No customer service on Sundays !!! Issue with my data which I asked about before I transferred my service to Patriot Mobile! Everything I asked about upstream before I transferred my service did not go as it should have! Patriot Mobile is just full of excuses! You don't want my business
What went wrong this time? What is that? I have only this one problem. I was canceled and denied access to my Verizon account, on 2-12. I called Patriot mobile, for some reason they couldn't process my debit card with there payment system. So someone was supposed to call me to make the transaction verbally. I will be nice and just say that never happened.

Promised a refund I never got and been ignoredo
Your company continuously deducted monthly payments for several (about 5 or 6) months even though I never got a Sim card nor ever used your services. I moved from Lansing, MI to Defiance, OH. I've been dealing with your company for several months AFTER I was to I would get a $400 and some refund. So far I've received only $137 of this refund. Should I change my cell provider? I don't like the way your company has treated me.

I have had no problems with them so far and I like having this type of company to support for an essential item. An RVers experience with transfer of service
Transfer of service from former carrier to Patriot was easy, and we ended up cutting our cell phones and iPad bill nearly in half. Our roaming reception has been excellent, which was important as we are full-time RVers. A bonus is that Patriot Mobile best mirrors our political and social viewpoints, and stands alone from any other carrier in that regard. We are SO happy that we switched over to Patriot.

Great company but I don’t appreciate automatically debiting my account for payment especially when I didn’t give authorization. My bill was only posted for 3 days before it happened. I always pay my bill on time and I was specifically waiting for payday before I paid it. This automatic deduction whenever you felt like it overdrafted my account because it was unexpected.

I've been with ATT
I've been with ATT, Verizon and Xfinity. Never had data usage like what it shows with Patriot. I've rechecked my phone for what apps are using data and keep them closed when not using them to be sure they aren't. No cost savings like I was told, website isn't user friendly, and I would not recommend to my friends.

They get you one the data, you will pay the highest if you use data
When I went over the limit on data, the internet slowed down to the point where it could not be used at all. I went up to a higher level, where I felt I would not go over the limit. I always made sure the person helping me knew that I was using hotspot, yet, after bumping up my service, I was no longer able to use hotspot. Hotspot is covered on every plan except that one. I had to go to a higher plan. I am now paying for more service than I need and I can not afford it. With my previous provider, even when it slowed down, it never slowed down to the point where I could not even access the internet on my phone.

I just got off the phone with one of your customer service members and the lady I spoke to was so rude. Your company's customer service area definitely needs a refresher course in customer service, that is if you guys want to stay in business. I tried to explain to her that I am senior citizen and I am hundred percent disabled and due to my disabilities it is hard for me to do things on my cellphone. So therefore, she is the reason that I am probably not going to go with ya'lls company at this time. I did let her know that I would think about whether I would be interested in going with you all as my cellphone services, because right now I am with Metro and not once have they ever been rude to me. I just thought you guys needed to know about my experience with Patriot mobile. Also I have been a conservative patriot almost my entire life and as I stated above I am a senior citizen.

They embody the traditional American values that made / make this country the best on Earth! They have some of the cheapest and most generous plans on the market. I've been with Cricket for nearly 20 years, but switching to Patriot Mobile because Cricket (and parent company AT&T) are unapologetically woke. I will no longer fund these ideologues bent on destroying our great country and the God given freedoms we cherish. You only get what you pay for.
Everyone needs to realize that ALL of these low cost cell phone carriers piggyback off the big major carriers, in other words, they sell a very small portion of their bandwidth to the low price carriers who then sell it to you at a lower price. Think of it this way. The big carriers can offer you 90 percent of the bandwidth pie. The other 10 percent sliver is divided up between all the low price carriers. Its no wonder why after a few days or a week your service is throttled because you have used up all the bandwidth they have to offer. Did anyone notice that all of the replies to the negative service reviews read exactly the same. Its because there is nothing Patriot Mobile can do to solve the problem. They only have a tiny part of the bandwidth pie to offer you and when it is gone, it is gone. If all you need to do is send a few texts now and then or make a few phone calls to loved ones every month, it will probably work for you. But if you do any heavy surfing of the web, your data will be used up very quickly because they only have a tiny portion to offer you.

It was so easy to change from AT&T. I should have done it sooner but was intimidated with the technology of trying to change over. The representative walked me through the whole process. I now pay half the monthly service charge and living in a rural area I actually have more signal bars! Love this company and their values!!

