Great experience with customer service: Troy Reid
I had a great experience working with Troy Reid at GEICO. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. I never once felt rushed or like he was trying to get off the phone, which I truly appreciated. It’s honestly hard to find people these days who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and willing to take the time to help—and Troy is exactly that. He made everything feel easy and stress-free. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I wish I could have him as my personal assistant for everything!

I wanted to thank the customer service…
I wanted to thank the customer service rep I spoke to this afternoon.. I was very upset finding out my policy had ended, though I missed the renewal notice. This young woman was so kind and patient. We chatted about the weather here in Michigan and Indiana and some other things. Her calm and pleasant demeanor chilled me out and by the end of the convo, I apologized and thanked her. She escalated my info, and immediately after the call, I was able to sign a new policy which is now over $120 cheaper and this one includes renters insurance. Thank you, you are a very good customer service rep :) and I am pleased with Geico so far, which is why I renewed.

Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service! I traded in my hybrid SUV for a hybrid car with a higher MPG and received an automated quote online saying that my auto insurance will increase from $500+ to $2,000+ (every 6 months). Two lovely women from GEICO assisted me over the phone this morning and were able to lower down my insurance to bare bones $400+ instead, thank goodness!

Decent company
Idky ppl have had bad experiences with GEICO bc I been insured with them for many years and actually I haven’t had any bad experiences! They cheaper than any other company bc I have got other quotes and GEICO is the cheapest. Even talking to reps the ones I get are very knowledgeable- and I’m very happy with GEICO! Customer service is a plus.
