I've read a lot of negative reviews on this site about Geico, but I don't agree with them. BY GOD'S GRACE! THE SERVICE, THE PROMPTNESS, THE HELP IN GETTING MY RENTAL CAR, THE SETTING UP MY APPT WITH CALIBER COLLISION, EVEN TO THE 4 DAYS IT TOOK TO FIX MY CAR WAS AWESOME!! THEY KEPT ME INFORMED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THEY OUT DID STATE FARM INSURANCE AND THAT'S SAYING A LOT!! THANK YOU GEICO!

Thank you for providing me with a rental not even a week after an accident and processing my third party claim as quickly as possible. I seriously can’t be thankful enough seeing as other insurance companies won’t even do the bare minimum anymore. Thank you so much.

I had an awesome experience with the whole Geico claims. I believe her name was Janet and I believe she was working from home in Texas. She was filled with information, pleasant, quick, understanding, professional and you could hear her smile through my android. Tough times, GEICO with the save

I’m going through a very severe financial bind and was switching insurance companies in order to save. When I called to cancel they worked out a deal for me to save me twice as much money then I thought in order to stay since I had been with them for over 16yrs. The tears of joy I let loose after the help I received would have made someone uncomfortable seeing my crying face.
