Excellent service great customer service!
I have had no problems with the service at all! The customer service representatives have been great and cordial so far and it was easy to switch. I can't tell the difference from the other provider I had. I switched from my previous provider because I was tired of my money going to those who don't support my values! Patriot mobile supports my values and believes so I will support them!! Once again the service has been great no issues at all.

So far so good
I just got off the phone with customer service and WOW, it was great so far. My husband retired this week and we are trying hard to budget accordingly. After the run around...get this code, need this pin # from other companies I remembered P Mobile. Looked them up and called and our sim card is on the way & they will help us along the way it we have any issue's. Great price too! Now if I can make phone calls and text I'll be a happy retired old lady. Stay tuned!

I am so glad I found Patriot Mobile. I feel awesome knowing my money is not longer supporting companies which goals are to destroy our country. Poor quality flip phone
First, I am very happy with the company as a whole, and the coverage. Initially my coverage was poor, but I was given better coverage by using Verizon towers. My only real issue is the poor quality of flip phone in the NUUF4L. The buttons are very hard to push correctly, and many times what appears on the screen when texting is nothing like what I typed. The phone is very difficult to learn, since no instructions are included. I end up having to hunt and peck to find out how to do something. I will have to ask one of my grandchildren to show me how to use it! Why not get rid of this phone and try a Kyocera or some better flip phone?

Awful customer service
The worst coverage levels of any cell phone provider EVER and unresponsive customer service. Patriot Mobile markets themselves as the “only” mobile provider of its kind in the country (despite the extraordinarily brief time they have been in business), however, their poor customer service and lack of experience and expertise within the industry is readily apparent. If you don’t have time and money to waste and value receiving prompt service from experienced professionals then give your business and loyalty to a company that has earned it (which Patriot Mobile indisputably has NOT). Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Unable to get Activated
I called Patriot Mobile to assist in switching carriers and that person was helpful, I watched the video and did everything in order. However, I cannot call out or receive calls and submitted 2 requests for Technical Support at 1500 on 5/24. I informed them to text me b/c my phone does not work properly, and I have not heard back.

I subscribed to Patriot Mobile just over two weeks ago. And was told at the time, if I went over the allotted volume "just call and we can increase your plan" -- NOT SO -- when I called because I could not access podcast (War Room) Patriot Mobile indicated that we can't change your plan until November 3rd. Oh and by the way I will not have access to websites like War Room until November 3rd. These folks masquerade themselves has christians and Patriots -- not sure what that term means to them. I know what it means to me, they are ponies, trying to represent themselves as something they are not.

I loved the idea of Patriot Mobile and I wanted to support a Christian Conservative Company. I spent a total of 9 hours with no phone and a lot of frustration. I finally gave up and went back to T mobile what an absolute waste of time !

hmmm. disappointing.
I've seen this same type of review too many times for this company. It really saddens me, because I love the idea of supporting a Christian conservative business. The actual experience, however, is not good. I'm not gonna dog the techs or anything. They were all nice enough but it's obvious to me that these guys still have a lot of work to do to get this thing going in the right direction. I had to back out before I ever even got any service due to SIM card and incompatibility issues (3X). I hope they can get these things worked out. They did refund the original 35 bucks that I paid so no harm, no foul but I really do want them to succeed. It just didn't feel right to me. Too many issues. Patriot Mobile, Please get the kinks worked out!! God bless.

Flawless porting of two lines
I just ported two phones over to Patriot Mobile. The Sim cards were overnighted, the activation took about 10 minutes per line, no problems, phone numbers ported in from Verizon, everything working perfectly.

patriot mobile sucks these are now the Bain of my life i am a 10 year customer i think but they think i am only a 2 year customer thats does not go to big box or target or costco and verizon was really hard to get hold of my internet provider was one of the first ones not to sell my information to to the google bots. the reason for return is you people did not support on my current phone so it had not updated since oct 22 . your team said my phone was old and did not have a warranty. so you sent me a phone that was all ready blocked when i first try to use. it. who cares what my reason i returned it within one day who cares who cares you screwed and wont take responsibility. Then they sent the phone back to me . i should not have to still be dealing with this freaking phone . you have all ready cost me 20 hrs of my life of california commute traffic and then tell me to take it to samsung place . i cant believe you all are call your self christens since they say bless you at the end of the emails. and Zero support. i am at the point of a road trip to texas and i am ready to make a video of this dealing with crap because you all could not support my first phone. i want your address your last two customer service. said they could not give the address.

