This company has been the worst I have ever experienced! Our credit report was ran, from that moment on we got a complete run around! I was confident in the reviews but had a completely different, horrible experience. Three different loan consultants, all showing complete disregard for our questions for 2 weeks after they offered refinancing. Received a text that stated "sorry you couldn't reach me, I had a busy weekend "! What kind of customer service is that!!?? Called customer service and was disconnected twice! Would never work with this company, I would rather pay a high interest rate after dealing with how poorly they treat their "customers"

I was repeatedly given the wrong information. Several errors were made that had to be corrected. It took a very long time(2 months and I am still being asked to send documents that were already completed) to complete the loan. I had to send documents repeatedly. It felt unorganized. The person I was working with seemed to be new in her position and uninformed. The notary was quick, polite, and efficient.

I applied for a refinance loan which…GOT APPROVED but they wouldn't send me the hard copy docs to sign as I couldn't open DOCUSIGN and I told Liam Bennett and Kari this MANY TIMES.
I applied for a refinance loan which WAS APPROVED by PenFed. I was sent docs to sign, which I notarized and sent back. I was unable to access Docusign as it wouldnt' let me open their new docs to sign and return. It kept saying "Error: cannot open document." I told this to Laim Bennett MANY, MANY times. I asked him and Kari, the person assigned to me to SEND ME THE DOCUMENTS TO SIGN VIA UPS. The Loan Processing center kept sending me documents thru DocuSign. I called both these people many, MANY times with no results. I was shoved from person to person, and couldn't get ANYONE TO HELP ME. WHAT DO THEY DO IF SOMEONE DOESN'T HAVE A COMPUTER? HOW HARD would it have been to send me a hard copy of the loan docs to sign and return?? After ONE LONG MONTH of phone calls, vmails that I left, and NO CALLBACKS, I gave up and went to another company. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER REFINANCE COMPANY. DO NOT GO THRU THESE PEOPLE. They pulled my credit and cost me CREDIT POINTS with NO RESULTS. I have excellent credit but couldn't get these people to help me and resolve this issue.

When I had called his number another employe picked up by the name of "Hassan" in which had told me that I do not meet the minimum debt requirement of 10k. I refinanced with Auto-Approve back in…
I refinanced with Auto-Approve back in April 2022, after which servicing was transferred to Veridian Credit Union. However, Auto-Approve never sent the Title to Veridian, which I only discovered when I moved from Hawaii back to the mainland in mid-November 2022. I have been unable to ship my car due to this oversight for over two months and the most recent estimate has them being unable to produce the title for another 30 business days or roughly 2 months. By that time, if im able to ship it, I will only then be able to get my car in the normal 4-8 weeks. This will have caused me to be without my vehicle for nearly 6 months due to an avoidable clerical oversight. Thanks a lot Auto-Approve

Horrible response!!! I applied on Saturday Dec 31st. I received a text requesting some information, I responded right away. I received another text on Tuesday, January 3rd asking when would be a good time for them to call me so we can complete the application. I responded, that they can call me anytime that morning. I never received a call! I received another text on Wednesday January 4th, asking me AGAIN when would be a good time for them to call me to complete the application, I responded that they could call me Thursday January 5th anytime after 325pm. I received a text saying they would call me at 3:25 pm on Thursday January 5th and I never received a phone call! Don’t waste your time giving them the information they ask you because they will never contact you. Just lead you on and waste your time! I also called the 1888 number on Thursday and it just kept putting me on hold and then an automated message said that they were experiencing difficulties to call back another time! What a waste of my time!

Betrayed and belittled
I wasn't informed that auto approve was a third party. So when I was told I qualified for three months grace period after my credit check and everything I was under the impressions accepting to move forward ment I got it. I did not get three months grace period. Between the time finding that out I had been told to jump through a lot of hoops and even belittled, upon agreement I had to agree to other loan stuff some of which are add-ons that would make my loan higher in total pay off, I declined these but when presented with my paperwork to sign, they tried to squeeze it in there on me making me pay more. I declined doing so and upon that I got questioned on how I would pay for things if something went wrong, it felt very belittling and insulting as if I couldn't handle my own finances. So after they paired me with a loan with Veridian I believe I was informed I have to pay them at the same time I owed my regular payment, no grace period at all is what that means. Unacceptable, lied and said what they could to get me to sign, now I want out

I applied for refinance 3 months ago (October 2022) and it was suppose to complete then but I am logged into CapitalOne account and still see a balance due with them. I am on hold with the new loan financer, Consumer Credit Union as they investigate why my CapitalOne loan has not been paid off. Meanwhile I made a payment this month with late fee as the auto approve rep told me I would finally be able to skip a month payment on my car this month. Meanwhile Consumer Credit is already setting up a payment for me in January and the auto approve rep will not answer my calls or emails.

What are the things I didn’t like is that I told him I was in transition and I couldn’t provide certain utilities at first they said they would work with me, but then they can’t ask them for those particular utilities, which I could not provide . Sometimes people are not in a position to provide a utility bill and it might only have credit card bills, but Quincy Sanchez who is very patient with me. I would love to give them more but I just thought it took a little bit too lol thank you.

They explain to me what was going on they kept in touch I’m not good with electronics. They help me through some of that. They explain my payment how it came down. They were always polite and he put up with me with electronics. He put up with a person who doesn’t do electronics that’s not easy he kept his cool and talk me through some things which is very good patients.
