $500 a month I agree to it I was going to get into a 2019 Chevy equinox with 100,000 miles on it which I know that's a lot but I really needed a car I said when I already got to do she said I need proof of insurance and the down payment of 295 I said okay I don't have it on me I will be back Monday. I went back she wasn't there the guy that was there said I need your most recent pay stub I said I gave you all my pay stubs he said yeah but you got paid on Friday I said okay but you approved me off of my last two pay stubs why do you need this one okay no big deal I gave him this one he said my income doesn't fit the criterias because I missed two days of work on this pay period so it dropped my income and I wasn't eligible for a car now. Oh I didn't tell you the best part I sold my other car to someone else that morning transferred it over and everything because they told me all I needed to do was bring the 295 payment and approve of insurance and it's my car yeah okay. But JD byriders is the same way I went out there and spent two hours after they told me on the phone that I was approved all I needed to do is bring all my paperwork out so they can make copies of everything and a hundred dollar down payment I spent 2 hours out there for them to come back and stay up never mind we can't do nothing for you

Finally have car Back Check engine light stayed off . Until night time Costumer relations not so friendly. The Malibu I have must have Major problems. Bradley @cassat Avenue never told me I could bring car back in Five Days he only mentioned Warranty. I did not read paper right off either. my mistake on that part. Silver rock a hot mess I'm just not liking the idea my Car was gone for three weeks. Now I have to find out what's wrong with it. I cant afford Three weeks i have kids and a Life.

Grateful and Thankful
Words can't describe how I feel right now😊. Based off the two salesman that worked with me Mr John and Mr Nathan and even the phone conversations were great. Mr Nathan really made my day on 12/02/23 by helping me purchase my vehicle. I'm truly grateful and thankful. When everyone else couldn't do anything DriveTime came through. Christian was awesome and honest during my purchase. He’s a really helpful and humbled representative. I’d refer anyone to him. I really appreciate his help with everything! Only thing I didn’t like about Drive time is that they don’t courtesy wash the cars or clean them once purchased, they just expect you to take the car as is. I’ve never experienced that at any car dealership before. I wish they would change that, it really helps and make people feel like they’re important to the dealership.

This company is racist and…
This company is racist and discriminates. I was told on a Saturday when the dmv is closed to provide them with a new drivers license when my license is perfectly valid and does not expire for a couple more yrs. Their own system provided them with information clearing my license but they still wanted me to pay 35 dollars to get a new one on a Saturday when the dmv is closed. I was approved online only for the car that they approved and Advertised online not to be there or available. They mislead people with false advertisement. Then also switch the car price and year dates to the cars right in your face then claim it’s because after you apply the numbers change. I watched on their computer screen a 2017 change to a 2019 then was encouraged to buy the competing 2019 at a higher price same deposit. They will not honor the advertised or approved down payments because that is a ploy to get you in the dealership. These people will scam you in your face. I walked in with an appointment and a reservation. The whole time the lady was looking for the keys to the reserved car for about an hour, the employee who sits right next to us in ear shot had them in his pocket never said a word until everyone was looking for the keys. I have good credit and a good job but these people will discriminate against you any chance they get. They make it difficult for hard working ppl but will give to the thieves that put 150,000 miles on a car and give it back in 6months. They know exactly what they are doing.

The quality of the vehicles are not up to part by any means. A friend of mine recently purchase a car for her freshmen daughter to be able to go to school safely. Within a couple of months the car is no longer operational. My friend stress how important this vehicle is to her family bc as mom of 4 its was imperative that her eldest was able to attend classes and she was able to go to her go work and run the multiple of errands on her plate. The car can't start now and after multiple attempt to get the matter rectify my friend is still without a working vehicle for her daughter. I'm posting this review because I was going to trade in by Nissan and was looking for a dealership base of my friend experience your company is not going to be on my list unless it's rectified.