Too expensive.
They want $36 a month for 3gb of data. I have been a Red Pocket customer since 2018, and paid $199 a yr (approximately $16 a month), with good AT&T service on Android phone, unlimited calls/texts. I also have a Red Pocket Verizon plan on an iPhone for $99 a year (less than $10 a month) with 1gb data and unlimited calls/texts. Why would I want to pay MORE than 2x the amount?

Poor Network connectivity
The people in customer service are friendly enough but unfortunately as much as I agree with the causes they support I can't have a phone service that doesn't have signal anywhere and that's not an exaggeration I'm a truck driver and only get signal in two major metropolitan areas in Georgia and the same in Alabama. That's not saying I only go to those areas I cover the entire region. I have no issues with the company or the people however if you want a service provider with network coverage then this probably ain't for you.

Great Setup and Activation!
Just signed up for service after dropping ATT after their partisan stunts with DirecTV. Getting setup for service was easy, the representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and their prices are good. EDIT: I just went through the activation process and porting my number out of ATT and to Patriot mobile and here is my experience. The sim card arrived a couple days after establishing service. Setup was a little clunky but that was mainly due to ATT having locked my phone and having the headache of having to get it unlocked. Patriot Mobile representative was kind, cheerful, and knowledgeable. They are the kind of customer support that is rare in a culture where every company has people reading from books from a distant land who couldn't care less about you or helping you. The Patriot Mobile rep helped me and made a naturally clunky process as easy as it could be. I'm now up and running.

Best Customer Service Hands Down
I called Patriot Mobile to activate my line…I didn’t know my account number so they gave me choices like press 1 for billing…and so forth and so on. Well I wanted to talk to an actual live agent….well to my surprise I pressed -0- to be connected to an agent….and praise be to God that I didn’t even have any hold music or annoying messages saying…would you like to speak to an agent. Granted I’ve only been a member today, Patriot Mobile has already surpassed my expectations. Their customer service is impeccable. Thank You for your wonderful business. May God continue to bless your company!

I signed up to patriot mobile only to find at sign on that they just assigned you a number, not one I chose, and certainly not easy to remember. I talked with the tech, he tried several ways and still it would let him choose a different number. How very commie of them right. I paid for service, i did not receive, i got a phone, guess ill be going somewhere else trying to find good service because right off the bat it sint here.

Great So Far
Changing the phone number over to them was a pain, primarily due to Verizon misinformation and slow response. PM's customer services was/is very good. Coverage is every bit as good as the bigs. While there may be instances of poor service, my experience has been very positive. I expect PM's core principles are the basis for some of these negative reviews.

Don't be fooled by the garbage reviews, this company goes above and beyond and the saves you money. We switched to a new service but Patriot Mobile still has not allowed our new phone numbers to be ported over which is an FCC violation. They finally gave us the ID# our new carrier required but it was wrong. We urge everyone not to use this horrible company.

I made a HUGE MISTAKE signing up with them.
I'm a senior living on a fixed income. With the high cost of food I need to save money so I switched to Patriot Mobile. BIG MISTAKE!! EVERYTHING THAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG WENT WRONG!! I AM NOT TECH SAVVY. I HAVE NOT A CLUE AS TO HOW SET THIS STUFF UP!! I need a live human being to help walk me through it. I emailed customer service, twice, for help. NO RESPONSE. I'VE TRIED FOR TWO DAYS TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Either the phone robot tells you to go to the website, or you wait on hold FOREVER! I finally had to disconnect because I had to leave for a doctor's appointment. I didn't expect to wait nearly an hour for someone to take my call. In the meantime they're sending me emails wanting to know why I haven't activated your account. I WOULD IF I COULD, BUT I HAVE QUESTIONS, AND I CAN'T GET AHOLD OF YOU. I deeply regret signing on with them and I wouldn't recommend them to my worth enemy.

i was with straight talk! I learned the hard way what a spider web it was once i tried to switch over to patriot mobile. after 4 days of trying to do it through the normal channels, i was cussing a blue streak! Sarah from Patriot stayed on the phone with me for nearly TWO HOURS on conference call to get me out of the IDIOCRACY that straight talk is!

Horrible company.
Service is awful! Bad signals in Colorado and rural areas. Data plan sucks too and if you want unlimited it's crazy expensive. We're switching after 8 months of frustration.

