Pro: By far the biggest benefit to using a large insurance agency like Answer Financial is that it has deals to suit all types of drivers. But unlike most agencies, Answer goes above and beyond for its customers. It provides a range of free features to help its users get the most out of their car insurance, such as a mobile app, rate-tracking service that alerts users to new deals, and comprehensive roadside assistance without any subscription fees.
Con: As far as agencies go, Answer Financial is one of the better ones. If we absolutely must complain about anything, it might be the lack of information about optional add-ons. While most top insurers offer a fairly similar set of add-ons, it would have been nice if Answer Financial could provide information about specifically what type of add-ons are offered by the insurers it represents.
