Excellent App, Helpful claims staff
I pay in full automatically by credit card, never had a problem. Claim service is quick, and they do the best they can to help you. GIECO app is easy to use, and I've used it overseas with no problems.

Happy customer
Honestly, we’ve been really satisfied with GEICO. My husband had a tire fly off a semi on the highway and he ended up running over it (obviously by accident) but while on the highway nonetheless so it was scary. It also caused damage to our vehicle but GEICO was awesome in getting it fixed soon. It did slightly raise our premiums but not a lot and overall I was just happy we didn’t have to hassle them to fix our vehicle. It would have cost us several thousand out of pocket. They also ended up replacing my windshield a few months later after a rock hit my car windshield and they were super easy to work with! Overall I’ve been very happy with them.

The rates were the best I could find
The rates were the best I could find. Hopefully they don't hike rates when I renew. A lot of places do that.