We switched from Verizon to Patriot Mobile almost a year ago and it's been great! No problems whatsoever once we ironed out some issues with my phone. My husband's phone transferred perfectly, mine was riddled with problems. Once those were resolved, smooth sailing. They were easy to work with on the tech side and best of all, no Indian accents!

Disregard the strategically worded leftest reviews
Don’t pay too much attention to the poor reviews, written by liberal hacks. I had originally left Verizon due to ridiculous pricing and went to pure talk. Pure talk went through AT&T, which is not the best service in my area. A friend recommended patriot mobile so I gave them a try as they use Verizon at a substantial discount. They FedEx’d me the Sim cards and the porting and activation, took about four minutes for each phone. Painless. Great service all around.

I've had Patriot Mobile (via Charlie Kirk suggestion) While I AM a patriot ad support their goals, their lack of Support and support follow through is without exception Null and void. I have had Patriot Mobile since Jan 5th of 2023. I have made numerous calls and promises of calls back which have never been made. Still do not have a receiving ability for voiced mails. I was finally promised a call back yesterday to hear from a Supervisor ( typically, she said; within 24 hours.) It never came go figure... I'm going to go to T-Mobile. and pay more, but don't mind as long as the support is there. Very, very disappointing. Bonnie Scott

I am very pleased with the customer service that we have received from Patriot Mobile. I would like to extend my thanks to Zack, Brooke, and Jessica, who all went out of their way to ensure that our service was working properly. We are grateful to have a cell phone provider that has Christian conservative beliefs, and will recommend Patriot Mobile to others.

I would not recommend this service/company
I would not recommend this company/service. Had a rough time porting our numbers to begin with. Was charged fees that were not explained up front. The service in my area, Rockwall Texas is terrible. It keeps pushing me to different carriers and I have no service at my house most of the time. Traveled to Cabo San Lucas and trying to connect down there never happened. Customer service is simply overwhelmed. Wish I could say better things, was really hoping to support this firm!

We wanted to like them
We wanted to like them. They failed to fully port our account from T-Mobile and we were charged $900 for 1 month/3 days of service by both companies simultaneously. We had to up our internet after 5 days of service too. We ended up staying with T-Mobile because our account never closed. Patriot mobile refused to give us a refund or even return multiple attempts to reach them. I would say that’s NOT what Jesus would do!

Problems show a company's commitment to customer service.
I have a small business with about dozen mobile devices. When we recently switched to Patriot mobile, I was glad to learn that as a business which heavily relies on our phones, we would be assigned a personal representative that we could always reach out to with questions or problems. Sometimes when you make a change, everything does not go perfectly and after we made the switch to Patriot Mobile, we had a couple of glitches. Notably how the voice mail screen was viewing on our phones was incorrect and the processing of a credit offer to us for switching from our current carrier was not properly credited. I was able to reach out to my representative with the problems. When he could not solve them, he escalated the issues to Jessica who works to resolve more technical issues. Jessica immediately reached out to me and thereafter she periodically contacted me to let me know what the next step she was going to take to get the issues resolved was going to be, as these were issues that took some time to work through. I was completely impressed with the level of personal service Patriot Mobile and Jessica provided to make sure that my problems were completely resolved. Yesterday on 12/29/22 I received an email that let me know that everything was now resolved and today on 12/30/22 I received a follow up call from Jessica to make sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. I can say that my whole experience in working through my two issues is a tremendous example of what great customer service looks like. It is when things don’t work perfectly that you find out what level of customer service a company has, and Patriot Mobile passed the test with flying colors. And finally, I cannot say how important it is to me to do business with a company that is supporting the values that has made American the freest and most prosperous country for all its citizens in human history. Patriot Mobile keep up all the great work!

We just got our new phones activated…
We just got our new phones activated today with Patriot Mobile and so glad we had Anthony Chiles to get this done for us. Our previous carrier was very uncooperative but Anthony handled it professionally. Great job again Anthony and we're so glad to be a part of Patriot Mobile.

