This means that spreads are lower for sending or receiving common currencies than uncommon currencies.

To get a quote and initiate a money transfer with Key Currency, follow these steps:

After you request a quote, a Key Currency agent will contact you to learn more about your transfer and offer a live quote. You can work with your agent to set up a limit order to get the best exchange rate. Agents can also advise you as to current conditions in the currency market and help you schedule your transfer for a future date when rates may be more favorable.
To start your transfer, you will need to send money to Key Currency’s client account along with information about the recipient’s bank account. Key Currency will then send money in the appropriate currency to your recipient’s bank account.
Key Currency only accepts bank transfers. The service does not have minimum or maximum sending limits.
Transfers at Key Currency typically take 1-2 business days from the time you send money to the platform’s client account. If you are exchanging one uncommon currency pair for another, transfers can take up to 5 days.
You must contact Key Currency’s support team in order to initiate a transfer. Support is available by phone or email from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday.
