do not waste your time with this company. I had gotten "approved" for a loan and ended up receiving a letter in the mail that it was actually rejected after having filled out a bunch of paperwork and getting my credit ran 3 times. No one had contacted me regarding this and when I called in, nobody seemed to know anything. After a day of waiting for an answer I tried multiple times to get in contact with someone to figure out what's going on and I have yet to get a call back or even an answer. This is very unprofessional, I simply just wanted to know why it was rejected and seems like I'm being avoided. It's been over a week and I have yet to get an answer or any type of information. Again, don't waste your time.

I was misled into getting a warranty that I thought was just adding 37 dollars a month to my bill - it was 4000 dollars added to the principle of my loan. Auto warranty vs roadside assistance
I was led to believe that an extended warranty - such as that provided by Car Shield - was included in my loan agreement. What was included, however, was a AAA-type road side assistance package - two of them actually. Eliteplus ($899) and Load Star Motor Club ($2077). Yes, I signed to accept both but thinking I was getting an extended warranty plan. Further, I've not been able to find either entity on the internet - no website where I might research benefits of the plans or learn how to access said benefits. I wish to disenroll from both of these plans and have the total of $2976 deducted from my loan amount.

Waited and waited. Old loan still not paid off and now I'm past my grace period and for the first time may have a negative mark on my credit. Called Abe a few times, no answer and has yet to respond yet he would call right back when I was applying for the loan. Pathetic. Update: I was also told my payments would be deferred 3 months. Just got letter from the credit unionthey used.. absolute lie! This company is garbage!

Great Rate.. Horrible and late communications
I liked that AutoApprove was able to find me the best rate. AutoApprove found me a half point better rate than I was able to find for myself. The only communication with Rick was text message. My questions through text went days without an answer. After a few days without communication I assumed I was dropped from AutoApprove. I started a refi with CapitalOne due to 3 days without an answers. When answers finally did come I was well into another bank for my refi. After so much trouble to cancel an almost finished loan with CapitalOne, the communication from AutoApprove was still extremely slow and only happened after 5pm. For me, as a retired person, the half point was important to switch back and start over with AutoApprove but with weeks of terrible communication. Even after I got the paperwork to sign it was all wrong and not as communicated with Rick. I said 3 times that i wanted no warrantees, no gap insurance and no towing/medical insurance. The first contract had all three checked off. It took more days to get a corrected contract and was still wrong again, this time with gap and towing insurance. More days had to wait for those options to be removed. It felt like i was being retaliated by Rich for denying all those extras that i refused in the first place. I hardly think that most working people would care enough about that half point to go through so so much trouble... but I believe most working people wouldn't notice all those small print mistakes.. buy I believe that is how AutoApprove sells extras by slipping them in time and time again.

I had no plans to refinance my car, but the letter I received in the mail from Auto Approve seemed so promising. I thought it was one of those scams in the mail, but I still gave it a try. The process seems so easy, and all the representatives were very professional, and very patient with my work schedule. Nick stands out, though. He is not only very professional and patient. Nick's customer service is beyond the level of mediocrity. He spent more than an hour on the phone with me to speak to my previous financing company just to help me end my misery. If I were to hire my own company's advocate, I would hire Nick in a heartbeat. I know how to read exceptional service, and Nick exudes that. Thank you, Nick, for your time, and for making my day.

It took way too long to get deal finished. Colby told me to call our lender on our car loan, and don’t take out 4/22/23 car payment. Know we are looking at 2 months behind. I called our lender on 5/22/23 to take a payment so it wouldn’t affect our credit. They tell me we will get reimbursed for that payment when the loan is paid off. It will take up to 15 business days to receive it. We should have never had to do this. We are not very happy on how this transaction developed. And we our out our gap insurance, because it was applied to the payoff.
