  • Collision coverage: Pays for damages to the policyholder’s car if it is involved in an accident, regardless of fault.

On December 24 we got flooded up here…
On December 24 we got flooded up here in the High Desert! My home was severely damaged in many areas. Water came inside from above and below! USAA 'S Mr. Michael Norwood immediately sent ATI Restoration in Riverside to come up and begin water mitigation . USAA had CA Construction Co. to place plastic and sandbags on the roof. I was protected from further rain. My home was deconstructed and reconstructed then renovated, and a new floor was placed . My home is now finished and I consider my home my larger body that is healed along with my Spirit! Things are better than normal! I'm glad I trusted USAA, they really came to my rescue, and I recommend USAA to all military families, thank you for saving myself and my house!

I have been a USAA member for about 35…
I have been a USAA member for about 35 years. I have used their banking, mortgage, auto and home insurance services. USAA has supported me 200% through multiple deployments, moves, natural disasters and family changes. USAA has consistently exceeded expectations with timeliness, clear communications, and documentation on all matters. I have had plenty of negative experiences with other institutions and have reviewed them accordingly. I am happy to give USAA unsolicited positive feedback because it's important to praise in public and endorse when a company is excellent. USAA is the gold standard and consistently ranks as such for a reason. Grateful for their professionalism, precision and honorable performance.

My husband and I are thankful for our claims adjuster
I don’t think my husband and I would have made it through these last 4 months without our claims adjuster Darrian McKnight… he made every step stress free. Our home flooded and that was devastating because we lost almost everything, but Mr. McKnight was right there every step of the way. I’m so grateful that we have USAA.

I finally got in touch with a USAA…
I finally got in touch with a USAA employee for Auto insurance that had my best interest in our conversation about how high my premium is. He navigated me thru my coverage and what I could do to help my situation as a widow on a fixed income. I've been with USAA for over 35 years. I don't know his last name but his first name is Louis. I've talked to so many agents and he is the best. Virginia Scarborough 254 721 0104
