Overall I like what Freedom Debt Relief…

Overall I like what Freedom Debt Relief does for consumers who have gotten themselves into too much credit card debt. However, I gave 3 stars because I believe that the way the program works is not well explained up front. Also, the dashboard is easy to use, but it's not always current with what's going on. For instance, recently my dashboard showed the negotiators were working on one of my credit cards and that it wouldn't be settled until later this year, and two days later I got a notice that a completely different debt had been settled.. which was very good, but had not been reflected at all on the dashboard. So make the explanation of how it all works more clear at the beginning of the process and keep the dashboard up to date as much as possible.
