I had an awesome experience with the whole Geico claims. I believe her name was Janet and I believe she was working from home in Texas. She was filled with information, pleasant, quick, understanding, professional and you could hear her smile through my android. No one wants to deal being without their vehicle but accidents happen and my experience was perfect. Thank you Janet from Geico. Tough times, GEICO with the save
I’m going through a very severe financial bind and was switching insurance companies in order to save. When I called to cancel they worked out a deal for me to save me twice as much money then I thought in order to stay since I had been with them for over 16yrs. The tears of joy I let loose after the help I received would have made someone uncomfortable seeing my crying face.

Emily is amazing!
Emily with customer support was my angel. After struggling on support with Liberty Mutual and being hung up on while they transferred me to Geico, I got ahold of Geico support myself and talked to Emily who was eager to solve my problems and made it happen quickly. She dissolved the stressful situation for me in an instant. Thanks Emily!