This company is not right
This company is really not fair. I purchased a car with issues not knowing. Check engine light comes on the next day. I got in touch with silver rock the warranty company. There was a O2 sensor . Leave the car repair precision auto repair . Check engine light comes on again . I’m like wow now what. I take car to discount auto parts. Then code came up and was googled stating calaytic convertibles. I’m like wow . So I took my car to Ricky’s automotive. My car was denied pictures that was requested by the warranty. That was the first week then second week the adjuster had to come. Now I’m calling trying to figure out what’s going on. Then Monday come on the second week finally approved to repair. This the problem Monday December the 4th will be 3 weeks. Drive time and silver rock is absolutely the worst so far in Jacksonville Florida. I was even told per conversation never did they see the company take so long to approve a claim. Now they think they’re slick they took their time to because my free warranty is up on the first now they’re requesting I pay 100 deductible. Wow . I tell you this I only drove the car less than a week how fair is that to me. The car note will be short a hundred dollars check mate.

Unfortunately, I was sadly mistaken when I drove my new car for a few days and the light for Tires needing service, oil change needed and both Air filter needed to be replaced. I would think that if you are selling a used car, which “is certified”then maintenance would have been completed. I am paying a lot of money for the down payment to now have to have the car worked on. This is unacceptable and I will not refer anyone to DriveTime. In closing they don’t even vacuum, wash it or put gas in it before you drive off the lot. I was so unhappy that I purchased it at night on a Friday night and on Saturday morning with the sun light there was a small crack in the windshield that was covered up by the darkness and rain on Friday. When I called them back to discuss it I was told that they could not do anything because it could have happened when I left the dealership on Friday night. Basically, they were insisting that i was a lier. Very disappointed

This is the second car I have bought from them and it was a great experience both times dealing with them. They have affordable prices and low down payments. I picked the car I wanted online paid a 50 dollar refundable or exchangeable deposit. They had it sitting right up front waiting for me to test drive. When i got back we done the paperwork and i was leaving in my new car in about 20 minutes. Will for sure refer all of my friends and family looking to buy a car!!!

I FINALLY FOUND A MECHANIC THAT DRIVE TIME PROVIDED GOT MY CAR TOWED THERE ON SATURDAY JULY 8th TO HARRIS AUTOMOTIVE my CAR DID NOT COME OUT THE SHOP UNTIL JULY 13 GOT THE CAR BACK THE NEXT DAY IT CUT’S OFF WHILE IN REVERSE & THE RADIO IS NOT WORKING I ALSO I TOOK IT BACK TO THEM & THEY TOLD ME ITS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT I PROBABLY JUST NEED A OIL CHANGE! A mostly positive experience
Pablo worked hard to get me into a car because he understood that I needed a vehicle before starting back to work the following Monday. My only negative was that the car I originally wanted had not been inspected prior to me test driving and when we took it for a drive there was a somewhat minor issue and then a major issue with the computer of the car and it would take weeks for it to be repaired. However I was able to purchase another vehicle for less money than the original one and he went through the whole process all over again. I've had my car for about 24 hours now and so far so good. In a few years when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle I would purchase from him again.

My friend has had the absolute worst experience with this SHADY EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS!!! In a matter of five days, she has already gotten two cars from them that are total lemons 🍋 Monday the 21st of November she arrived at their Lauderdale Lakes location to see the Kia soul that was advertised online. After four hours or so at the office/lot she drove off with her Kia soul. To her surprise as soon as she got a few miles from the lot the engine light went on, but she was already late for work due to the amount of time that it took them to actually complete the process since they were in no hurry. Due to her work schedule, she wasn’t able to get back to drive time to return the vehicle until Wednesday right before the holiday. On her way back to Drive Time she made a stop at Firestone to have them check out the car to see if maybe the light was because of something minor that could be taken care of. The mechanic at Firestone told her that there were too many issues, and that the car was unsafe to drive. SEE ATTACHED PHOTO. She left Firestone and went straight to Drive Time with the paperwork in hand. The gentleman she spoke to said she could return the car for a full refund or that they could get her into something else. So, after another couple hours there, she ended up driving away on Wednesday with a Hyundai Tucson which ended up being more money down than the initial car they put her in. All day Wednesday she drove the car things seem to be OK no lights came on, no issues. Come Thursday, which is now Thanksgiving and on her way home from dinner the Tucson overheated, and started smoking. SEE PHOTOS. She pulled over let it cool down, added water and finally made it to my house after two more stops because it was closer than her house and she was afraid to drive it. So this morning she left an hour earlier than needed for work in case the car overheated multiple times! The car did in fact overheat halfway to her job, which is only 9 miles away. So, she pulled over and let it cool off and added water. As soon as she pulled into work, the car started smoking and overheated for its final time. Between her first and second job she intended to go back to Drive Time to return the HUNK OF CRAP they let her leave with this time! When her manager at work heard what happened and saw the car smoking she decided to give Drive Time a call. They told her to have my friend return the car for them to look at it. She told them there was no way she was going to make it there and it's condition! The gentleman then told my friend that she should pay out of her pocket to have it towed back to the lot. There is absolutely no way my friend was going to pay for this nor would her manager allow her to pay for this and after a heated argument they agreed to tow it back to their lot. What a freaking SCAM this place is! Extorting the less fortunate with the INSANE prices and still selling them worthless garbage!!