Customer service like it used to be, plus a number of tower & plan options at a great price.
I switched over to Patriot approximately 1&1/2 years ago, but had trouble getting my number transferred from the old carrier. The only thing the old carrier's customer service reps could do was literally read from a script and try the actions their scripts said to try. It would never work and they'd just keep passing me up the line... then they'd never call back! I'd end up starting over with the whole process even though I'd give them the reference number they'd given me each time. There was no contract and my number should've "ported" easily, but it was a technical issue of some sort. The folks at Patriot kept working on the issue AND kept in close contact with me every step. They knew their business. I could understand every word they said. This may sound corny or sappy, but it's true: I felt cared for and valued as a customer and as a human being. It was so refreshing! I've never looked back. I also love that they had more than one option for me for service because I needed service in my home area as well as in a sparsely covered area where I have family. They checked out their tower options and gave me the best option for both areas.

PartiotMobile Support not so good
I got onboard with PartiotMobile just a week ago and after day and a half my iPhone locked on me saying I needed a PUK passcode. PatriotMobile Support had no clue what to do about a PUK code. (Without a PUK code, your phone and text does not work.) It was the next day at 3:30 in the afternoon where out of nowhere I got my PUK codes. BTW, Support is closed on Sunday. Tomorrow will be one week with PatriotMobile, I will keep you posted.

As a Veteran I believe in Patriot…
As a Veteran I believe in Patriot Mobiles charter of America First and sticking to our Constitutional Republics founding. However, because we have aging parents, reliable connectivity is a must. I feel like we got throttled at the wrong time so I had change back to my previous carrier even though I hate what they support, socially.

Service not so Great.
I like the idea of supporting an American Company with conservative values. I live in NY, Long Island region and I am not impressed with the service. I have the Top individual plan and I seem to exhaust all my data in a week. After that the phone is useless. I might have to go back and maybe try T-Moble. I never had an issue with the other carriers. Is it because Patriotmoble is piggybacking off there services?

Quick service, anytime I talked to someone over the phone they were very friendly and helpful. Switching to Patriot Mobile from T-Mobile was an easy transition. Definitely will be continuing to use them in the future and recommending family members and friends to switch over to their company.

I really wanted to like this company
I really wanted to like this company, but it wasn't to be. I purposely switched to Patriot from Verizon before taking a trip to Canada and Alaska because I needed the wireless hotspot feature while traveling. I also paid extra to have service in Canada, even though we were only there a couple of days. Only when I called (from my wife's Verizon phone) customer service from AK did they tell me they don't provide service there. The next big strike was when I started having trouble with my voice mail. When I called for help, I was told they don't support Visual Voice Mail for Android phones, even though they initially walked me through setting it up, and it had been working for months. Now they're saying they never supported it. I just placed an order to change providers to Pure Talk, who say they provide Visual Voice Mail and VM to text at no additional cost. Instead of using the T-Mobile network, they use AT&T's, and they're about $20 a month less than Patriot Mobile. If that one is no better than Patriot, I'll be going back to Verizon.

No Customer Support
The website will not allow me to log on. When I try to reset the password, the website does not recognize my e-mail address. Funny, it doesn't seem to have "forgotten" my credit card number... Anyway, sat on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for customer service, only to be told that she couldn't hear me and hung up. Test calls to other numbers confirm that the problem was not on my end. So now I don't know what to do. I can't log on to the website, I can't call, and there are no brick-and-mortar stores to visit. If I ever get a hold of anyone, my first question will be to confirm that my phones are unlocked.

Had extremely difficult time getting phone unlocked from previous carrier and after exhaustive efforts, 3 weeks later you sent me a different sim card that finally worked with my phone although it seems it's still too reliant on att network. Rocky Start But Worth It!
On paper, the switch was seamless however, the excision was not so simple. This may or may not have been Patriot Mobile's fault. We are in a pocket that has issues with service. That said, after several attempts to make the switch over ourselves with no luck, we just called the number, they called back when it was our turn, like 10-15 minutes later. The customer service rep could not have been sweeter. We were all done in just a few minutes. We went from a $154.00 a month bill to a $52.00 a month bill. And we are giving our money to a company that aligns with our values. Couldn't be happier.

We like the cost which is competitive with our former carriers. You know, I'm the classic skeptic. But by golly, P.M. did everything they said they would do. Provided great service, withOUT a contract, and kept on pumping out the cell service initially for my Verizon choice, and then I switched to the AT&T choice, and you know what? Everything worked as advertised, and worked flawlessly, AND with CHEERFUL customer service. I used PM for just over twelve months, until I switched to an even more cost effective volume discount plan through our first-responder son. This customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. It's refreshing to have clear, friendly answers to questions. They're quick to reply to emails or to return calls. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new service. Having quality customer service is hard to find these days, and these guys have nailed it!

