World First Fees and Rates

WorldFirst doesn’t charge for personal transfers, but you’ll have to send a minimum of £1,000. The company does charge fees for business transfers, but there isn’t a set amount. Rather, the fee is negotiated with the company. There is also no fee if you’re an online seller transferring funds back to a domestic account.

Like with any money transfer service, you may still face some charges by the banks you are transferring the money from or to. Keep this in mind when calculating the cost of your transfer.

  • The company will make the payment to your beneficiary as soon as the same day, though allow for up to 4 days depending on the destination
  • The payment will appear in World First’s name, not yours
  • If the payment doesn’t arrive within 4 days, contact the company

How Long Does It Take?

The amount of time it takes for your transfer to arrive depends on a number of factors, including the currency you’re using, the receiving bank and the amount of money. If you’re transferring GBP to GBP or Euros to Euros the transfer should be carried out the same day, thought for other currencies it could take up to four days. If you're sending USD to any country other than the US, you should allow for up to 4 days.
