I had to interrupt my stay, cancel my return flight during my stay over in Europe, (where my mother lived) due to the passing of my mother. It led to additional costs for hotel, flight and having to get a refill for my medication. Upon return to the US I filed a claim for these additional costs and Allianz promptly approved my claim. I'm very thankful for this.

Fast turn-around time and processing of claim. I filed a claim due to a canceled flight where we had to travel from JFK to LGA to catch a new flight next morning, the airline did not offer any transportation or hotel vouchers. The claim was processed in a timely manner. I am grateful.