I got a phone for my 97 year old…
I got a phone for my 97 year old Mother. The phone did not work out of the box as promised. I could not login to our account, I call the 972-728-7648 number and it never rings through. I returned the phone on Fedex they provided and they still are billing monthly charges. They emailed me to call them to cancel. I am disputing the charges. Worst customer service I ever had. I am surprised Glenn Beck would advertise for them

Had issues paying my bill with customer support tried 4 different cards and they kept having errors on their end. called my bank nothing wrong even showed up they tried to debit the account. Guy got frustrated with me and hung up. I will be moving carriers very soon. terrible service

Ever since I have been with Patriot Mobile, my experience has been positive. Their customer service representatives have always been professional, courteous and precise with the information needed in resolving any issues. Everything they have said and done has been flawless. The support team is nice and competent. I told them i would only pay 50$ a month for service or I'd go elsewhere... My bill is still $50 and been that way for three yrs. Good co. I recommend them to everyone.

Mom's first smart phone is a success!
Got mom connected with her first Motorola smart phone to PM Oct 2021and PM always answers her questions and even quickly resolved other issues including with her Gmail account on the phone....this is not something they support at all! But at 85 years, you'd think she found new patient helpful friends. I suggested she call me to help with email, but PM already helped her out. Virtually held her hand, really. She likes that support always sounds "cheerful". Sometimes she has to wait a few minutes in the queue, but she says it's always worth it.

I recommended to my wife that she should switch from Verizon to Patriot mobile. We have experienced only problems. Incompetent customer service who did not bother to confirm that Patriot had service in our area. The company uses towers from multiple carriers. They sent us a T mobile sim. T mobile does not have service in our area. We have invested 2 days trying to port back to Verizon. Still not resolved. I would never recommend this service based on our experience.

BAD, then GOOD: ask for troubleshooting!
BAD, THEN GOOD. BAD: Ported iPhones from AT&T and swapped SIMs Nov. 21, 2022. No activation. Repeated calls, repeated fails for > 24 hrs. GOOD: JASMIN was thoughtful enough to run the troubleshooting protocol on Nov. 22 ~ 6:10 p.m. The damn ICCIDs on file were wrong. Corrected. Activated in 5 min. The earlier reps didn't troubleshoot. Duh! So always ask about the troubleshooting protocol.

Patriot Mobile has the best customer service, never a long wait. They have saved me a lot of money compared to Verizon. My bill is the same amount every month. So glad I switched.

Praise to Jessica M! To be honest I was skeptical to change providers. So I let my husband be the guinea pig. He had a flip phone! Swore he would not upgrade to Smartphone. That flip phone was the worst ever! Jessica was patient and tried everyway possible to get that phone to work. I hated it. So we convinced him to upgrade to iPhone. After the learning curve was over I monitored the reception and carrier support. I am pleased to have joined the Patriot Mobile family. Jessica has continued to be an incredible asset in helping us with our phones/iPad. The best part!!! Our phone bill has been cut in half! Thank you Molly in sales! Thank you Jessica in support!

At 69 had several different cell providers OVER the years. PATRIOT MOBILE IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVEN EVER HAD! THEY PUT ME THROUGH 30 DAYS OF MISERY, PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR HOURS. HAVE SPENT ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS ON 5 PHONES. 3 EXTRAS(UNUSED) THEY WONT TAKE BACK.WILL GET ANOTHER PROVIDER TODAY. I HAVE CALLed THEIR ADVERTIZERS Better business bureau. Will put it out on social media also. Try anyone but them. They claim to be a veteran owned company and Christian too.

Thanks to Anthony Chiles, the Back End Tech Team and Patriot Mobile support staff. They helped us get our phone numbers ported from a widely used competitor. This competitor blocked us from leaving for over a week. But with Anthony’s patience and persistence we are now happy Patriot Mobile customers. P.S. Working with Americans on the phone was a pleasure and a definite advantage!!!

Service is terrible
Service is terrible. Dropped calls with almost every call. Customer service wait times are long and the service will not stay connected long enough to talk to an agent. While the phone is sitting still and not being touched the service cycles from three bars to No Service constantly. Paid over $100 dollars for service and connection, waisted money. Dont ,ake the same mistake.

We can not say enough about The staff at Patriot Mobile. We had a difficult transfer due to the fact that Verizon kept throwing up road blocks. Jessica M. was determined to correct our issues and worked with tirelessly and kept us informed and calm until the issue was solved. We highly recommend Patriot Mobile!

Well this is a Conservative Christian phone company. So I sincerely question some of the bad reviews. Is it just hateful leftist doing it? I switched and get a REAL PERSON very quick for any issue I have. They sent me a sim for verizon which gave me service as good as I had with a $50 savings. I found my wifi assist did not work with the verizon sim so they sent me an AT&T sim. It is by far the best phone service I have ever experienced. Just sayin.