The only issue I have is that I got a 2021 civic and the AM/FM part of the radio isn't working and I was sent off to figure it out on my own. Other than that, I would go back and recommend.

The no impact to your credit score deal is a lie and false advertising... After me my husband and daughter all applied and submitted all required personal information the system said it couldn't I identify any of our information put in to double check everything and make sure it was correct all was still denied and asked to call the dealership after calling they said that the information we put in was red flagged if we moved or changed name and that we had to bring in more personal information in order to be approved. Dl utility bill Bank statement SSI card along with another utility statement Don't waste your time 😞

Wonderful Experience
From the first day that arrived I was greeted and helped. I was wanting to do a trade in of my old vehicle so that I can put myself in a newer one, unfortunately I was not able to do that, but I was not turned away. I was provided options so that I was able at lease try to get what I wanted. I was even offered to test drive the vehicle and after that I was sold (lol) so after going over the options I decided to come back the next day and was able to drive away in what I wanted. I had such a great experience with the staff that assisted me.

Pros and cons
Pros:The staff was wonderful in ocala,fl as well as Atlantic blvd in jax,fl.the staff is friendly an got me in and out thanks to Rachel in a jiffy,Cons:the only sad part was that I was told I didn't have to make a down payment due to its my second time around purchasing a vehicle an I would get 500 off my purchase,and my terms online wasnt the same terms on arrival,well I got 500 off but I had a down-payment of 445, for a 2018 car,that really sucked for business an trickery on how I saw the 500 off the price of the car but then I had to pay that upfront so beware of the false advertising on a deal.

I recently purchased a car from DriveTime- San Diego and I must say I found the experience AMAZING. They use the phrase "QUICK AND EASY" and it was just that. They should have t-shirts made with that print. My Customer Experience Guide was Dezsanae Smith, she assisted me from the time I entered the dealership till I drove away in the car. The process was actually "QUICK AND EASY". I would highly recommend. Thank You Dez for making the process stressless.

I'm am so sick of hearing the screaming commercials that this company is broadcasting. I mute the sound every time one comes on. I wish I could just skip them. There's no way I would ever use their services because of the screaming actors. If this is supposed to be a positive marketing strategy, it backfired.

Most times when you’re at a dealership, you feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle but here everything was to my terms. I didn’t feel like my salesman was after commission more than finding what would work for me. Ethan was very helpful and even provided tons of information just in case I needed directions after leaving. What an amazing experience.

Very happily suprised
I have always that buying a car was a big stressful hassle that involves a lot of negotiating, and getting passed back and forth from commission hungry salesman to distrustful finance guys while sitting in a waiting area drinking stale coffee. And until now, it has been. The people at Drive Time of East Las Vegas have completely changed my opinion on this. From start to finish, U never felt pressured or like I was just another naive shopper to take advantage of. They were very polite, knowledgeable attentive and while doing all the steps necessary to get me the car I wanted for me, they explained and helped me to get my new car in a way that was actually very relaxed and even enjoyable I never once felt pressured or hustled and I am very confident that I got a great deal. They have forever changed my opinion on buying from a dealership and I actually look forward to going there again for my future car buying needs. Thank you Drive Time, I will happily recommend you to anyone I know who's looking to buy a new car.

