With extended transportation expense coverage, or rental reimbursement, you can get from $30-$50 per day for 30 days to help cover the cost of a replacement vehicle if your car is disabled for more than a day due to a covered auto accident.

If you insure a vehicle with 21st Century, you automatically receive 24/7 roadside assistance through the 21st Roadside Assistance Program. How to Apply

Currently, 21st Century only sells auto insurance coverage in California. If you live outside of California, its website and agents will route you to Farmers® Insurance to get a quote for coverage.

To get a quote online, simply enter your ZIP code on 21st Century’s homepage. Alternatively, contact a sales agent over the phone during normal business hours. You will need to provide personal information about each driver you wish to cover as well as information about your vehicle condition.

Filing a Claim

With 21st Century, you can file a claim either online or over the phone. The claims department is open 24/7 to take your report. To file a claim, you will need to provide your policy number, name, date of the incident, and approximate time of the incident.

Once you have reported your claim, 21st Century will forward the details to an adjuster in your area. An adjuster will then reach out to you within 48-72 hours to schedule a time to evaluate the damage to your vehicle.

Keep your phone charged
Their customer service has gone from a 5 star to a zero star every since they became affiliated with Farmers insurance. If you call their policy service line Monday through Friday, plan on a minimum wait of 25 minutes or more. I have been trying to speak to a person for over a week and have still have not been able to get a person. I just filed a complaint with the insurance commission. I'm trying to add a car and I am not able to do it online, so I have to speak to someone. On Monday I waited twice for over an 1 1/2 and then they disconnected the wait. I tried again Tuesday and after 2 hours, they disconnected the call. I tried again on Wednesday and after 1 hour, I had to hang up because my phone battery was going dead. Most of all, I do not understand why they tell you you have at least a 20 minute delay, when you have to wait for over 1 1/2 hour and last, why you get disconnected