Absolutely NO customer service. No real attempt to addtess or service concerns/issues. The worst experience I have had in many years. Going back to Verizon. More expensive but value for your dollar and don't utiluze religion or patriotism as a come-on!

looong wait time no resolutions
Patriot mobile is great "IF" you have no problems. You have to wait on the phone for over an hour. Every time I have called which as been about 6 times, they have never helped me with any problem. I just had to live with it. Too bad they stand for such a good purpose , but I don't think the frustration of waiting and no resolution is helpful for anyone's nerves. The CS was checking into something put me on hold and then hung up. never called me back.

Miserable fail
Anyone thinking of using Patriot Mobil DO NOT USE. Worse customer service : , 2+ hour hold times, no call backs if you request that rather than wait on hold, mis information from different representatives, not available (even tech support) on Sunday. . I had to buy a burner phone at $119.44 since we had no phone service for five days. On the 6th day after ordering a land phone and paying to hook up I talked to Keith a manager, he said he understood & did finally get my phone working but since hubby not home he has to wait. after I asked that I have a month free and he they pay for burner phone he said he’d give me one month credit but sorry can’t pay for a burner phone. We were with them for two years! Going to T -Mobil .

Fantastic experience switching to…
Fantastic experience switching to Patriot Mobile. They provided excellent instructions and guided each step of the way. My prior carrier had a porting block on on our second number although their automated text was saying they released the number during activation. I called and spoke to Blake who was phenomenal, and after walking through some steps he determined that the porting department for my old carrier needed to be contacted. He was so patient and kind as he worked with my old carrier to fix the issue. Rich was also a pleasure to work with when making the switch, and very patient in answering my questions. So happy we made the switch- Patriot is a much better service and a much better price!

No Regrets Switching to Patriot Mobile 👍
Patriot is unique in that they can put you on any of the three major carriers depending on your coverage needs. Cellular performance is no different from what I've measured when with the actual carriers. Jessica M in tech support was very responsive and knowledgeable in overcoming a couple minor difficulties we had. Customer service is not outsourced. All CSR's are friendly and converse as one would expect being located in Texas. I am a verified reviewer and have no financial ties to this company. Take this review with confidence and be skeptical of the 1 star reviews from non-verified people.

Moved two phone lines to Patriot since August. (Yep, took my previous carrier 2 months to successfully port two phone lines. Ugh!) Patriot member services was easy to contact, and very patient and helpful. *Hot tip - I even had access to the same representative(s) who followed my progress to completion, with quick responses by email! Shout-out to Susie and Caleb!!

Not what we had hoped for
I'll have to say, I was hoping for great things from Patriot Mobile. Unfortunately, they have not really delivered. We have had to switch SIM cards 3 times, to try and find a tower that has decent service in our area. Not their fault really, but the porting process is always a nightmare. This go-around, we are on our 3rd customer service representative and 2nd service ticket to try and get one of our phones changed to Verizon from T-mobile towers. The first customer service rep. we spoke to was awful and had zero customer service skills, the 2nd rep. was much better and tried "fixing" the errors the first rep made. The 3rd rep I spoke to, after waiting overnight for the phone in question to connect, was nice and put in another service ticket for us due to an "error" appearing on their end. Really, it should not be this hard. Wait times are long on the phone, and using their call back service is useless. The only way I can get a call back is to email them, then they do call. Hoping the porting issue will be fixed by this afternoon (they are closed on Sundays). If not, we may be leaving Patriot. UPDATE 10/17: Still no service or movement on my service tickets. Cynthia, whom I spoke to just now, was very nice. But, there is nothing she can do until someone resolves the issue. UPDATE: 10/24: Still no movement on our account. Patriot Mobile says there is a pending port somewhere with another company, but WE DID NOT TRY TO PORT OUR SERVICE ANYWHERE. This should have been a simple tower to tower transfer within Patriot Mobile. We have been loyal customers with PM for YEARS. They have recently lost my Daughter as a customer because of poor service; she may be the smart one. And, no, we do not want to change numbers because my husband has had this number for 18+ years, this is the number all his customers have for him. Dropped my review down to one star until this gets resolved. 11/6: UPDATE: Finally ported the number to the Verizon tower TWO WEEKS after the initial start. Still having service issues, now with Verizon's towers, getting LTE and whatever new "Independence plan" Patriot Mobile moved us to. SO, we decided to jump off the 3rd party provider train and go directly to AT&T. After 2-1/2 hours at AT&T and several phone calls to PM, guess who is having issues confirming the port to get us off Verizon and out of the Patriot Mobile system (it's not AT&T). SO! We are going to have to go back to AT&T on Monday after work and try to initiate our change again because Patriot Mobile's "back end" does not work weekends. Yippee. I will be so happy when this is over and we can put PM and the 3rd party provider system behind us.