Disappointed. Customer service great but the car was full of issues in less than 24hrs
2018 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition: The customer service was great! Very polite, helpful. Patient. No issues with customer service. Just the vehicle I was sold. I had the vehicle less than 24hrs and the car stalled and wouldn’t drive. The engine light, battery light, oil light, and some other light that I have never seen before was all on. I was in the middle of the road, during rush hour! I was only able to put my hazards on, turn the car off and turn it on. Luckily it turned on with no issues and the lights werent on the dashboard anymore. But then it happened 2 more times within a 20 min drive and each time while I was driving. Very scary! I called DriveTime and all they can say was to call silver rock and take it to a repair shop (locations given was pep boys, Firestone and one other that I never heard of, not very good choices) to get a diagnostic. I asked so what happens? I can’t afford to be without a car again. They said oh there is a rental reimbursement. (Not pleased at all because I just purchased a vehicle and now I have to pay for a rental and wait to get reimbursed in the end) the customer service was great. The vehicle was very nice, but the fact that it had issues less than 24hrs is very aggravating. I called DriveTime back to say I will be returning the vehicle and will get a full refund. They said I couldn’t come today since they are short staffed and busy but I can come the next day. It’s just aggravating that they would sell a vehicle that has issues. Just very disappointed that the car already has issues. It should’ve been checked correctly and carefully before it was even offered to be sold. They did offer other vehicles to chose from to replace this current vehicle but I declined. I would rather go elsewhere. Especially after being highly disappointed that I was sold a vehicle that had issues. Don’t get me wrong, the vehicle is gorgeous, up to date, clean, smooth drive, interior and exterior looks great, it would’ve been perfect if it didn’t have what looks like many maintenance issues, engine, battery, brake issues.

I put in an application for a vehicle and was immediately told that vehicle isn’t available to me because financing couldn’t justify a loan for my credit (which at the moment isn’t great but has been grand for years prior) because the 2013 fiat I was looking at was too old. Recommended I apply for a 2016 Nissan rogue (which I have since heard is a terrible car so I’m semi grateful for the bad customer service) I bit. I applied for the rogue turned in the documentation… and I never hear from them again. Period not one call. I was on a text basis and then I was ghosted. Your loss. Will never work with you again. Don’t call me.

Joshua was awesome
Joshua was awesome. The car I was looking for got sold over the weekend. He showed me comparable cars, and I ended up with something I loved even better. He made my buying experience easy and convenient, and was patient while I got insurance quotes. I’m in sales also, so I appreciated how he treated me like a person and not just a paycheck. Staff was pleasant BUT We purchased a vehicle from them and almost immediately we began having engine trouble. We took it in to the shop and they stated that we needed a motor. After a couple of months we got the motor placed but it was used and again almost instantly began having problems with that motor. We again brought it back to the shop and it has currently been there for over two months and silver rock who is the warranty company they work with is giving us the run around. They are blaming it on the parts department who does not want to back the motor that they sent and was clearly faulty. I have spoken with management, claims department and the customer resolutions team and still nothing being done to rectify the issue. I have tried reaching out to Drive time to see if they could help in any way (Several times) and the response I get is that this is the risk I took when I purchased the vehicle. Since we have purchased the car 11 months ago it has been in the shop 5.5 months of this time and no one seems to care or willing to help.

Horrible car, awesome customer service
The customer service was awesome, bit the car I got from drivetime is absolutely awful! Hadn't even had it 3 days and it's leaking. Transmission fluid! The auto shop says I need a new transmission, yet the inspector my "warranty" covers, said just a transfer case. Got that changed. Car revs up to 4 or 5 thousand rpms before shifting gears and the check engine light is now on. Catalytic converter now. And 2 technicians say my transmission is definitely slipping. I am barely past my 30 days of having this car, so now I'm going to have to pay the deductible and have to go through the whole process all over again of an inspector coming out, and I pray they don't give me the run around about the transmission. This is ridiculous. I juat bought this car and it's been on the shop longer than I've been able to drive it.