WISH I HAD SWITCHED SOONER
Having recently changed two phones over to Patriot Mobile, I can honestly say that the experience was outstanding. Each customer service representative was helpful, knowledgeable, and more than friendly . My only regret is that I didn't switch sooner.

I've been with Patriot for almost a year and am very satisfied! There are a lot of falsehoods surrounding PM probably by leftists. They're getting reviews of false accusations and love to spread fallacious rumors... None of which are true. Patriot Mobile is a legitimate service ... NOT A SCAM! These stupid accusations are being spread by angry leftists who pose as supposed former customers with zero evidence to their claims. Thank you Patriot for being a phone service I'm proud to carry!

I have asked more than a few times for my billing to be on or after the 3rd of each month. It posted in my account on Oct. 30th! You assured me it would be not post until the 2nd or 3rd of each month, and I was overdrawn in my account. Why is it rocket science? You can charge me the difference in the few days difference. I live on a fixed income and I am very tight at the end of each month. So this is what is wrong. It is frustrating to have to take all this time to get it right. You seem like a very un-together company, but I like that you patriots and that you gave me that discount. It is affordable, but we have to make this work differently so I don't have to worry about it.

The initial set up (coming from another provider) was problematic. Once I started receiving service from Patriot Mobile, it could not have been better. Great coverage in our service area. The customer care specialists for the company are professional, friendly and just amazing.

I have had telephone service from a well-known company for many years and have had to deal with “no service” in areas of the country where there SHOULD have been service but wasn’t. This inconvenience resulted in business disruptions, family discord and other aggravations. The ONLY WAY to get help with a problem on my phone was to walk into one of the outlet stores and wait until my name was called - which could possibly take several hours. Ridiculous! With Patriot Mobile, if I have a question or a concern, I call. If I don’t want to wait until someone picks up my call, I leave my number and an agent returns my call . . . within 3 - 5 minutes. Sometimes sooner. I have always had my questions answered and always have been satisfied. Customer service at its best! I have never been ANYWHERE without service AND the rates are considerably less expensive than what I have been paying! I just wish that I had made the move to Patriot Mobile sooner.

After the third phone call
After the third phone call, and going through the usual turn it of, turn it on, turn it off, we'll reboot your connection to the towers? The third call actually found out that there was an outage in my area for a few days due to tower work, low and behold by the end of the day everything was back up and working. This was after over an hour on the phone.

2.5 hours on hold, But problem fixed!
I Transferred my number to Patroit Mobile about 6 months ago. All has been acceptable until this weekend. My data simply does not work. I don't have any warnings that I am out of data. My phone says I have 4G and full bars. but no data comes in or it is VERY slow for simple searches... Any video is out of the question it will not load.... I cant use Spotify, navigation or voice to text. AFTER trying to find a resolution on their website I called and tried to get a person on the line through the phone. I pressed the number for tech support have been on hold for 1 hour and 32 minutes (so far as I write this) waiting for someone (anyone?) to pickup the phone at 972-Patroit. This is my Business line and its vital that I can use service. Update: I just hung up. The call took 2.5 hours to get answered. and about 5 minutes to fix. BUT the agent on the phone went through additional options and information with me. The net result was a VERY informative call about how to use my data. We also switched carriers (to better cover the areas I travel) and increased my data for a very affordable $5.71 per month. (still less than I paid with xxx Company before I switched to Patroit) I am happy to talk with someone in America that understands our needs and wants as American customers. I am happy with my service. I am happy with the cost. I just wish it was faster to talk with customer service when a problem arises.

Switched to Patriot Mobile. I’m saving $35 a month and my service is exactly as good as what I had before I left T-Mobile when they informed me that my bill was going to go up $10 a month unless I gave them my bank account information. They were already automatically charging my credit card every month. I closed my account with them near the end of July after going into the store and paying my bill in . I keep getting a statement that says I have a credit of $20 but they still have not sent me a check. I guess they do that also to keep earning interest on at least at 20 bucks. If they’re doing that to 500,000 customers who have canceled their service, that’s a whole lot of money that they are earning interest on even though those people are no longer their customers.

Everyone person I speak with is extremely kind and helpful. If for any reason they don’t know the answer they are honest and let me know, but they always make sure to find the right person who does and get back with me. First of all, the customer service is beyond amazing! If there was ever an issue I had, they are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The cell service has been great; not even missing a beat from my last carrier. I highly recommend their company for not only service, but to contribute to causes I agree with.

We went to Patriot mobile from ATT because we didn’t want to support woke agendas. With that said, our cell service has never been great with Patriot Mobile. We have a difficult time finding coverage. On a positive note, the staff at Patriot are available and friendly when you have an issue that needs to be resolved.