Had ATT for years GOING BACK
Had ATT for years. Paid for 5G and never went over. Not once. I use my phone/internet to work. Patriot throttled my service within 10 days and I couldn’t work. Upped to more data for another $15 and it happens again today. I’m done with them. They can’t explain how all of sudden I’m using all this data. They will lie to you. HORRIBLE! Going back to ATT tomorrow. Gave them a chance.

Switched to Patriot October 2022. Difficulty switching was mostly driven by the service provider we were leaving. Caleb Sanders at Patriot Mobile tech help took care of the issues promptly and had us up & running on Patriot Mobile.

Very Unsatisfied New Customer
I am giving a 1-star review because I wouldn't be able to leave a review with a 0-star review. After putting in SIMS card and then being informed that I do not have a network connection and can only make Emergency Calls and having to use my laptop to reach out to a Patriot Mobile Customer Representative I received an email reply that informed me I will hear from someone in 48 hours. I CAN'T RECEIVE PHONE CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY ARE YOUR POSTED CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS ON SATURDAY UNTIL 6PM; HOWEVER YOU WON'T ATTEMPT TO HELP CUSTOMERS FOR AN ADDITIONAL 48 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased four different phones…
I have purchased four different phones from Amazon and eBay to a which were said to be compatible with T-Mobile in AT&t. Patriot Mobile cannot get them to work. I have had nothing but headaches with this company.

I just left Verizon to move to Patriot Mobile. As part of the process, I purchased a new phone from Patriot. All went well, but the person helping me activate my new phone could not get my contacts (198) to transfer to my new phone. We worked on it for an hour. At my request, the person then transferred me to Jessica. She guided me through a different process, and all my contacts transferred to my new phone successfully. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and fun. God bless her.

Switching from my previous provider was unnessicarily complicated due to incorrect information provided, multiple times, by the previous provider. Dear Patriot/T-Mobile , This is the worst cell service I’ve ever had in all my years of having a cell phone. Approximately 28 years. I’ve never experienced this kind of cell service in all these years. It doesn’t matter what room I’m in !!! In my home or what part of the United States I’m in. I cannot pick up a good cell without disconnecting or breaking up my phone calls. If it were up to me drop you in a heartbeat. But my husband has decided he’s going to use you because he’s saving $160 a month worth it to me. I had an emergency the car would be dropped. In this review ( You are asking for a date of experience) This has been ongoing for the last 3or 4 months. It’s horrible if I had my choice I’d go back to AT&T in a heartbeat. You are not worth it patriot.

I have been with Patriot Mobile since June 2022. I recently traveled from Virginia to Puerto Rico for a week and was happy to see that both, my cell phone and IPad cellular coverage throughout the entire island was seamless! No regrets!

Never delivered the phone I ordered
They shipped me a phone 3 weeks ago, told me it would be here in 3 days. It is now over 21 days and it is still in transit. Any other company would have shipped a replacement phone. Not these guys! they told me once they ship it it is not their problem.

Think it’s other companies trying to make this company look bad. They have very good customer service. They are very willing to help every time I called very nice very professional. They have the American accent. I would give this company 10 stars + if it was possible. Great company. You do well to get your service here. I know my money is going to a good place. When I was with at&t I didn’t like that I was funding them. Did u know cnn and at&t are in partnership and who in the world would want to fund cnn??!!!

Great conservative company, great pricing & coverage
I’ve been with Patriot Mobile for the second time for about 2 years. I joined them when they were brand new, unfortunately Sprint was their only carrier and I did not have good coverage in my area, so I left. After a year on one of the expensive major carriers, I couldn’t wait to get back. They had added another carrier so I have great coverage. Great conservative company, great pricing, great customer care. Love them!

I switched from Verizon several months ago. Then I switched my wife's phone as well. Now I've got my kids a phone from Patriot. I have had nothing but one good experience after another with the phone service and the customer service. The pricing is very reasonable, better than major carriers for sure. The fact that they are a CHRISTIAN CONSERVATIVE company ranks very high with me. The causes that they support are legit and I would happily support these causes on my own. Thank you being who you say that you are. Thank you for backing what you say that you stand for by putting action and money behind it.

My only problem is the app from the play store does not work. The bellow bad reviews are comical, especially saying they took over school boards. They donate money to help elect good decent people to replace the warped twisted board members trying to turn our kids into trannies and raciest. The person that sad they are want to help whit kids is the actual racist, not PM. If you have a problem with crt, transgenderism, racism, and anti American values being removed from our schools then YOU might want to check YOUR morals because you are a blind liberal sheep. Downhill after signup.
Signup was quite easy, but things went downhill from there. They seem to be using T-Mobile's network. They have limited customer service hours and it seems like they might not have full access to the necessary data. At any rate, they unsuccessfully ported my number. Ended up without service for four days before I regained my previous service at T-Mobile. Their customer service (when reachable) was courteous. They did indeed wish me a "blessed day". Unfortunately, instead of that, I struggled to not curse my decision to try Patriot Mobile. They seem to be newish so perhaps it's just a matter of not being well structured yet. Also, I always wonder how much of a contribution is made to a cause when a business says "a portion" of my purchase supports something. Nowhere could I find what portion or how much was given to which group. Unfortunately, too many "conservative" causes end up being scams. Transparency would help everyone.

Purely professional review…..
I felt it necessary to write a review of their service to give the uninformed reviews on here a little clarity. Patriot Mobile is a competitive carrier, which means that it uses the same towers, equipment and fiber optics that all of the BIG3 carriers use (aka: they resell wholesale service off the BIG3. What does this mean for you? If you Bring Your Own Phone you will have the exact same coverage as you did before. As for the throttling over a certain data limit, they all do it. It’s my personal experience that most conservatives live by the rule of “pay your own way” so probably not very concerning to them anyway. Just add data when you run out, that simple. Pro Tip: Verizon phones have a “C” in the model number. Att phones have a “G” in their model number. If you are using an off carrier, this is how you can identify who’s towers, equipment and fiber you are using. I can not speak on the customer service yet but I will update after I make the switch. I came here to read reviews before switching to patriot mobile. And just by reading reviews I can tell this is the right company to give my money. Most of these reviews are the same talking points from CNN, MSNBC and I don’t think any of them has ever subscribed to patriot mobile. For that reason, I will be joining patriot mobile

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
First of all, I truly believe that many of the people that are trashing PM because they want to destroy it! They speak english. Customer service is friendly & helpful. AT& T was not porting the number over so did a 3 way call with me on the phone & then it was resolved. The bill is half what we paid w AT&T. Don't listen to the naysayer haters here. Our phone service away from home is the same. We live in a mountainous area & calls drop in the same small areas they did w AT&T. It takes a little while to get it switched & they walk you through what you do to switch out Sim card & what they do on their end. They are so nice & give you $10 off per month with any referral & I think it's for a year! We've been with them for months & I'm so glad we switched. Saving about $60 a month. I get an email when they charge my credit card monthly. No surprises.

Poor customer service. Inflated AT&T pricing. Was interested in switching, but after confirming that they use AT&T, no dice. Basically AT&T with a name stamped on top. Customer service lady was impatient and rude. Read the reviews folks. The canned responses don't even use the correct American spelling or grammar. Some Patriots...........

Patriot Mobile is a COMLETE SCAM
I attempted to port from another carrier and they have no idea how to complete a port. I was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up because i was at work. I called again this morning and requested a call back in the automated system. A person called me but advised he is a sales rep and would transfer me to the correct department, then hung up on me. This company is a complete scam.

Worst customer service ever
Horrific customer service, calls that constantly get dropped (which their representatives falsely claim only occurs in “rural areas”) and costs that are NOT competitive with AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. Patriot Mobile is hoping that you are an uninformed consumer who has failed to do any research. Don’t fall for it. By any measure Patriot Mobile is undeserving of your business or loyalty. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Went from verizon to At&t which I’m not a fan of At&t. They say they only use At&t phone towers. I think they are At&t. They quote you one price then you get an inflated rate. Then trying to call about the bill OMG your on hold forever and if you leave your number through the automated service they never call back. This is a horrible company I’m pissed I switched. I would’ve never changed my company if I known it would be like this. Come on Trump so we can get different phones with a better HONEST COMPANY
